Authentic, helpful, nice
5/5

We had a perfect time with Safari Porini and our guide Charles.

We had booked a 5-day stay with 6 overnight stays.

We landed at Kilimanjaro Airport at 7am the next morning and were met by Charles.

He took us to the Venus Hotel in Arusha, where we spent the first day and then set off from there the next morning for our first safari day.

Charles helped us with the first problems that arose, buying a local charger and exchanging money or withdrawing money from an ATM.

1st safari day Tarangire Park:
We drove 2-3 hours to Tarangire Park the next morning. There we were able to observe lions and elephants up close and many other animals.

Overnight stay night 2-3 Marera Valey Lodge:
Outstanding food, everything clean, nice pool and super friendly people

2nd safari day Manyara National Park
A park that is rather untypical. Very narrow paths, more like you would expect from a jungle. The absolute highlight is the large number of elephants. We were also able to see the first giraffes and zebras

3rd day Serengeti

The drive to the Serengeti is already an absolute highlight, as you cross parts of the Ngorongoro crater.

Here we were able to see giraffes, zebras and wildebeest in large numbers. Hyenas were also spotted and unfortunately a bunch of vultures that were attacking a dead wildebeest.

At the gate to the Serengeti we were greeted by 3 cheetahs and saw a large number of lions on the game drive. The absolute highlight was that we were able to watch the preparations for the hunt. Even if it failed.

Overnight stay 4-5 Thorne Tree Tented Camp:
In the middle of the Serengeti we were allowed to spend the night in a giant tent with a bed and our own toilet and shower. The prepared dinner was absolutely delicious and the stay was an absolute experience!

4th day safari Serengeti
Early morning game drive, which in the end didn't end until 5 p.m. Here, too, we got to see a large number of animals. Lions, hyenas, buffalo, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, crocodiles, a variety of birds of prey, etc.

5th day Ngorongoro Crater:
Here you could finally experience everything you had seen before in one place. Absolutely fascinating and a rhinoceros was added to our list 😊

6th night Bougainvillea
Extremely comparable to our accommodation Marera Valley Lodge. Everything was simply beautiful

Conclusion:
It was a fascinating experience with absolutely breathtaking animal experiences.

That was perhaps to be expected, but what impressed us in a really positive way was the friendliness of our guide Charles and practically every single employee we met somewhere.

Everything was 100% authentic and recommended.

By booking with Safari Porini, you can be sure that your money stays with a local company and you have a private experience.

Best wishes, Kevin

Extremely efficient with superb communication.

Upon making my initial enquiry, Raphael stood out as an exceptional operator. From the start, he was incredibly informative and patient, especially as I navigated the process of getting my visa approved. He guided me seamlessly through the booking process and ensured I had all the relevant information needed for my safari.

The safari itself was beyond words – truly the best experience of my life. Witnessing the majestic animals in their natural habitat was utterly awe-inspiring. What made it even more special was seeing how much the people and country of Tanzania respect their wildlife and environment. It added a profound sense of meaning to the experience.

I can’t recommend Raphael enough as your booking agent. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to creating a memorable trip are unmatched. If you’re looking for a life-changing adventure, trust Raphael to make it happen!

Very patient and our tour advisor gave us amazing recommendations according to our budget.
5/5

Being a family that only thought that Mombasa is the only and best place for family vacations our perspective changed when our trip advisor recommended amazing destinations and camps that are a few hours drive from Nairobi. We settled for Nakuru-Lake Elementaita. We loved the beautiful views of the Lake, the game drive to Soysambu Conservancy and the fun filled activities we did in the place we resided. Our experience with the tour operator was amazing, they considered our Budget and preferences to help us choose our destination. The customer service was good and it was definitely value for money.

Friendly n Reliable
5/5

Friendly yet professionally delivers its duties . We have a wonderful time with Johnny Jackson as our guide . He not only drive us around but also show us where the animals are this goes to show that he knows the terrain very well . This is important as we come from far to see the animals n landscape just to make sure that we bring back with us a good n exciting memory. This experience alone is worth any penny that we pay for the safari tour which is surprisingly very reasonable . The back end office is also very helpful with Chesi quick response to all the request we had . Highly recommended you will be in good hands !

Wild Wings know the business and deliver on all fronts
5/5

At long last we are home. We have enjoyed an amazing time. The absolute highlight for Coral and me was our incredible time in the Kruger National Park. It was, no doubt, a life changing experience. Every aspect of the holiday was exceptional. Your company's help, organisation and communication was so reassuring. Thank you for your clear contacts and kind words. The moment we met Rufus we knew we were lucky to be paired with such a gem. Every day was an adventure. He brought us within touching distance of so many beautiful creatures. He achieved his goal of showing us the 'Big Five' more than once. So many times we were in awe of the majestic elephants, the powerful lions, the illusive leopards, the thunderous rhinos and the herds of buffalo. Our personal favourites were the graceful giraffes and a family of hyenas. We even came to an emergency stop to avoid a python crossing the road. Rufus's ability to guide us was almost surpassed by his culinary skills. We had some marvellous breakfasts and delicious evening meals. I cannot emphasise enough how much we both enjoyed our safari experience. Again our sincere appreciation for organising such a wonderful holiday.
