Review about Masai Mara National Reserve by michi_z
There is not much to tell about Massai Maraanymore. It is well known through yearly migration of ten thousands of animals. But even the the migration is over and the herd have moved back to serengeti there is still lots of wildlife to spot. The big cats and other predators do not migrate. In the short grass it is difficult to spot lions or cheetas.
The backdraw during my visit were the ongiong presence of tons of cattle, goats and donkeys in the park.

Review about Ol Pejeta Conservancy by michi_z
It is a very nice place, privatly operated with a limited number of visitors. The chimps refugee camp is special because chimps are not native in Kenya. All of them have a poor story to tell.
Te wild life is great and the scenery with Mt. Kenya in the background is simply stunning.

Review about Hell's Gate National Park by michi_z
Hells Gate is a nice, small and very different National Park close to Lake Naivasha. The main attraction is, suprisingly, not the wildlife but the gorge. The landscape has been formed by giantic ancient streams of lava. A walk (climbing with a guide) though is an exciting advanture. It is the only Park in Kenya you can explore on a bicycle cause of the absence of large predetors (so they say).

Review about Lake Nakuru National Park by michi_z
Naukuru is the the best place to watch rhinos. The park is not large but apart from the lake magnificant birdlife (much more than the flamingoes) on and around the lake there are lots of rhinos ( about 120 I blelieve) which are well profected by the KWS. There are also some Rothschild Giraffes which have been hunted close to extinction in the original habitats.
The backdraw of Naukuru is the massive touris, especially on weekends.

Review about Kenya by MeisjeSanne
A country with endless opportunities. Kenya’s rich diversity of wildlife means that no two experiences in the wild are ever the same.
Review about Kenya by Le Caylar
The safari destinations in Kenya vary greatly. They are sometimes busy, but, if you choose with care, you can usually achieve a great "bush vibe".

A rejuvenation of the mind, body and spirit through a connection with nature
Excellent widlife, warm weather and soul food. Great to feel the fresh air as it blows through your hair and across your face on an open game vehicle. The smells and sounds of the bush excite you to the core. Viewing close up sightngs of the largest land animals like Giraffe and Elephant can leave on feeling humble and speach less. This should be on evry persons Bucket list! And I will be back.............
