Victoria Falls Safari
Thorn Bush Safaris booked my three night stay in Victoria Falls. It was a pleasure dealing with their reservations. I Will definitely use them in the future. It was very impressive to see the falls in the high water season. Well worth the trip.

We did a quicky with Ulinda and it was perfectly organized.
Moremi Game Reserve – in ONE day. Yes it can be done with Jane and Sarah and crew.
- “This is not a zoo” – Once in a lifetime experience to sleep within 30 meters to a herd of Hippo’s – they are quite communicative
- Sometimes the road is the goal – being in Moremi

Jane was the first female tour operator in Zimbabwe before moving to Botswana. Jane and her daughter Sarah plus crew make a clockwork organized safari with attention to detail.
I would go again with Ulinda - next a bit longer.

Masihambe gave me the greatest adventure of my lifetime
We went on perhaps one of the most difficult of all African safaris - East Africa (it was Masihambe's first time there).
There were no issues with communications and the service was excellent. We tented most of the way so there was little time to get too comfortable. Never the less no one complained about the conditions we faced.
The whole tour was professionally run and it was a credit to the tour operator.

Remarkable experience

Review about Uganda by Marcel Abraas
Wildlife: awesome! For Bwindi, mostly, of course, although I can imagine someone interested in birds could have fun in Kabale. I plan to go back there some day for other parks, to see the 'big five', as I didn't get a chance to do a 'regular safari' last time.
Scenic beauty: equally awesome! I wish I could have gone deeper into the forest, but that was up to the gorillas, not me ;) Lake Bunyonyi is also a place not to be missed - I took a 3 day trip in dugout canoes there, and the place as green as Holland. Forget the dust-filled footage you often see on TV... visit the rolling green hills in southern Uganda!
Bush vibe: travelling in a dugout canoe, a muddy motor ride, tracking gorill'as - yeah, there is certainly a bush vibe - even though both the canoe trekking and the gorilla tracking were basically very organised. It's not as if you're alone out there, but you won't be queueing to climb the volcano (another one for the to-do list!) either.

A tough motorcycle ride that should only be done by experienced off-road riders
In September, the pans are very dry, so the wildlife is scarce. September is still very hot (42 degrees Celsius) and the wind was also very strong. With no trees for shelter, camping on the pans was difficult. The Pans are surrounded by deep soft sand, making it difficult on two wheels.
Camping on the open Pans in an awesome experience. You will never feel such solitude when looking across the Pans at absolutely nothing.
Kubu Island with its mystical history is a must see

I went to the Ruaha National Park with Gazelle Safari and it was simply awesome. The organisation and the guiding were very good and in a way very familiar. I appreciate the service very much during and after the tour. I can recommend Gazelle Safari to everyone.

Wonderful Personal Tour of Tanzania Game Parks
My wife and I opted for a private Jeep just for the two of us from Bestday Safaris, which turned out to be a great decision as we got to see the animals without other people obstructing our view. The driver/guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and made sure that we were safe at all times. He went out of his way many times, especially to find the Big 5. The accommodations during the trip was good considering we were in the middle of the jungle. Everything went smoothly without any issues. At the end of the trip back at the hotel my wife asked the driver to get a cake to surprise me for my Bday, I thought that was a nice touch to end our trip. Thanks Peter for a memorable adventure.
