Beautiful experience
We had a fantastic experience at Selous Mapumziko Lodge. When we arrived we were greeted by a group of passing Elephants between the river and the lodge.Baboons and monkeys walk around and the sunsets are amazing. We arranged a jeep safari and a boat safari with the lodge and they were both great, we saw a lot of animals and were lucky, because the park is huge and there is a change you get disappointed and won't see the animals you would like to see, it is nature of course. The material used waa a bit older but managed.

Flexible
Sufiane was timely and flexible as we did the safari with our 3 year old and 1 year old child. He communicated well and was knowledgeable about the animals. Great! value! My only suggestion for improvement is for him to stay longer at some notable sitings, such as more rare animals (rhino) or large groups of animals (like a herd of elephants).

Brian was very proactive and helpful.
Brain organised a one day trip for us to chobe national park in Nov 2025. Brian was very responsive when i made the initial enquiries. He also suggested other trips for us. Brian picked us up and took us to the border on the day of the trip - he is very amiable and knowledgeable. The service was professional throughout.

Very good but commnication with the pick up driver at Kilimanjaro airport needs improvement.
Back and forth communication with Lion King before arrival was good. However once our safari started our assigned tour Safari guide, Immanuel, was amazing. He made our safari memorable.

Good
It has been a nice trip with Mo safari. The driver was very nice and cooperative. We had booked a private trip but had to share a car with other guests for some of the trips the first two days. We complained to the company and this was rectified. Chef Forward and driver Lembi and Lemon Juice were nice and accommodating.

Awesome tour with awesome staff, visiting three different ecosystems, each housing different wildlife
We experienced what we perceived as the TRUE Africa, which is why we chose a mobile camping safari. It was an amazing experience that fed the soul in all the ways we wanted! We stayed in roomy tents, in the middle of Africa's wild lands, with cots, portable toilet and bucket shower. Many thanks to our wonderful camp manager who also made our beds every day and and provided us a canvas sink of nice warm wash water every morning. The chef was magical, putting together three daily delicious and hearty meals, including fresh bread, all made in cast iron pots on a fire. Our delightful game driver/guide showed us a huge variety of Africa's wildlife, both huge and tiny, and he answered our overload of questions. We thank him for his patience with us. The vehicle drives were exhilierating, and sometimes painful, as the roads are VERY rough, bumpy, sandy (we got stuck in the sand once), and sometimes run through waterways (we got stuck there once as well). That was all part of the ADVENTURE! Whenever we ran into such situations, the team coordinated well with each other and with other safari teams, and made it all work out - very impressive! My only suggestion would be to acquire some form of satellite communication, as there was often no radio or cellular service available to ask for assistance. All in all, the trip left us with many spectacular memories and photos and new friends!
