Our family recently had the adventure of a lifetime as we traveled to Tanzania to climb Mount Kilimanjaro via the Marangu Route, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was well organized, and the team of guides who accompanied us made the entire journey smooth, fun, and memorable.
We were lucky to have an amazing group of guides: Antipasi, Rama, Paulo, Shafiii, and Nelson. From the moment we started our climb, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way and were always there with encouragement and support.
Each guide brought something unique to the experience, and together they made us feel safe, motivated, and fully immersed in the beauty of Kilimanjaro. Their expertise on the mountain was second to none, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were acclimatizing well, staying hydrated, and enjoying every moment of the trek.
A special shout-out to Spirit of Kilimanjaro for being the best in the business when it comes to mountain expeditions. The care, organization, and professionalism they provided were unmatched, and we felt like we were in the best hands from start to finish.

Guides were great!
A very complicated tour with hundreds of km a day - but the reward was exciting, gorillas, chimpanzee, elephants, hippos, game rides, river cruises, Africa as is, natural wonders and more.

The coordination for the trip was close to perfection. Price for the tour was very competitive. Personnel and tour guides have great knowledge, they care that we get a fun trip, they are fun and interesting and they drive very safely. Experience was beyond my expectation

Excellent experience in all regards
Fantastic experience—ever better than we expected. Abdul was an excellent guide. His understanding of the animals (where they would be and how they behave) was also matched with a care and respect for the animals that made the safari even more special. We saw all the animals we hoped to see and more—and incredibly close. We visited 4 parks all were beautiful. Each of the stays were comfortable and beautiful. Food was very tasty. Great communication. Strongly recommend this for others.

Natural and non touristic
Everything was very good, I like it because it was so natural, they can’t force the wilde animals to be in a specific place. So you need to have a good luck searching for the animals

Trip of a lifetime with the best guide !
We had the most amazing 4 day tour with our group of 7 to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru, staying at Jambo Mara Lodge and Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. From start to end communications with Axis were super effective and Cynthia was very responsive, providing a comprehensive itinerary. The safari itself was incredible with our guide Ali, who had been a guide for 16 years. This showed! He knew where all the animals were, and had a huge network of guides that he could call to figure out where to go. He was an excellent driver and always in good spirits, always providing breaks at appropriate points and giving us choice and visibility of what was to come. On top of all that, he made sure we saw the "big 5" animals, despite cheetahs, leopards and rhinos being much harder to find! Absolute trip of a lifetime - thank you Axis, Cynthia and Ali!!

Ali was amazing! We managed to see all animals we could have expected and more! He knew the spots where the animals would be and had an active group of friends he communicated with to actively find intel on animal sightings. His experience doing this really shows through.
He was the most enthusiastic, kind and engaging tour guide we could have asked for. 10/10 recommend!
