Another great experience with Bheki
I live in Cape Town, but visit Kruger at least once or twice a year usually with international guests. In January 2024, I had booked a day safari in Kruger with Elephant Herd Safaris with my friends and Bheki was our guide. He was definitely one of the best guides I have ever experienced .... He was bang on time to collect us at 5am and his knowledge about the wildlife, birds and plants is truly exceptional not to mention clearly having a natural and genuine passion for what he does. We had the most awesome day and Bheki managed to find us the big 5 ! I then came again to Kruger in March 2024 with other friends and we booked through Elephant Herd Safaris again, we did ask for Bheki .... but he had already been booked. Our guide though (Apologies his name escapes me) was clearly from the same stock ... punctual, polite, attentive, knowledgeable -everything one would hope for in a guide, we had another great day.
Then in January this year, I was again with friends, but local ones this time from Cape Town. We were not intending to book a guide this time, as were quite happy to share the driving, but due to the floods, our game viewing was not that great, so we decided to book a half day with Elephant Herd once more. When being collected at 5am, I was so happy to once again be reunited with Bheki again .... and had an awesome morning. We did not quite make the big 5 this time as many roads were closed, but we saw a lot more than we would have seen on our own.
In summary - I whole heartedly recommend Elephant Herd Tours and Safaris is the only company I will book my tours through.

This safari was really amazeballs for us.
Our 7-days Tanzanian wildlife adventure experience was supreme and fanciful. The Shengena's team make sure our safari completely satisfied for everything. Our guide he knew so much about the animals that we felt he could understand the language of the animals, his wonderful explanation about the animals was a lesson for us and we were able to enjoy our safari very nicely. We start our exploreration at Tarangire NP. Then we had a dream park Serengeti NP and we really impressed to see lion, elephant very nearly and really we felt Tanzanian wildlife is a fantastic in the world. And finally, the eighth wonder of the world, the Ngorongoro Crater. This was the exciting moment of our safari. The safari was beyond our expectations and their best service too. Thanks for a seamless and enriching travel experience.

It was our first ever safari trip so we were a little nervous but from the first contact with Patrick, he was very professional and customized the entire schedule to our needs, even answering a million of the questions I had in a very timely and communicative manner.
The entire experience was seamless and exceeded our expectations. We never had a single worry as everything was taken care of from start to end. This company truly understands how to craft a perfect safari experience. The accommodations were fantastic, the logistics were flawlessly handled, and the wildlife sightings were beyond our wildest dreams.

It was a great safari trip, my guide was very professional, I saw a lot of animals, the meals were great for 3 days and 2 nights and more importantly, had a great trip with a partner from a different country without knowing any English. I would choose to work with travel agent John again 🤝

The accommodation booked was upgraded to the superb Zebra Plains Royal Camp. An oasis of comfort and service between safari outings. Great experience, very supportive and patient staff
I had a wonderful experience with Exotic Travel Centre. They provided me with plenty of options, stayed flexible with my requirements and answered last minute questions till the end! The safari itself was incredible and everyone involved make sure the guests have the best experience. I would be pleased to go back to Kenya and visit other parks with them!
