I was debating between somewhere in Africa and another well marked company because I was not familiar with Somewhere in Africa. But the communication between the owner Allan and me was just so good, he responded to my questions as soon as possible even with 11 hour time difference. Every time I suggested something he worked very hard to make it happen. I was so glad I chose Somewhere in Africa in the end. We had an amazing experience with somewhere in Africa, the lodges they picked were the best, the driver Charles was fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with them. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.

The experience absolutely amazing
We booked the Obag Africa Safari to start our holiday, and it exceeded our expectations. Our guide, who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about animals, made the experience absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to see a variety of animals in their natural habitat, including giraffes, zebras, lions, elephants and more. The best part was seeing a lioness and her cubs sleeping under a tree just a few meters from our car!

Our trip to Nairobi with African Heartbeast Safari Limited wsa truly remarkable. Staying at the luxurious Ole Sereni Hotel, I felt comfortable and relaxed at the beginning of the tour. Next, we visited the Nairobi National Park, where we had a wonderful view of the wildlife within the city limits.

We recently completed our self drive safari in Botswana and absolutely loved it! We had a Toyota Land Cruiser with a rooftop tent that handled amazing through the mud and rain. The tent was pretty quick to put up and take down and the vehicle pretty much had what we needed. The topper itself leaked, which was only a problem because it was the rainy season. The campsites that were organized for us were phenomenal and the driving instructions were super easy to follow and well laid out. We were provided with a satellite phone and GPS unit and the truck was well equipped to air down the tires and do whatever we needed. The helpfulness and coordination of Drive Botswana made our self drive Safari super easy and the highlight of our trip to Africa! Highly recommend!

They were great! They planned a great trip that included so much more than most other tours. Highly recommend adding that balloon safari! We left cash and valuables in the truck and it was never touched. We trusted them and felt very safe.

Our dream Tanzanian safari – again
We went on safari with Jaribu Africa again, and wow! They really know how to make a trip special. We saw amazing things in Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and the Serengeti – like tons of animals and beautiful views. Joseph and the team made everything easy, even when we changed our plans. Our guides, Julius and Emmanuel, were fantastic! They knew so much about the animals and made our trip super fun. If you want a great safari in Tanzania, go with Jaribu Africa. We can't wait to go back!

I went to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks. The crater was a small company, and we were jointly toured with other tour companies in one car, but overall it was a great experience. We were able to see herds of wild lions, wildebeests, and zebras, and the guide shared the location of the animals and quickly took us there if there were any rare animals.

Exceptional
I traveled to Tanzania with my husband for our honeymoon. We had the most AMAZING experience we could’ve imagined. The accommodations and the food each meal was perfect. Each place we were greeted with kindness and smiles. Ray at the Tanzania Bush Camp was above and beyond! She even sang to us during dinner. We were afraid to come in the rainy season for fear we wouldn’t see any animals but we saw EVERYTHING. Even baby cheetahs and the elusive Black rhino. Our driver, Damien, was beyond expectations. He was an extremely skilled driver and very knowledgeable to every animal! The other drivers from other safaris seemed to rely on him to find the best sights. He knew the patterns of every animal and where we had a good chance of finding them. We joked that he was famous because every driver and every person we passed knew him. He strategically maneuvered through rough terrains and we always felt extremely safe. When we come back we are 100% requesting him!! Our experience was definitely elevated specifically because of Damien. You cannot go wrong with Suricata Safaris. The attention to detail to each guest is amazing. Thank you Suricata Safaris for the best honeymoon!
