He was dedicated, knowledgeable and eager to make our experience a great one.
5/5

I've used Ayo Safaris often when I travel to Tanzania and wish to bring people to the game park. The process is seamless and easy, the cost is great, and we always have an amazing time. As a westerner who used to live in Tanzania, I have been to Mikumi driving myself quite a few times, but traveling with a national guide is a huge improvement over my own driving for two reasons - one, the driving in the park is difficult and when riding along I can see so much more of the park, and two, the park drivers all know each other and communicate to find the very best viewing places in the park. I would rarely see lions on my own, but we saw over a dozen on our last trip in October. Overall, it's a great company that's well-run and easy to work with.

Excellent
5/5

Everything was very well arranged. Hotels, drivers and knowledgeable guides. We saw everything we wanted and even more.

We were with the kid of 3 y.o., and the special seat for him was also arrange (I think it was brand new or very close to be new).

Among all the companies I talked to I found communication with Martin the most efficient and tailored to the request. The replies were swift and clear.

Thanks Martin and team, would recommend the company to everyone!

Professional, friendly and reliable tour operator
4/5

I booked a 2-day safari with Vision Safari & Tours and was overall happy with the experience. Seamless communication (with Shebbie) ahead of the safari and my impression was that this is a professional, flexible and reliable tour operator. Everything was well organised and we had no issues during the safari. We visited Ngorongoro crater on the first day, which was amazing. The second day we only had few hours in Tarangire as we had to fly back to Zanzibar, and we didn't see as many animals (in Ngorongoro we saw 4 out of the big 5 - no leopard unfortunately). Beautiful park though! Accommodation, breakfast and dinner was good. Like I mentioned in my feedback after the safari, the two lunches could have been better for me as a vegetarian. While the others had rice, chicken and veggies, I was offered only rice and veggies - no alternative source of protein. The only other negative point was that our guide told us to pay a tip of $10 per person per day. He was a good guide and I think everyone would have tipped him anyway, but I felt a bit uneasy to be outright asked for it. Overall though, it was a very memorable experience!

Would Recommend
4/5

I had an overall positive experience with this company. My friend found the recommendation through TikTok, in that it was one of the few that strung together the exact safaris we wanted to attend. It was affordable and professional. The transport was very clean. If you are not a camper you might want to consider and hotel for Maasai Mara. Otherwise accommodations were as expected.

Knowledgeable. The team had a good grasp on where to go and what to do.

Responsive. Warm. Great customer service.
I was referred to Mulunde by a friend and I knew we'd get along right off the bat. She answered all the questions I had. Gave recommendations for activities during our stay and kept on checking in to see if all was well.

Absolutely amazing!!!!
5/5

I am on safari with Juliet and her team right now in Kenya and it is the most amazing hospitality I have found in all of Africa. When I come back I will use Simian Safaris every time. They make you feel so comfortable from the moment you arrive and every experience has been incredible. They personalize your safari to be exactly what you need. I recommend to book with Simian Safaris now.

An Unforgettable Experience
5/5

After submitting my request, I was contacted through WhatsApp by Divina and any questions or queries I had were answered promptly and professionally. My partner and I decided to book the 3 day trip to visit Tsavo East with a stay at Salt Lick Lodge which was great value for money! Our driver, Peter, picked us up from our hotel on time and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout our trip, he did his utmost each day to provide us with the best experience and his expertise meant we were able to see as many animals as possible including some of the ‘Big 5’. Our stay at Salt Lick lodge was incredible, a must for anyone visiting the area and worth every penny. An overall 5* unforgettable experience and we look forward to returning to Kenya in the future for another trip with Buffalo Steps Adventures.
