We booked the safari at home and we stood in contact till we went to Kenya.At airport his driver was wait to brings us to the hotel .We had a good price for safari,3 days at Ashnill lodge..Our driver was James,he is super,we learned many about everything what we saw,you could ask him everything,your wish was be done .He did also many effort to search for the animals,arranged a picknick in the wild ..Next year we book him back....great service and price ,pick up to hotel and airport

I traveled with Jocky Tours and Safaris for a 4 day in Masai Mara and Nakuru Lake. I just booked the day before since it was canceled my previous one with the worst agency ever experienced "Northern Fox Adventures". Despite that, everything went smooth, really well organized and the driver/guide Solomon was really focused on customer care, from a little child to the elder tourist in our multinational shared tour of 8 people, providing a lot of information, doing what possible to let us take nice photos and videos during game drives. The accommodations were good according to the economy budget chosen, we saw so many animals (all the big 5 except for the shy leopard), also the food was OK. Solomon always respected the given times and overall it was an unforgettable experience.
I definitely recommend this agency for this tour, also for its value for money.

Amazing Experience
Me and my husband booked Super Eagles Travel and Tours after talking to a lot of different agencies and comparing a lot many packages. Charity who was coordinating with us was very patient, helpful and responsive at all times. She helped us by making a package according to our liking.
Everything was answered with a lot of clarity and patience. The office team is definitely wonderful.
Our guides for the tour were Benson and Dominic. Benson is the best guide we could have had. He was always very helpful, sharing all the necessary information with us and making the safari as comfortable as possible. He made sure we had the best views of the animals. He took us to many spots where we were alone watching the animals (especially lions).
Both Benson and Dominix tried their best to make us comfortable.
The entire tour in itself was great. With one of the most competitive prices, they delivered more that what they promised.
They were very reliable and approachable in case they were needed.
We had wonderful fighting of animals and enjoyed a lot.
Definitely recommend them.

Friendly team and great time for our Safari in 4 different parks
First, we have chosen Safari Soles after contacting and discussing with 3 other tour operators. Communication was friendly, easy and documents sent with details of our tour of great quality. Price for Mid-Range Safari (4 parks) 6 days + 1 day walk to the waterfall was a bit lesser price than 2 of the other agencies. One agency was less, but documents were not of great quality. So we chose Safari Soles.
Our guide was on time the first day, very "pole-pole" all through the tour, nice and smiling. We had good talks and greatly appreciated Saïd, as a french guide, he knew the animals and names (I asked a lot of questions about animals).
The jeep was not as new as other companies we saw and seats needed cushions added to be confortable, but we had no trouble with the vehicule, even in mud, we never stayed stuck, our guide was a pretty good driver!
We had a great Safari tour and we loved Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our guide always took the time to bring us were he thought we would see birds and animals, we are such animal lovers that he did that "extra mile" for us.
The "hotels" that were planned were all nice and some were incredible, like the Suricata Boma Lodge, Farm of Dreams Lodge and Serengeti Safari Haven in Serengeti center & Ndutu. All the meals we ate were delicious, at the hotels and even as lunches because we had the Big Lunch Box with "hot complete meals" NOT cardboard box lunches. That was great, we really appreciated it.
Because it was our 20th couple anniversary, we even did the Balloon flight with Serengeti Balloon team and it was amazing! The team was so nice and smily, the flight was great and smooth and the breakfast after was delicious.
We had a memorable time in Tanzania!

The journey was pleasant and the scenery was beautiful。But I think travel agencies can provide customers with better itineraries. Because our journey lasted only seven days and eight nights, we spent a lot of time on our itinerary, but missed out on many wonderful hotels. Perhaps we can arrange some time for us to enjoy our vacation in the hotel.

Words can’t describe how wonderful our safari was. We feel our guide,Wilson, is what made it such a memorable experience. He always had a plan to make sure we saw the animals we wanted to see and made sure we got the best spots to take pictures. He made it his mission to find the big 5. He always made sure we were safe. We were sad to say goodbye.
