Excellent and unique experience
We had a great and unique time with Wildlife Sun Safaris. Our guide - Ben - was very knowledgeable, understanding and respectful. He could find and point out animals from a very close distance, what made the trip even more exciting. The hotels, we stayed in were amazing. Moreover this was not only experience of wild life, this was a full experience of Africa. We fully recommend this.

All the team members are very cooperative and professional. Their overseas partner companies are equally good. There has not been any departure from the final schedule during the trips we did so far.

all has been perfectly sized and booked with this agency. They dedicated time for us to get our specific needs and also propose some money arrangements in order to make the final deal. Our guide was terrific and very easy-going explaining to us many things along the way to every stops. They were incredibly professional and well organised. It was truly a wonderful experience.
I contacted Tekko Tours 2 months prior to our travel and they sent us every detail including pick-ups, hotels, meals, safari programs and everything. Everything turned out to be exactly as they informed us in prior. There were no surprises. Our driver Jackson was very professional but warm and friendly. He knew all about the parks and all about the animals. He made our first safari and Africa experience an incredible one. I would definitely recommend Tekko Tours.

Great food at the camp and a very professional driver (Patrick) who made sure we got to see all the big 5 and the migration at Mara River as it happens .

Bad experience with Bencia Africa Adventure and Safaris.
My wife and I booked a 5 day safari and paid $1700 before tips. They lied about the cost of the park entrance fees which we discovered later. The accomodation was substandard and not what we were promised. The car broke down on our last day and we were delayed for several hours. As a result we had to stay an extra night in an awful hotel provided by the travel agent. On our return to Nairobi Bencia demanded an extra $150 per person. They didn't apologise for the delay or the disruption to our schedule. They refused to bring us to the airport on our return. Despite our insistence they forced us to return to outside their office building. We had requested to be dropped at the airport or at other points along the way even though we were late for our flight. We refused to enter the building as they were demanding extra money from us. Within two minutes eight of their staff blocked the entrance to a nearby restaurant as we had sought refuge there. They aggressively harrassed and intimidated us and were trying to extort money from us. One of their employees picked up a rock and an altercation ensued between him and a customer of the restaurant. We are very grateful to the customers and staff of Sizzler restaurant on the same street. They protected us and helped us to get into our taxi unharmed. We needed to be protected on the way to the car as they were continuing to follow us, as indeed did the employee holding a rock. I would strongly advise anybody not to use this company.
