Amazing tailor-made package which got me and my group to decided when and where to be.
5/5

Great safari with our tour guide Papa John. We spent 5 days in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara and got to see the big five and amazing landscapes and animals. Papa John took us around safely and efficient.

Lodges and accommodation were great and we could choose from a range of different options depending on budget.

Great communication from the booking office before the trip.

5 stars, I would definitely recommend friends and family to go with Papa John if they ever plan on visiting Tanzania.

Five star experience
5/5

We are very very pleased with our 5 day safari trip in Tanzania with full package adventures. They were flexible and we got to make our own schedule during the safari. Everything was matching our expectations. We were provided with a very experienced and safe driver, John. He was teaching and showing us a lot of Africas wildlife, including the big 5. We got to see the big cats close up, and lots of different species. They had great options for accommodation and the food was good. I would definitely recommend full package adventures.

Great value - Stellar customer service
5/5

I had an incredible experience with eSafari Africa on my Kilimanjaro trek. After extensive research, they offered the best value—hands down the most affordable option I could find without compromising on quality.

From the very beginning, Eke was exceptionally responsive. Every question I had was answered promptly, and she ensured I felt completely prepared before the journey even began. I felt very comfortable and Eke became my point of contact while in Arusha and Moshi. She helped with many other things outside of the trek I booked with her. So I couldn't recommend her more. I felt like I had a trusted friend the entire time I wan in Tanzania. Once on the mountain, everything was well-organized, and I felt supported at every step.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly yet reliable Kilimanjaro operator with excellent communication and service, I highly recommend eSafari Africa. Eke truly goes above and beyond to take care of you!

Eke will also help you find the best Safari or park experience so ask her before you book with anyone else.

The hostel/inn that they operate from is very low budget. It's doable if you're backpacking and can put up with subpar facilities. But you can stay at nice hotel and still book the excursions with them. They're in the middle remodeling and changind things around so this could change in the future.

Overall, you'll not find better value and better customer service anywhere else. Please check with Eke before you book excursions with anyone else.

Super Organized Tour
5/5

Did a 7-day solo safari from 3/8 to 3/14 (Amboseli, Nakuru, Masai Mara) - wonderful experience. The service quality is great with great etiquette, and the guide (John Macharia) was super familiar with every part of the national park. I have seen all the animals available. Simply amazing experience - highly recommended!

Excellent
5/5

The driver/tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Maybe the price of $600 for the day for the two of us is higher than expected, but not knowing comparable tour guide costs in Nairobi can make it hard to benchmark.

Highly attentive with great customer service
5/5

My wife and I had a terrific experience in South Africa - Capetown, Wine Country, Sabi Sans, and Vic Falls.

Waterfront area was great in Capetown (4 Days)...had great meals at a great price. Belthezar was delicious. The markets by the V & A were very cool. The guides that were arranged were professional and helpful. Climbed Table Mountain (not easy), but our guide Jodi was super.

Wine country was great (2 days)...stayed in Franshoek but also visited Stellenbosh...wish we did experienced more wine tasting. Would have extended a day.

Sabi Sans was off the charts....great food, accommodations, and most importantly guides.

Kathi and African Welcome Safaris were incredibly attentive and helpful.....I would whole heartedly recommend.

Innocent Was The Best Tour Guide I Could Have Asked For
5/5

We spent 3 days with Innocent at Murchinson Falls National Park and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was extremely kind, patient, and entirely focused on giving us the best experience possible. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about pretty much everything we asked him about related to Uganda - animals, natural resources, culture, politics, history, you name it. We will definitely book again with him next time we are in Uganda.
