Best experience in Tanzania
I booked a 4-day safari. We did it at 3 locations, Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. It really was the best experience.
Our driver/guide Agustino Laurency was really great, he told us very much information about the animals, all the locations and about the Maasai people. Also he was a great host with putting in much effort for the lunch. I can surely recommend to take a 4-day trip to the safari locations as it was really amazing!

Still recommended, but need more improvement
I booked the 7D6N Safari Tour with Jocky
Tour, covering Maasai Mara -Lake
Naivasha - Lake Nakuru - Hell's Gate-Amboseli.
Good Experience:
The first 5 days of the safari, guided by
John from Jocky Tour, were very good.
John's deep knowledge of wildlife and his
ability to explain the behavior and
characteristics of the animals made the
experience truly enriching. He was punctual, patient, and responsible, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey.
Bad Experience:
Unfortunately, my experience during the last two days in Amboseli were disappointed. After the Hell's Gate trip, I was transferred to another
tour agency: Cover Kenia Safari. The guide,
Kikitu from Cover Kenia Safari , did not meet my expectations.
On the first day's full day game drive, he was 40 minutes late, which impacted not able to see much animals as by the time we arrived at Amboseli National Park, the weather was too hot, animals was hide at somewhere else.
Besides, on the final day pre-morning game drive, the schedule was cut short to
accommodate one of the participant in this group traveling to Tanzania. As a result, the whole group only had an hour in Amboseli before heading to Tanzania border. This change significantly affected my itinerary, as we returned to Nairobi at 12 PM instead of the originally planned end time of around 4 PM.
Not only that, Kikitu's driving skill is too dangerous. Even driving in the road outside safari, also extremely fast which make the participants felt extremely unsafe.

Jartan Lazier is a remarkable tour leader, wildlife guide, & personality extraordinaire!
Our small group tour with nine other travelers through Kenya and Tanzania was remarkable in itself but Jartan made everything so much more memorable. Jartan had firsthand knowledge of all areas we visited. His connections with local area experts and residents who shared their personal stories with us added so much to our visits in all locations throughout Kenya and Tanzania. Time spent speaking directly with people in each location increased our understanding of daily life, survival of cultures, and coping mechanisms for growing populations. In each national park, areas of conservation, or other wildlife setting, Jartan hired drivers and guides with his caliber of knowledge and willingness to make our experiences the best possible. All guides were welcoming, had fun personalities, and accommodated all reasonable traveler’s requests.
While in the wild, which was most of our trip, we encountered wildlife of all types. It was never boring! Each day brought new viewings of previously not seen animals or the same animals in new settings. As we traveled on safaris there were near constant wildlife viewings. Many times we were first with a sighting of a special animal or unique encounter. When we arrived at a sighting location busy with other travelers, we were able, with Jartan’s and his guide’s expertise and knowledge, to be positioned such that the animals moved towards us for better views and photo-ops. Many of our great pictures are the result of Jartan’s directions for positioning the vehicle.
Jartan is remembered for his actions as a guide but became a friend by his caring hospitality and openly enthusiastic sharing of his pride for Africa and its people.

We had the best six days at Ku Sungula, the game drives were amazing and the lodge was beautiful
We booked the six-day tour. The communication prior to our arrival was great. Everything was clear for us and we got an overview of what we would do in the coming 6 days.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included and was great. They have a variety of breakfast options which you can choose every evening. They also switch up the lunch and dinner, so everyday you will eat something different which is great.
The game drives were really good as well, you go with a maximum of 9 people at a game drive, but when we were there we had around 4-5 people in the car during the game drives. We spotted the big-5 in the reserve and the guides were really good at English and explaining everything about the animals, plants and the reserve itself. They provide water during the game drives, in the morning they get coffee for you and in the evening there is beer or soft drinks
The lodge was great with an outdoor shower and airconditioning and everyday they come in and clean the room during the game drives.
Our experience was a 10/10 at this lodge and I would recommend anybody to stay here

Ozon Light is always customer orientated, individual and very fast replying.
During our 15-day vacation in Tanzania and Zanzibar with Ozon Light, we enjoyed a 7-day safari in Ndutu, the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire. Our guide, Innocent, consistently demonstrated a great understanding of our wishes and needs, excellent timing, and a good sense of the distances, allowing us to experience numerous breathtaking wildlife encounters! Minor changes to the tour were gladly accommodated, and Innocent always shared fascinating details about the animals, the country, and the culture. On the often bumpy roads, he always prioritized safety and ensured the car was clean every day. The accommodations were very well chosen, and we always felt very welcome and comfortable. A truly unforgettable experience was our stay, including an overnight stay, in a Maasai village, where we were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful evening with the Maasai people. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Innocent, and saying goodbye was not easy for us.

Amazing experience!
The gorilla tour with TrueVine was better than we could have imagined. The experiences were fun, accommodations luxurious and communicating with Bernard effortless.
We were also extremely lucky to have Sophia (a guide currently in training) with us. She was easy to talk to and also introduced us to authentic Ugandan culture. Her being there was a perfect example how Bernard only chooses the best peole to lead the tours.
Thank you again for an amazing experience and hope to see you again one day!

Never miss Akagera National Park
We recently had the privilege of visiting Akagera National Park, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Our guide, Richard, was absolutely amazing and played a huge role in making this trip so special.
Richard's knowledge of the park’s fauna and flora was exceptional. He seemed to know everything about the animals, birds, and plants, and he was always eager to share fascinating insights and answer all of our questions. His passion for wildlife and conservation was contagious, and it gave us a deeper appreciation for the beauty and importance of Akagera.
The safari itself was breathtaking — from spotting majestic lions and elephants to watching herds of antelope and buffalo in their natural habitat. Richard had a sharp eye for finding animals we would have otherwise missed, and his ability to anticipate their behavior gave us unique moments to observe them up close.
On top of that, Richard’s warm personality and professionalism made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. It was clear he genuinely cared about creating the best possible experience for us.
We highly recommend Akagera National Park to anyone who loves nature and adventure, and if you can, ask for Richard as your guide — you won’t regret it!
