Great Service from Ute at Roho Ya Chui
Excellent communication and itinerary work by Ute. She was very friendly and always accessible to answer questions and ensure everything was ready for our trip. All accommodations were as expected and the trip was better than expected.

Great time & Great Tour
This is my first time visiting Tanzania. AAA Express Adventure was really responsive with our initial questions and customized our tour. My friends and I did a 6 days lodge tour at North Tanzania. The lodges we were staying at were all very nice. The driver was really knowledgeable with wild life and really good at looking for animals. We had lions walking right beside our car, we watched leopard catch an antelope, thanks to the driver. AAA also arranged a sun rise at Serengeti, which was an amazing and unforgettable part of the tour. The price is reasonable too. All in all, I highly recommended it.

Traveled with Kambona in 2007 and 2010 and will do so again!
We love to travel and had wanted to do an African safari for a long time. Did not want to do a group tour...wanted a guide for four people...with more flexibility and freedom to explore. Didn't have any idea of how to find "the guide". After attending a meeting where a previous client of Kambona's talked about his trip to Africa and his experience with Africa VIP Travel...my husband said: we've found our guide, we can schedule our trip to Africa! We traveled to Tanzania in February 2007. Kambona and his staff provided an experience we'll never forget. The level of preparation, knowledge, attention to detail, sharing stories, patience with our questions and wonderful sense of humor presented by Kambona and his staff were beyond our expectations. The tent camping in the Serengeti was definitely a highlight of the trip, as were the game drives, the excitement of finding and observing the animals in their habitat was outstanding. There is absolutely no hesitation in referring our traveling friends to Kambona. They always return with positive experiences and we receive many thanks for helping them find 'the guide' to take them on their 'trip of a lifetime'. In 2010 we returned for our second safari with Kambona. We look forward to returning with family members in order to share the experience with them. Kambona has become more than 'the guide', we now consider him our friend from Tanzania and can't wait to introduce him to our traveling friends who are interested in making their first 'trip of a lifetime' in Tanzania!

an excellent customer experience
This is my 4th time in Africa.I organized my trip with 3 different travel agents covering different areas:south Namibia, north Namibia and Botwana to VFalls. The services provided by Impala Tours(north Namibia) were excellent, customizing the trip at a very good quality-price balance and giving the chance to see the highlits of African Safary Trip with a proffesional quide. I received all support not only before deciding to choose them but also after, in solving my problems related to visa requirements. If you have any plans to visit Namibia, Botwana, Zimbabwe or South Africa-contact them!

Great tour company - delevers as promised
I gathered all of the information necessary on the plan for my safari. I invited quotes by email from several companies, meanwhile friends of ours recommended Base Camp whom they have used before and were happy with their experience. I contacted base camp, initially the quote took quite a while to come through and the subsequent emails were not replied, hence, I almost selected a different company to go with. Mr. Achmed replied back just before we confirmed with a different company, the price was comparable to the other company though it was not the lowest. Due to the references, I decided to go with Base Camp.
We were greeted on arrival in Kili airport by our driver, Thomas, who drove us to Ilburo Safari Lodge for the initial night stay. The next day we drove to the Ngorongo Crater. We saw a lot of animals and we stayed at the Serena Lodge on the top of the crater. The dinner buffet at the lodge was very good with lots of choices. The entertainment program was an amazing acrobatics act. The box lunches at all Serenas were very basic, and not anywhere close to the buffet at the hotel. The breakfast had a variety of choices. The next day we drove to Serengeti National Park. We saw lion prides with cubs, leopards, lots of zebras and wildebeest. We did not do the early morning game drives as the lodge was a bit far from the action and the driver suggested that it may be too hard to come back for breakfast. The next day we saw a migration wildebeest heard crossing the road but a lot fewer lions. After Serengeti we drove to Lake Manyara where we saw some elephants and baboons, no lions. We continued on the next day to Tarangire and stayed at the safari lodge before returning back to Arusha. Achmed met us both the initial day that that we arrived and also after the safari and gave us lots of tips. Our driver Thomas was a bit reserved sometimes, but knowledgeable about the animals and spoke decent English. All in all I am happy with our decision to go with Basecamp Safaris Ltd and would choose this company again in the future.
Great communication and flexible operator, but guide could have been better
Mwanje did a great job arranging a safari to meet our requirements. He is a punctual with email communication and willing to go the extra mile.
Be sure to check how long it takes to get from on destination to another by car - especially if you need to traverse Nairobi!

Nairobi National Park, Elephant orphan, giraffe centre and city tour were all very amazing!
Sami was a good guide while visiting Nairobi National Park, Elephant orphan and giraffe centre. He communicate very well with the three of us.
After the safari we went to a café and we drank typical tea from Kenya. We liked that very much! It was nice to talk with the employees of Termial Tours Kenya!
Ndavi was also a good guide during the city tour. He told us a lot about Nairobi.
We enjoyed Nairobi, thanks to you!

I was lucky enough to go to Namibia with Masihambe Afrika and I loved every minute of it.
The accommodation and meals were way beyond what I expected. Wonderful.
The tour was diverse, well planned and a lot of fun.

A Truly Amazing Experience!
I cannot express enough how much of an amazing experience I had on my trip through Tanzania, and it would not have been possible without Safari Infinity!
What ultimately made choosing Safari Infinity so easy, was the incredible attentiveness and knowledge expressed to my inquiries. I could only communicate through email, but every question, from start to finish, was answered in a timely and thoughtful manner. Lucia was the only person I had corresponded with from Safari Infinity before actually arrived in Tanzania. She was amazing, truly amazing, in helping with anything and everything I needed. Because of this, I had a great confidence in all that she suggested, and in Safari Infinity.
After everything had been booked, and I finally arrived in Tanzania, my roommate and I were met by our guide Kelly, at the airport. We departed for a 5 day safari through Tarangire, Ndutu, the Southern and Central Serengeti, and Ngorogoro Crater. The safari took place in February 2014 during the short dry season. Because of the time of year, I tried not to get my hopes up since it can be considered non-peak season. However, the safari exceeded every expectation I had. We were extremely fortunate to have Kelly as our guide. He was knowledgeable, passionate, and had the most incredible set of eyes that allowed us to see and experience things I would have never have thought possible. I really don’t know how he did it. Along with Kelly, I also had the pleasure of traveling with Richard, our cook. He was not just a cook, but a magician in the kitchen. We were on a basic camping safari, but it was nothing short of remarkable. I couldn’t believe how easy Kelly and Richard made things look. Without these two, I do not believe I would have had the anything close to the spectacular and unforgettable experience on safari.
Upon our return, what topped off the journey was Lucia and Simon meeting us before our departure from Tanzania. I would never have thought the two people responsible for organizing the safari would have time to sit and talk to their clients, but it happened. They were gracious hosts, and genuinely interested in all that had happened. You cannot go wrong in booking with Safari Infinity! I could not have asked for a better trip!
