Fantastic, well organized adventure
Our wonderful 10 day adventure was put together and expertly managed by Rodah. Everything from our pick up in Nairobi to Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, Tarangire and Amboseli was fantastic, all the better for having our engaging and knowledgable guides taking special care of us, Thank you to Samuel, Edgar and Steve. Our safari experiences were all we could have hoped for and more with safety, care and fun.

Fantastic safari
We booked our Safari holiday with Ozon Light Tours. They were fantastic from our first enquiring of what we would like to do while we were in Tanzanian.
The communication was first class from all the team.
We did a 5 day safari and our Guild for them 5 days was a lovely man called Innocent. He was Friendly, polite and very informative. He went above and beyond for us to see the top 5 animals plus seeing so much more with his knowledge.
We couldn't thank him enough.
We stayed in some incredible lodges while on safari, which were clean and the food was amazing, with some breath taking views too.

A Thrilling one of a Safari time trip4-Day Gorilla and Chimp Safari
I recently set off on a 4-day gorilla and chimp safari that left me absolutely amazed! The adventure started bright and early, and I couldn't wait to dive into Western Uganda's wild heart.
On day one, I found myself trekking through lush jungle trails, guided by friendly experts. Watching chimpanzees swing and play in the canopy was simply magical. Their energy was infectious, and I felt a deep connection to our beautiful wildlife in kibale national park..wow plenty of them.
The next day, I headed deeper into the wilderness and came face-to-face with majestic gorillas in bwindi. Observing these gentle giants up close was awe-inspiring. Each moment was a new discovery, and I felt incredibly proud of our country's rich biodiversity which are actually in different families.
Every step of the trek was filled with breathtaking views and fascinating stories from our guides. I returned to Ggaba with cherished memories and a renewed passion for preserving our natural treasures.
If you're looking for an unforgettable wildlife adventure, I highly recommend this safari. It's an experience that will make you fall in love with Uganda all over again!

Our safari exceeded expectations!
My friend and I from Alaska recently went on safari in Tanzania. Our private trip was organized by T-One Tours and Safaris. This company was recommended to me by a fellow Rotarian who lives in Arusha. She has known the tour director, Moses Leonard Limbu, since grade school. Moses was easy to work with from start to finish. Even with the 12-hour time difference, he was responsive and answered my email questions promptly and in detail. He tailored the itinerary to our preferences. (For instance, we chose to camp in tents rather than stay in lodges as a money saver.) Our trip exceeded our expectations.
We visited three national parks, a lake region and a conservation area with a personal driver/guide and a cook in a safari jeep. As retired educators, we were interested in seeing and learning as much as we could. Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, including the crafter floor, and Manyara National Park as well as Lake Natron were on our itinerary extending over 9 days, 8 nights with a departure and return to the town of Arusha, an hour drive from the Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Charles is an older gentleman with 25 years of guiding experience and excellent English. Some groups might prefer a younger, chattier guide, but we appreciated his quiet demeanor peppered with humor. His knowledge of flora and fauna was astounding. Charles amazed us with his driving skill over the rough and rutted park roads in our 4 x 4 jeep. He could keep us on the road while simultaneously spotting camouflaged animals from a great distance. Charles knew places to take us with which other guides are not as familiar. He also shared and received sightings info on his CB radio for harder to find animals.
Our chef, Gideon, was a younger, energetic and always positive person. He is a great cook and spoiled us with great meals three times a day allowing us to enjoy many tasty Tanzanian dishes. Gideon was also our informal Swahili instructor and taught us useful words.
We recommend this company without reservation.

Useless
Left us at the airport arrivals late at night and refused to refund the taxi fee. They said the agency had not provided them with my contact details which is absurd. The agency confirmed and proved they were given my number but they"were in the wrong terminal" and had" no contact numbers" I would never recommend this company

Very impressed by the organisation and communication by Ozon.
The whole tour was amazing, virtually everything was perfect. The organisation of the tour from start to finish was first class. The hotels, lodges and transport were excellent. The views from our lodges were incredible. Food was amazing where ever we stayed. The staff at all the accommodations were so friendly. Our tour guide Innocent worked incredibly hard driving for hours every day, very knowledgeable and went all out to find the big 5 which he managed to do after several days of searching. We felt really safe with Innocent driving in some very precarious situations. So to sum up, our dream holiday was an incredible experience that I would recommend to anyone thinking about booking with Ozon.
