Terrible experience
Our experience with Karibu Safari Kenya was terrible. The accomodations were very different than the ones that were promised by the company, we discussed the issue with the company and they didn't even know that our driver was taking us to different hotels, much cheaper and with much worse conditions than the ones that we actually paid for. We demanded a refund and it's been weeks and they don't even reply to us. The driver was very rude, the itinerary was constantly changing and it was very different than the one settled for us by the company. We only enjoyed a full day of safari in Masai Mara and there was a day where we just spend the entire morning driving from Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru and spent the entire afternoon in the hotel room as the driver refused to take us in a morning game drive in Masai Mara claiming that there was "no time".
The company doesn't deliever what is promised and they don't even try to compensate us or to do service recovery. The company nor the driver were not professional AT ALL being very rude to us. I felt that I paid for a 3 day safari and only enjoyed 1 day, not worth at all.
If I could go back I would book it with another company

We spent 7 days in Tanzania and experienced the expertise of our guide Yusuph from arrival to departure. His knowledge of the parks and animals was great. Wild Reality Safari offered accommodations that provided great food and facilities that were the best in lodges as well as tented camps. Successful safari adventure owed to perfect professionalism of the Team!
My wife, two daughters (10 and 16 y.o.) experienced an 8-day long safari organised by Leisure Adventures during early February 2025 in Kenya. I had several safari experiences throughout Africa (Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Namibia) 10+ years before from my long professional career in Africa. Thus, I knew upfront what to expect "on average" from "safaris".
I can now just say that the Leisureway Team greatly exceeded my "average" till date!
The trip was perfectly organized (prior to it I customized it with them to the absolute detail by way of 2-3 iterations over emails and whatsap). Jared and Sylus provided very good advice, and I recommend hearing them well while you are in the "design" stage (starting from the most detailed elements of the safari, hotels, transfers, through to medicine, clothes, change money, etc)!
After arrival, Leisureway Team was guiding us from A to Z since the show up at Nairobi airport, through to the Safari in Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru, through to Mombasa hotel (and fought back to back on-site, my way, with the hotel management!), through to the departure. We were meet by the Leisureway Management on-hand on occassion of each major portion of the trip.
As a result of that, the safari proved to be an absolute life-time experience for my family! Fast forward: I should have decided for at least couple of more days (one more in the Parks, and at least one, or two more in Diani near Mombasa). I recommend your experiencing also the first class train going from Mombasa to Nairobi through the park (elephants visiblee!).
Overall, I expect repeating this experience in a year+ time and recommend organization of your trip with the Leisureway Adventures Team, too.

So amazing and surreal it was like a dream - unbeatable
From the planning of our safari, with the ever patient and always amazing help of Gift, to the execution with our excellent guide Jacob, we couldn't have wished for a better experience. From the plane landing in Arusha (the city) to being dropped of for our flight out, we were absolutely taken care of. We didn't have to worry about anything. (Quick tip, you can absolutely fly into Arusha airport instead of Kilimanjaro depending on where you're coming from. Arusha airport is a bit closer to the city and has direct flights to and from Zanzibar.)
Meru Slopes truly wants you to have the safari of a life time and their attention to detail was incredible. The amenities of the jeep were excellent, always cold water, pop, beer, and wine along with WiFi (when accessible) and charging stations, every conceivable concern on such a journey was removed.
The accommodations were comfortable, spacious and the service very good. The food provided was plentiful, mostly varied, with something for everyone and the serving staff friendly, courteous and almost always joyful.
The game drives, themselves, were plentiful, with something amazing to see (be it scenery or animals) almost every moment. We hit the big five and the ugly five, plus so much more. The best part wasn't that we saw everything, but the knowledge of both animals, environment and culture that was shared by Jacob.
We can't recommend Gift or Jacob enough. Without either of them, our trip would surely not have been so breathtakingly wonderful

The Best is Karibu World
This is Pankaj Jotangia from Arusha-Tanzania. I am very thankful to Karibu World, namely Ms. Najma Khan for making our holiday very much memorable. Me and my wife did a trip to Mauritius in April,2024 and now to Dubai.. Honest word ,they are well organized from transport to accommodation with good cars and hotels. In both our trips we got VIP service. Moreover, Ms. Najma is always available when contacted for advice etc, which brings a lot of comfort. Thank you team Karibu.

Professional and Prompt Services
I highly recommend Universal Ventures Rwanda for the prompt reply, services and their professionalism in tourism. Our tour guide Christian was very friendly, punctual and knowledgeable about the country. We had an amazing game drive safari in Akagera National Park and then went gorilla trekking in Uganda's Bwindi; both experiences were worth it because of Universal Ventures Rwanda. I highly recommend this tour company to travelers visiting East African countries.

The 2 day safari was great. it is worth deciding to travel with hello tanzania. good organization, care, excellent guide. memories and impressions for a lifetime!
