Very friendly, very responsive, and very kind organizers ... You feel like home!
5/5

Over christmas holidays, I went with my siblings to Tanzania. We booked the 6-day Safari with Serengeti Landmark Tours. From the beginning, Raymond was very responsive and accommodating. Due to our travel plans we had to move around things a couple of times. Raymond responded to all our requests immediately and did his best to fulfill our wishes. We even got some time to spend with him and had some great conversations. He took care of our stay in Arusha when our stay was extended beyond six days.

About the Safari, what can I say, it was a great experience. With Morgan, our guide, it felt like he was our friend. Very comfortable from the get-go. We also did a tour to the Materuni falls. Jackson, who drove us there, was just ... amazing <3. We learned so many things from him, and he made sure we get to see Mt. Kilimanjaro (she is hidden with clouds often :) ). We are looking forward to Jackson becoming a Serengeti guide soon :) Our guide in Materuni falls, Willfried, was also beyond this world, literally. Very spiritual. Through him, we got to connect on a higher level to the area.

I would definitely recommend everyone to meet these amazing people and let them show you their amazing land!

Great process throughout with Hope as out main contact. Everything went smoothly from pickup at hotel in Zanzibar, via flight to Arusha and meals and fantastic safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro. Food and lodge was also above expectations.

Amazing, trip of a lifetime
5/5

We used this travel agency to book our safari from Dec-early Jan. We went to Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Amboseli. We worked directly with Lencer who was incredibly accommodating to our every request, question, and comment. When we were in Kenya she and Jonathan our guide and driver met us at the hotel we were staying at and from there we went! The places we stayed were beyond our imagination, the accommodations were amazing, like a dream!
Jonathan was our guide and he was amazing. Seriously, if you can request him you should. He was incredibly knowledgable about the wildlife, super fun to be around, and a great chat. He is also an incredibly skilled driver, no road is too bumpy, no traffic is too dense!! I really can't say enough good things about Jonathan. We saw lions in Amboseli which is rare I am told, and it was all thanks to Jonathan and his understanding of the park & animals!! My husband and I left the trip feeling like we made a new friend. We both miss Kenya and are trying to figure out the next time we can come back, for now ASANTE SANA Lencer & Jonathan for the fantastic trip of a lifetime!

This tour is highly recommended for anyone who loves wildlife..
5/5

Our 6-Day Tanzania Prides of Lions Tour with Lights on Africa Safaris was an incredible experience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. Noel, our guide, was exceptional. His deep knowledge of the parks and the wildlife, especially the lions, made the trip truly unforgettable.

The safari took us through some of the most stunning landscapes in Tanzania, from Tarangire National Park to Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. We had the privilege of seeing multiple prides of lions up close, as well as other magnificent wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, and cheetahs.

The accommodations were comfortable, and the meals were delicious, adding to the overall luxury of the tour. Noel’s expertise made spotting the animals easier, and his enthusiasm for the wildlife was infectious.

This tour is highly recommended for anyone who loves wildlife, especially lions. It’s a well-planned and unforgettable safari experience!

Paschal came through with every commitment ensuring an awesome experience .
5/5

Traveling solo for a trek up Kilimanjaro I had Dec 24 and 25 open for a private safari. Paschal and the BTD team promised me an exciting 2 days with a special Christmas celebration along the way. My guide John was great to hang with for two days and very knowledgeable about the animals, birds, plants and culture. I was treated to a Christmas Eve celebration with a local tribe that encompassed an hour and a half of singing, dancing and drumming - just amazing. On Christmas morning, awoke at 6am to an elephant trumpeting outside my luxury tent/room - an amazing way to start Christmas! Upon return to the hotel that evening, Paschal had arranged with the hotel staff to treat me to a celebration with more e singing, cake and champagne! Thanks for a memorable experience - I look forward to the next trip! Kevin (Dec ‘24)

Best tour operator in Uganda
5/5

We did the 3 day Gorilla Trekking to Bwindi impenetrable forest and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Our tour guide Richard was the best! He took us from Entebbe to our camp near Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, and on our way, we stopped at the Uganda Equator for some pictures. We also had lunch at a delicious restaurant where we were warmly welcomed and received excellent service, making the experience even more memorable. Richard was always very attentive to us, constantly making sure we had everything we needed. He even stopped along the way so we could take photos of Uganda’s beautiful landscapes. We finally arrived at the gorillas, where we had an unforgettable experience. I would definitely choose this company again, as our experience was excellent from start to finish.

Sello was really great and explained everything well. Jack the guide in Soweto was also fantastic and made us sure to be safe and feel happy.

We loved all venues. Highlight was in Vilakazi Street lunch.

An intellectual journey full of laughter
5/5

This time, we joined a trip with Biko Adventure, and Saitoti and Said picked us up at the Isebania border. Upon getting into the vehicle, we noticed that the interior of the off-road car was spotlessly clean, and all the accessories were in perfect condition. Inside the car, there were bottled water and sodas kept in a car refrigerator, meaning we had access to chilled drinks throughout the journey 😃. There were also cashew nuts and tissues provided, which was incredibly thoughtful.

In the vast Serengeti Plains and Ngorongoro Crater, Said diligently searched for wildlife. During this trip, we saw a large pride of lions, including lion cubs, observed a leopard up close, and encountered countless hippos. Of course, other herbivores were abundant, and we managed to spot all the “Big Five” and even the “Ugly Five” during this adventure.

The accommodations arranged by Biko Adventure were of excellent quality, with superb lodging and dining experiences. Even for picnics, Biko used dedicated cookware to serve hot meals in the wilderness, complete with red and white wine, making the outdoor dining experience extraordinarily refined.

The itinerary was well-organized and seamless. Saitoti and Said would always arrive at the designated meeting points ahead of time to assist with preparations, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable journey. Saitoti’s sense of humor and Said’s youthful enthusiasm made this trip both fulfilling and enjoyable.

Fantastically memorable
5/5

Our family had the pleasure of being shown the beauty of Kenya and the wonder of its Safari throuigh the eyes of Leisure Escapes.
From the outset, Esther was immensely helpful and beneficial to our trip planning with insights and suggestions on how we could make most out of the one week we had. Her collaborative approach and the years of experience were exemplified in how our safaris played out in reality!
Upon arrival into Nairobi we were welcomed by not only Esther, but also our driver and tour guide for the week - Duncan.
Duncan is very experienced and knowledgeable on all things safari and Kenya. He provided detailed insights on the culture, history and architecture of Nairobi and Kenya. But went above and beyond when discussing the wildlife on safari. His wisdom and familiarity of the road along with the observation of and involvement with the wildlife was truly magical.
We had the pleasure of visiting Amboseli (Mt Kilamanjaro), Masai Mara, Naivasha (Hells Gate).
My wife and I will treasure our unforgetabble african experince and I know that our young daughters will hold the safari adventures afforded to them courtesy of Leisure Escapes for many many years! Thank you -
