Gail from Pembury Tours was recommended by friends which was reassuring because we were organising a 2 week self paced tour from Australia. Everything was brilliant including locations, transport and experiences. Gail was extremely responsive, informative, well organised and patiently helpful during the payment process because my bank didn’t want to release my money. We had online access to our itinerary as well as a hard copy package delivered to our hotel in Johannesburg prior to departure. She also changed a flight at short notice and without cost to us - at my request. Our favourite location on Safari was the spectacular Nxai Pan migration - gorgeously remote, expansive, immersive and personalised experiences with a myriad of wildlife.

Unforgettable 3-Day Masai Mara Safari – Seamless, Supportive, and Truly Exceptional!
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Simba Paka Safari Booking on our recent 3-day Masai Mara adventure. From the moment we landed in Nairobi, the team took exceptional care of us — starting with a smooth airport pickup and comfortable hotel transfer. Every single detail was taken care of with such professionalism and warmth.
Our accommodation was extremely comfortable and well-chosen, making it easy to relax in between the thrilling game drives. The safaris themselves were spectacular — well-timed, expertly guided, and filled with breathtaking wildlife moments. The guides were knowledgeable and ensured we had the best possible sightings.
What truly set Simba Paka apart was their unmatched support — even before our journey began, they went above and beyond by helping us check and track our visa status while we were still abroad. Every request we made was acknowledged promptly, and their communication was always clear and reassuring.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unfulfilled Promises and Unresponsive Service
In November 2024, my friend and I booked a safari experience in South Africa through this agency, including a specific hotel which we carefully selected and paid for. However, once the safari began, we were informed that our chosen hotel was overbooked and we were being relocated to a significantly cheaper and low-budget alternative, far below the standard of what we had paid for.
After discussing the situation with the agency, we mutually agreed to end the safari experience early and receive a refund for the remaining costs. Despite this agreement and repeated follow-ups (at least 20 times), we have yet to receive the refund – it is now April 2025.
We were repeatedly told the refund would be issued "within the next days," but this never happened. The lack of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness is unacceptable, especially given the initial mishandling of our accommodation.
I strongly advise other travelers not to book with this agency. Our experience was not only disappointing but also deeply frustrating, and the ongoing lack of resolution shows a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. Be careful!

Excellent service, exceeded expectations, definitely using them again
The private tour was perfect. From the pickup, to the game drive where everyone was friendly and offered a lot of information, to the overnight stay, the boat safari...it was a very enjoyable two days. This was a budget tour but it exceeded expectations. This will definitely have to be redone in the future.

Exceptional Safari Experience
The team at Sereland were amazing from the very first day of contacting them. They were professional at every stage. Mike was swift at providing quotes and helping with Visa arrangements. Payment was not an issue for Mike. Always about service first. He was able to consider and implement our unique travel arrangements across multiple locations until we got to Arusha. Upon arrival at Arusha he and his driver Omar were there in time to meet us and took us to the first reserve Tarangire. Omar was very professional with his driving. Considering the right speed and timing to get us to the locations. Omar left the best experience for the last, our trip on the second day to Ngorongoro park was the best tourist experience I’ve had so far. All the animals were within sight. We saw 4 of the big 5 within the 3 hours we spend at the Crater. Thank you Mike and Omar for this great experience.

The perfect blend of wildlife, nature, and peace.
I had a wonderful 7-day trip to Kenya. The tour started from Nairobi, then went around Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and finally Amboseli National Park, Every Place was a different experience.
Lake Naivasha was a peaceful paradise for me. We had the opportunity to stay at the Lake Naivasha Country Club, and to be honest, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Sitting on the bank of the lake, listening to the chirping of the birds, time seemed to have stopped. When I saw the pelicans and hippopotamuses so closely on the boat ride, it felt like I was in the middle of a documentary.
Masai Mara was the highlight of the trip! I saw numerous lions, elephants, giraffes, and even cheetahs up close. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us.
The experience of seeing pink flamingos and rhinoceroses in Lake Nakuru was memorable. The last days were spent in Amboseli; the sight of elephants in the background of Kilimanjaro became a picture.
The entire trip was of high quality - from the vehicle, guide, food, and accommodation. Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris organized the entire trip very efficiently.
