Trip of a lifetime!
5/5

We just finished a 3-day tour with Lulu Safaris and I cannot recommend them enough. We were met at the airport by Simon, our guide, and Allan, who was completing his orientation. We were so lucky to have two amazing guides with us during the entire trip. Even though we had been traveling for over 30 hours at that point, they both made the long drive to Bwindi fun and enjoyable. They took care of everything from start to finish, and made sure to add little touches along the way that made the tour even better. We were in Uganda to see gorillas, and it was so nice to have Lulu Safaris handle permits, lodging, food, and everything else we needed. Gorilla trekking was unforgettable — one of the best experiences of my life — and the rest of our short time in Uganda was also lovely learning about the culture and history. The lodge that they booked for us was also wonderful. This felt like a very good value and there is nothing I would change about our experience. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer tour! We will be back to Uganda again soon and will book all future tours with Lulu Safaris (and hopefully get to have Simon and Allan as our guides again)!

Ugandan adventure with helpful and friendly staff!
5/5

We had a great adventure with Lulu's safaris. Simon was a great guide and we had the bonus of having Allan along with us. Both were very knowledgeable about all things Ugandan and were able to answer all of our many questions and added many stories and anecdotes. They communicated well and were always where we needed them to be. I would highly recommend Lulu's safaris!

Passionate and responsible
5/5

A very good guide! Basically, we saw all the animals we wanted to see. Although the guide didn't understand what we were saying in Chinese, he would ask us if we wanted to stop and take pictures every time we exclaimed, and asked if we had finished taking pictures before we could continue. The guide also drove very carefully, slowed down when passing uneven roads, reminded us to close the windows when passing crowded places, and checked whether the door was locked every time we got in the car. I would recommend this guide to every friend! !

Smooth arrangement and instant assistance for our trip in Victorian Falls and Hwange Park.
5/5

I recently enjoyed an unforgettable vacation in Victoria Falls, expertly arranged by Marvel. He really took my budget and expectations into consideration. The safari in Hwange Park offered breathtaking wildlife encounters, the white-water rafting on the Zambezi River was exhilarating, and dining at local restaurants provided a delightful taste of Zimbabwean culture. I highly recommend Marvel for crafting such a seamless and memorable adventure.

Professional Kilimanjaro Climbing team and Good Safari guide
5/5

I recently embarked on the adventure of a lifetime with Mountain Warrior, and the overall experience was unforgettable.

Kilimanjaro Climb
Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro was a dream come true, and Sam and his team made it seamless. The team was incredibly organized, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Our guides, Sam and Justin, were not only highly experienced but also deeply passionate about the mountain and its surroundings. They provided constant encouragement, shared fascinating stories, and ensured our safety throughout the trek. The porters were equally amazing—hardworking, friendly, and always ready to assist. The food was delicious and plentiful, which was a pleasant surprise at such high altitudes!

The choice of route (we took the Whisky route) was perfect, offering stunning scenery and a good pace for acclimatization. Mountain Warrior’s emphasis on safety and sustainability was commendable, and I felt well-prepared thanks to their thorough pre-trip briefing.

Safari Experience
After summiting Kilimanjaro, we transitioned to the safari portion of the trip, and it was just as incredible. Our guide, Inno, was knowledgeable and had an eagle eye for spotting wildlife. We visited Serengeti, Ndutu, and Ngorongoro Crater, and each park offered something unique. I highly recommend Ngorongoro Crater, often called the "Natural Zoo," where we encountered countless species of animals. Our guide did his best to find the Big Five, but unfortunately, we missed the leopard. The accommodations and food were comfortable and well-located, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of Tanzania’s landscapes and wildlife.

What Stood Out
- Exceptional Guides and Staff – The team’s expertise and warmth made the trip truly special.
- Personalized Experience – They catered to our group’s needs and preferences, making the trip feel tailored just for us.

Room for Improvement
Although the experience was nearly flawless, there was a misunderstanding between us and the salesperson during the trip. We assumed that all the accommodations listed in the itinerary were included, but upon arrival at one hotel, we were informed that it had not been booked and that we needed to pay for it ourselves. This was an unexpected disappointment that slightly dampened an otherwise fantastic trip.

Final Thoughts
Mountain Warrior offers great value for money. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and passionate team to guide you through a Kilimanjaro climb and safari, they are a solid choice.

Very responsive and organised a great safari.
5/5

Across Horizons were very quick at responding to any messages and organised pick up and drop off so made it very easy.

The safari tour was great. The guide was really knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts about the different animals and was happy to answer any questions. We were lucky to see many animals up close (elephants, giraffes, lions, cheetah, buffalo, zebra, leopard to name a few).

I’d recommend 😊

An Unforgettable Safari with Kismambi Tours!
5/5

We chose Kismambi Tours for our five-day safari in Tanzania, and we couldn't have made a better decision. From the very beginning, their organization was flawless.

What truly made our safari extraordinary was our incredible guide, Dietet. He was not only an expert in wildlife but also a fantastic storyteller, making every moment more engaging. His passion, deep knowledge, and keen eye for spotting animals ensured that we had the best possible experience. Every day, he provided us with delicious packed lunches (included in the all-inclusive package we booked), which we enjoyed in designated areas within the parks, fully immersed in nature. It was a true 360° adventure into the wild heart of Tanzania—one we would gladly do again and highly recommend to everyone at least once in their lifetime.

Our adventure began in Tarangire National Park, where we were mesmerized by the breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife. Dietet always positioned us in the perfect spots, allowing us to capture amazing photos—even with a simple 50-200mm lens instead of a professional one!
Then came the Serengeti, where we spent magical days witnessing nature at its finest. We were incredibly lucky to see two predator attacks—one by lions and one by cheetahs—one of which was successful and happened right next to our jeep! We witnessed incredible scenes of wildlife in their daily routines—lions resting, giraffes grazing, and herds of elephants on the move.

Thanks to Dietet, we also managed to spot all of the Big Five, both in the Serengeti and later in the Ngorongoro Crater. The rhinos, often the hardest to find, appeared no less than five times—an absolute privilege to witness!

As a wonderful bonus, Dietet even arranged an impromptu visit to a Maasai village, offering us an authentic and enriching cultural experience.

Every aspect of the trip was worth every penny. The pricing was fair and transparent, especially considering the quality of service, the expertise of our guide, and the overall experience. There were no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises—just a seamlessly organized, unforgettable adventure. Throughout the trip, we always felt safe and well taken care of.

This safari was truly a 360° immersion into the wild heart of Tanzania, an experience that exceeded all our expectations. If you're considering a safari, do it at least once in your lifetime—and when you do, choose Kismambi Tours.

A huge thank you to Dietet and the entire Kismambi Tours team for making this an adventure we will treasure forever.

See you soon!

Highly Recommend Kiboko Tours !
5/5

I have been on many safaris however this was my first solo which I did in order to maximize photo opportunities. Gibson was amazing and very communicative in helping to plan the trip, and guides Chris and Emmanuel were patient and resourceful in listening to my needs and finding animals.

Simon is a fantastic guide!
5/5

Simon was friendly and helpful from the moment he met us at the airport until he dropped us off again. Throughout our excursion he was upbeat and kind and was willing to answer all of our questions about the excursion, about the local culture and Uganda, everything! He shared a lot of great information that gave us insight about this country. I am leaving feeling like I learned a lot! And of course he was very happy and enthusiastic that we had a wonderful gorilla experience!!
In addition, Alan, who joined us because he was finishing his orientation, also did a great job! Simon and Alan even made the all-day drive from the airport to Bwindi Park, and the return drive, very enjoyable! Again, awesome guides!!
