Our trip was flawless in every way with diverse experiences from five star safari to tent camping
5/5

Communications were timely and very detailed. The service from our initial email contact until the first airport pickup was impeccable. The trip lived up to our expectations and more. Our tour was a mix of a five star private game reserve, to a quiet and upscale riverfront lodging, to tent camping, ending with a stay in a Leading Hotels of the World in Cape Town. We experienced absolutely no problems in services provided from various transportation companies, being met timely, escorted through various customs offices and even a trip by small boat across the river from Zambia to Botswana. We had individual service in all cases and never had to wait for a connecting driver from country to country. I don't know how it all worked out but obviously the planning by Roho Ya Chui made it all come together.

Excellent tour provider
5/5

We booked with Right Choice Safaris under two weeks before we were due to travel on our honeymoon. We had previously booked with another company who ceased trading. So we were extremely pleased that Right Choice Safaris were able to get everything organised in a very short time. This took us from being very concerned that our plans for the honeymoon (or at least the safari part of it, which was the main part for us) had all fallen through to being very relieved that we were back on track.

I have to say that George and his team did a wonderful job of arranging a private safari around the dates we had already decided upon, saving us from having to rebook hotels. George was happy to create an itinerary around our requirements for hotel collection and return in Diani.

Their driver and guide Jacob was excellent. He had good knowledge of the animals and birds seen on the safari, also of trees and other vegetation and he explained things in ways which kept us interested. He had a real talent for spotting animals too, even while driving.

All in all, Right Choice Safaris did a brilliant job of arranging everything for us, the driver, vehicle and all accommodation while on the safari (full board). With their help we had the most amazing and enjoyable time. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to safari in East Africa.

Really extraordinary!!!
5/5

We (me and my daugther) can not forget the amazing experience of this safary with It started in Afrika. Since first contacts we felt we had found excellent professional team with comunication skills really good. The planning of the safary, the care that all team receives us, the guide was superb with good knowledge of fauna and flora and unique vision to detect animals, the cultural tours provided with real contacts with hadazbe and datoga tribes... were superb.
The warming way that all team of It Started take care with us, we will never forget.
For example, i was so good receive a call from our guide wich we left at Seregenti airport some moments after we land in Arusha, to assure that we hd a good flight and we were in good way to our Arusha Hotel, was really GREAT.
Our Afrika experience, is unforgetable, and it Started in Afrika team was the pillar of this felling.
All the Best.

Unforgettable holiday
5/5

It was our first voyage outside Europe and it was very good. Paolo and Enrica studied a personal tour for us. The organization was perfect. We always stayed in places beautiful, friendly and clean.
In the first part of tour we were very close to nature, we had 6 safari, we saw big five, many other animals and Blyde River Canyon. We slept in the bush in Masodini Lodge where we could see animals from our lodge (we also found efficient and really friendly people) and also in a tree-lodge in 'Nthambo Tree Camp.
In the second part of tour we were in the south: Cape Town, Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope, Seal Island, Boulder's beach with penguins, the winelands and Hermanus (whale watching from the coast...and also from our sea-view room). We had two tours booked from them (Cape of Good Hope and winelands). They were very good.
Very professional and honest tour operator, I suggest them for a South African experience.

Exquisite in every aspect!
5/5

Thoroughly organized. Mr Esmail was brilliant in his organization skills. We didn't even have to reach out to him for any information, he'd always keep us in the loop. The guides were superb. From their friendly attitude, to their motivational pep talks that kept us going just when we thought we couldn't go any further. Definitely made the whole Kili experience one to remember. Definitely recommend Safari Big 5 to anyone looking to undergo this expedition. Big up lads! Keep up the terrific work

Very happy with Bright African Safaris
5/5

When I contacted a few safari companies to arrange a six-day tour of Tanzania’s northern parks in September 2014, Mr. Msangi Charema at Bright African Safaris stood out for his prompt, friendly, and upbeat response. I chose to book my trip through him, and I am happy I did. From our first email to my last day when Msangi himself drove me to the airport (he also met me upon my arrival), it was a pleasure to work with him. With limited knowledge and research, I proposed a preliminary itinerary which Msangi was happy to fulfill, but he was quick to suggest alternatives he believed would improve my experience. I am so glad that he did, because it was his advice that really made the trip special. He insisted that I see the Serengeti when I at one point considered missing it due to distances and my limited time. The Serengeti turned out to be the crown jewel of the trip, and knowing what I know now, I would not have missed it for anything. This year, the rains - and animals - remained concentrated around my central Serengeti camp, making for an incredible wildlife spectacle. In early negotiations when I suggested a change to smaller, more unique accommodations, Msangi provided a range of interesting options, and the lodges and camps I chose were all wonderful experiences. My guide Masatu was also a joy to be with. He is a happy, gregarious man with many friends in Arusha and the guide community, and is a courteous, friendly, and fun companion. Thank you Masatu and Msangi!
