Highly knowledgeable and responsive. Efficient and charming service of the highest quality .
5/5

We were delighted to have booked our holiday through Compass Odyssey. We travelled to Victoria Falls, and then onto The Hide in Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe for 3 nights and then onto Botswana for 2 nights in Chobe, 3 nights in the Okavanga Delta and 2 nights in Naxi Pan. Darren created an interesting and streamlined itinerary for us and all of the accommodation was superb and different which enhanced the overall itinerary. We loved it!
Communication was excellent from the outset and there was a sense that we were in very capable and safe hands which was reassuring. We were provided with a wealth of information which was really helpful and Ruth and Mortimer who were our guides in Zimbabwe were hugely personable whilst providing a great service.
Darren was very flexible and charming providing us with a number of options and was never “ pushy” so we were able to fully tailor the trip to our needs and budget.
I did a lot of research into tour operators and can genuinely say that we think we secured a genuinely fine service which was great value for money. It was a truly special and memorable experience . We will definitely book with them again in the future !!

TEgu is small, but serious and reliable. Does not have its own tours but accommodates customers.
5/5

I booked a 7-day Budget safari with Tegu Tours for 920 USD. 7 DAYS WILDLIFE SAFARIMAASAI MARA, LAKE NAKURU, LAKE NAIVASHA and AMBOSELI. Tegu put me up with a private driver called John, 4 times I slept in a tent with a private bathroom, 2 times in hotels. The accommodation was all clean and functional, the beds were good. The food was ok (Masai Mara) to very good (Amboseli). The other guests had booked with other operators. We slept in different places, which made the logistics a little more difficult, but John had it well under control. In total we were 6 to 7 people. John is a good and competent driver who knows many places with animals. He is discreet, friendly, punctual, reliable. The Toyota Landcruiser vehicle was in good condition. You have to be aware that Tegu accommodates a partner. But that is not a problem. I can highly recommend Tegu Safari Tours, for the price you get a very good service.

Professional & Value for Money
5/5

Before choosing Ngoni we researched many other companies. Sedrick was very helpful with planning our itinerary and delivered not only a great itinerary but all the information that we needed, when we needed it.

We chose mid range lodges and all were good and each had their own character, special mention must go to Turaco TreeTops in Kibale and Kigarama at Lake Mburo. We loved the viewing deck & resident elephants at Buffalo Lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park and the lake view at Lake Mulehe Safari lodge in Mgahinga National Park. Each of the lodges were in great locations for the days activities.

Our Driver & Guide Reagan met us at the Airport on arrival and gave us a briefing for our safari the next day before dropping us at our hotel to rest after our long flight, we found him to be a very respectful and caring person.

Everyday was an amazing adventure and Reagan worked hard to ensure we got the best out of each experience from game drives to Chimpanzee & Gorilla Trekking, leopards, climbing lions & local villages. He was an excellent and safe driver throughout our 15 day trip with all the different roads we had to endure, highway, winding, lots of gravel & rocks and a million speed bumps 😂, along the way sharing a lot about the way of life of Ugandan people.

Reagan started as our Safari guide and driver and ended as our friend, we are so happy to have met him and learn about Uganda, Pearl of Africa.

Iconic Namibia Roundtrip
5/5

Clive organized an unforgettable round trip through Namibia for us at very short notice. He responded fully to our wishes, picked out probably the best lodges for us and even organized a birthday cake for our daughter on her birthday in Svakopmund. Clive welcomed us at the airport, helped us to organize a Namibian prepaid number, took us to the car rental office, gave us all the relevant information about our trip and was always available by cell phone afterwards. Clive always answered our questions immediately.
Clive is a true connoisseur of Namibia, well connected and always acts in the best interest of his customers. I would book through Firefinch Safaris again at any time.

Attentive, Responding & Kind
5/5

This was our first safari in Tansania and it did not disappoint. Everything from booking to finish went smoothly and Telly Africa Safaris was always available for questions and comments. Our guide was also very kind and relaxed and we felt safe at all times.
Accommodations were great and the food as well, except for the lunch boxes (they definitely need improvement). The price overall was on the edge; also for Swiss standards it's on the pricey side but that's what you pay in the Serengeti.
Would definitely recommend Telly Africa Safaris!

Professional, responsive and memorable
5/5

My husband and I selected Morningstar Safaris to accompany us throughout our very first Safari experience in Kenya during our honeymoon. It is safe to say that it was a memorable experience, we loved the attention to detail. We have requested a package for a private tour in 3 locations and that is exactly what Dennis provided us with. We visited Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara. Everything is taken care of and you can just sit and enjoy the journey. Throughout the 6 days our guide, Willy, ensured we had a smooth trip across all the safari points. He followed everything timely and as planned. His passion and expertise made us not only spot animal in the wild but also getting to know them better. For anyone doing this the first time, it is not given that you can spot all animals, however, Willy went on and beyond so we saw Cheetah, Lions, Elephants, Rhinos and many more. Another thing we also enjoyed is the transparency and clarity of the program throughout the 6 days and the responsiveness in communication. Last but not least, all the accommodations have been on point (Entim has been our highlight for the adventuros experience of sleeping in a tent with not fence and also the food as well as the staff super attentive). Another thing we appreciated is the rescheduling of the giraffe center as we unfortunately ran out of time on our last day and Simon who picked us up has been a truly welcoming and supportive person ensuring we were fine from start to finish. To anyone looking to a professional and passionate safari operator, don’t miss booking with these guys! (trust me when I say saw we reviewed 10 of the top tour operators including accommodations one by one including what they offer and they ended up being the best ones quality-price wise!)

Well organised, tour guide was knowledgeable, once in a lifetime experience
5/5

From start to finish the tour was well organised, with responsive messages from Chris who managed our booking and answered all our questions prior to the safari taking place. The safari jeep arrived bang on the time expected and the safari itself was absolutely incredible. Jack our guide was funny, knowledgeable and listened to our requests of wanting to find particular animals. This is what made the experience all the more enjoyable. We cannot wait to do another safari in future as our minds have been blown away by this experience.
