Absolutely great journey, Hakuna Matata!
4/5

Family trip to include my better half, two boys (8 &12th) and myself.
Our guide Ahmad was devoted to us, ( he knows the animals and the way they lives), already on time from the pick up, very knowledgeable, and a safe driver.

We traveled from the 20th to 24th of October to Nyerere National Park (from Dar Es Salaam) and Mikumi National Park (lovely Bastian camp).

About: Zamsato
Kayak Safari , was really an great adventure. It was well organized !
4/5

We have had a really great experience, except for one thing.
In short : we had a transfer form Lusaka to Kimabi Safari lodge. Nice driver was on time and very friendly.
The resort was perfect , nice people and great food ( really great )
Afternoon , sunset cruise.
Following morning , Yeep safari, well organized , with breakfast and lunch. And ofcourse the wild live !
Next day 2 days of kayak safari, what an adventure !!
This was unbelievable. Sleeping in a tent in the middle of the wild live, with good food !
Until here it was really really great :-) :-)

The last day Zamsato organized for us a transfer to Livingstone, departure at 8.00 hours. The transfer was delayed ( can happen ) But the tranfser came at 11.30 hours. We had a transfer in total of 8 hours. The driver did not apologize for the late arrival. He said nothing for the first 4 hours of the drive. This was really not ok :-(
As we would arrive very late, we asked if he could drive to the border, as we had a hotel booked in Vic Falls. He was not happy with that, but he started to hurry up, so he drove very fast ( not very safe ). At the end we arrived there around 20.00 hours in the dark at the border.
This day was not a great experience ......

Everything was fine. The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking.

It was absolutely value for money. Good choices of different lodges. Very kind driver that gave us an excellent experience. The only negative thing was that I was presented for a significant raise in the fee before start due to increases in fee for entering the national parks. This came as a surprise since I had already paid the fee for the national parks.

I was taken to a several communities showing cultural and economic diversity. The apartheid museum was a challenge emotionally.

An unforgettable tour, where almost everything worked great
4/5

The value was excellent, however we unfortunately missed out on one safari tour, as our flights were at different locations than written in the plan - this was not considered in the scheduling. We had decent communication via WhatsApp and almost everything was as promised. Much was organized at the places we stayed (Paul Kruger Gate and Sabi Sands), so we did not interact much with Cape Town Tours during our trip. The trip itself was incredible and a once-in-a-life-time - we highly recommend visiting both Krüger National Park and Sabi Sands in one trip. Given the value for money and how incredible the safari was, we would book the tour again.

A huge thank you to Susan from the travel agency for organizing such a smooth and unforgettable trip to Africa! Everything was perfectly planned from the accommodations to the safari routes making it a truly stress-free experience for us.

A special thanks to our amazing guide, David, who made this adventure extra special. His knowledge, patience, and passion for wildlife brought every moment to life. We were lucky enough to witness the Great Migration, spot the Big 5, and see countless other animals up close. David even took us all the way to the Tanzania border, sharing fascinating facts about the regions along the way.

One of the most memorable experiences was when he showed us how to boil eggs in a natural hot spring, such a fun and unique moment we’ll never forget! Every day with David felt like an adventure filled with wonder and learning.

For anyone visiting, make sure to visit Hells gate as well.

Thank you again to Susan and David for making our dream safari come true. We’re already planning our next visit in 2027!

Professional Company - Knowledgeable and Patient Guide
4/5

What a first safari experience! Wow!
Communication started great, Mr. Edward replied promptly. There was a small issue but was resolved, which we appreciated.
The value for money is great, with competitive prices.
We booked a private tour so my husband can take photographs with his big lens. It was worth it, he ended up taking amazing photos! Our guide Abdulli was very knowlegeable and patient as we stopped to take photos.
He also went the extra mile (literally) to show us the lions!
We truly recommend this operator ❤️
