Fantastic - A Truly Incredible Experience Epic 5 Nts/6-Day Amboseli, Naivasha & Masai Mara Mid-Range
Our experience with Wild Race was really terrific from start to finish. As 2 single, retired professional women, my friend and I were looking for an adventurous, yet safe, introduction to Kenya. Simon and his team over-delivered! We had booked our first day on our own in Nairobi, and Simon arranged a tour of the city which was a good introduction to this huge city - we would never have been able to navigate its highlights on our own. We were thrilled to begin our safari in a large Toyota pop-up jeep, and to learn that we were the only passengers. It was such a privilege to travel with our guide, Raymond, the consummate professional! He was a constant source of knowledge, no matter what aspect of Kenyan/African society and nature we asked him about. And he always made sure that our jeep had the best views of Kenya's stunning wild-life experience. The accommodations throughout our Safari were top-notch. The food was especially good, and we were really pleased how attentive the kitchens were to specialized dietary needs. We've both travelled a lot and this was definitely top of the pile - a truly extraordinary experience. Thank you Wild Race!

The whole trip was well organised from Mombasa to Dar-e Salaam. we also took a safari which was amazing thanks to the great guide Johnson whose knowledge of the area and wildlife was just out of this world.
the accommodation selected for us was second to none.
Al was on standby the whole time during our trip, and we could contact him anytime. would highly recommend TSA.

Everything was perfection!
I don't think I can properly describe how amazing our trip to Uganda was. I am incredibly thankful to Pamoja (the wonderful Regina) for putting together such a fantastic itinerary for us. She and I emailed back and forth about 100 times (no joke) planning this trip. Regina kindly made so many recommendations, made several last minute adjustments and answered all of my questions. She truly put together the most perfect trip that I could have never done on my own. I am very grateful for her guidance in planning and her beautiful itinerary. But most of all, I can't be more grateful for our guide, Amos, who made our trip absolutely magical. Amos was so knowledgeable, so professional, he truly is an incredible human being. Literally every local and lodge that we encountered, everyone knew that we were with Amos and everyone spoke his name with reverence. He knew the name of every animal, bird, tree and bug, never once did he not have the answer to our questions (and there were A LOT of questions). His openness made me feel comfortable enough to just ask anything and everything I could think of without feeling awkward or self-conscious (having never been to Africa/Uganda, I had many questions about local life). His organization and time management was impeccable. We always knew the plan every day of where we were going, what we would be seeing, and he even arranged extra activities for us that we didn't originally plan on our itinerary (an extra boat ride and golden monkey trekking which were some of our most memorable moments). We always felt incredibly safe and that we knew we were in not just good hands, but the best hands. He was an excellent driver and maneuvered expertly through the streets, mountains and dense bush while off roading with the Carnivore project. He always had a cold water waiting for us in the morning and snacks ready for when we got hungry. His photography skills are insane and I will cherish his pictures that he shared with us forever. I will walk away from this trip with mind blowing memories of gorillas, chimpanzees, lions, leopards, elephants, hippos, shoebills, golden monkeys, countless other beautiful birds and beasts. But most of all, I will be walking away with the memories of the thoughtful, meaningful conversations over dinner with Amos. I was truly heartbroken to leave Uganda for it's beautiful landscape, food and hospitable people, but I was almost in tears not knowing the next time I will see Amos again. There are some people that just make an impact on your life and Amos will always be at the top of my list for those moments we shared. This trip has been the most incredible and life changing trip of my life and I can't thank Pamoja and Amos enough for that experience.

the real african safari
The migration is a unique wonder that shows animal behavior not changing since ages. It is a fantastic experience with fantastic landscapes like masai plateau, serengeti planes and gorongoro crater. An incredible combination of landscape and animal life.

Marvellous
In January we visited South Africa for the first time, on the occasion of my 70th birthday. We were recommended to start with Safari, so we started our adventure in Johannesburg, with 5 days 4 nights in Kruger park. We arrived at the lodge at 7 pm, started with dinner, then went to bed after a long journey, which started in the south of France by car to Barcelona, and flight. On arrival it was hot 38° and high humidity, but it felt lovely. The clock rang at 4 in the morning, quick shower coffee, and off on our first Safari. It was a fantastic experience to experience all the wild animals at arm's length. After about 3 hours of safari back to the lodge for a lovely breakfast, bathed in the crystal clear water in the pool, rested a bit and then went on the afternoon Safari. We were lucky to experience 4 out of 5 big five, unfortunately we did not see rhino. One day we went on an excursion to Swaziland, a fairly long drive of about 4 hours, but so well worth the trip, beautiful nature, wonderful people, we stopped at an artist's village, with lots of African art, fabrics in all colors and patterns, on to an authentic village, where you learned how people lived for generations, we got to experience traditional singing and dancing. our days in Kruger park are days I deeply value, the people were so wonderful and warm-hearted, we only experienced kindness wherever we were. The staff at the lodge were fantastic and accommodating, our tour guide did everything to ensure that we got the full value. We then continued our trip to Cape Town, we stayed with good friends for 5 nights in Stellenbosch, on a wine farm, it was fantastic to experience the old center of Stellenbosch with beautiful buildings. One day in Franschhoek we rode the wine train and buses between the most amazing vineyards, we walked back the main street, to see the beautiful houses, all the nice shops and have lunch. our last three nights we stayed in the Waterfront with good friends, there we visited Table Mountain and Robben Island. I am so happy with my trip to South Africa, so we have started looking at a new trip there in January 2026

really professional and helpful
I chose Shammah Wonders because I read many positive reviews and I can also confirm my excellent experience with them. I was able to appreciate their availability even before booking, with an exchange of messages on WhatsApp that were very useful for planning my vacation in Zanzibar. With Shammah I organized a 2-day safari at Nyerere National Park, an excellent guide and, even with a bit of luck, we were able to admire all types of animals present in the park (elephants, lions, giraffes, hippos, etc.). Only the crocodiles were long in coming. The accommodation for the night in the lodge was of good quality (certainly don't expect luxury), even with a small evening performance by the Masai. The visit to a typical Masai village was also interesting. In short, the overall is undoubtedly positive and I would recommend Shammah Wonders for Safaris and various excursions in Zanzibar and in Tanzania in general.

Caleb is the best, he knows the trail like back of his hand
Our tour guide Caleb is the best, he went way out his way to get everyone the best view. Guy knows his stuff for sure, really enjoyed everything during the trip. Only complain is the masai village visit, feels like a scam. But that's just me, keep your guards up when you're there

Johnny Jackson is amazing guide will recommend to friends
i have an excellent trip will definitely recommend to friends
