THE BEST!
We booked Safari part of our trip through Baraka from Serengeti Smiles. This part was executed flawlessly. We had zero issues and had a fantastic time. Communication was superb and everyone was exceptionally good . But we ran into problems with later part of the trip which had nothing to do with this company. When we reached out to them they went above and beyond not only to help us but actually resolve the issues. In this day and age when people barely want to do their own job I was pleasantly surprised with the work ethic, efficiency and kindness Baraka displayed. Thank you so much for making this the best trip ever!

We saw the big 5!
Our safari with Ngotea Distinctive Safaris was amazing! Leonard organised a tailormade trip for us (my husband, our toddler and I). We had an excellent guide who made us discover the Tarangire national park, the Ngorogoro crater, Ndutu, etc. We were impressed to see the big 5! So beautiful!

Best Memories of my Safari trip
Went for 5 days trip and starting from booking process it was fast and smooth and the team is very responsive. I am fortunate to have our guide Geeman, he was very friendly, knowledgeable about the animals and I had a nice trip with him throughout the whole trip! Definitely highly recommend Jocky and Geeman.

Excellent organisation, reliable, trustworthy
We really didn't want to book a safari with our travel company or the hotel as they tend to be more expensive. I found BMS online and requested a quote. I confess I was a little concerned as I didn't know BMS nor had I heard of them and as always you are worried about losing your money and not getting what you hoped for. This was also our honeymoon so really wanted to be reassured about the company. Within minutes of submitting my request, I received a quote and a message from Isaac to ask if he could help further. From then on the lines of communication were clear and Isaac organised everything. Isaac personally came to the hotel with our guide Anthony and we had a fabulous 3 days, 2 nights. Hats off to Anthony who was incredibly knowledgeable and has the eyesight of an eagle! He spotted things on our safari that no human should be able to see. The great thing, for us, with a private tour was the flexibility and ability to adjust the drives and departure times around our schedule. Excellency and reliability
For our first trip to South Africa, I looked for an animal sighting tour that would accommodate the needs of our family party, including myself, my 85 y/o mother, and an 18 y/o nephew. Our Choice could not have been better. Mmilo Tours offered us exactly what we were looking for, a private 2-day tour to Pillanersberg in a comfortable SUV just for us and definitely the most knowledgeable guide in the country, Mr. Willem Heckroodt. Apart from knowing the geography of South Africa in detail, which meant a lot to us since I am a professor in physical geography and my mum Emerita in the same field, Willem is a great conversationalist and a professional who anticipates and caters to all your needs. He excels in every aspect you would expect from a tourist Guide and made us feel at ease at all times, turning the trip into a unique learning experience and a relaxing and pleasurable one. I am incredibly grateful for his efforts to make the whole experience easy for my octagenarian mother, such as producing a plastic step stool to help her access the vehicle. Hence, I thoroughly recommend the services of Mmilo Tours without a hint of hesitation; they have always been helpful and proactive since our first contact. Their highly professional attitude has added to our satisfaction with the South African experience and made us wish to come back soon.

Brilliant touroperator
It was a fantastic trip, my wife and I visited three parks - Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangiri. These four days will remain in my memory as the best acquaintance with Africa and its wildlife, and two nights in a camp in the savannah were a unique experience and emotions.
