Personalized and excellent experience
5/5

We had a great experience traveling with Goldfinch. They are a local agency and take care of their guests in a personalized way. They were very responsive and flexible in the run up to our tour. During our trip, our guide Sam took excellent care of us and gave it his all to show us the animals we hoped to see (and we did!). We can only recommend booking with Goldfinch.

Excellent service
5/5

We booked a one day tour with Telly African Safari from Zanzibar. Our experience with Telly African Safari was wonderful starting from booking enquiries Mr. Mohamed. He was very patient in answering all queries regarding the safari as we had our 5 year daughter also with us. Every single details were explained. Managing transport from hotel to the airport was super smooth. There’s always someone with us guiding till we boarded. After reaching the sanctuary Alpha was our guide. He was excellent in every aspect. My 5 year old enjoyed every bit of this safari experience. Alpha was so keen on spotting all animals for us and went out his way to make our experience unforgettable. Food was also good. Returning back to Zanzibar in evening as smooth as it could be.
All in all an amazing experience with Telly African Safari. Thank you so much to the whole team.
I would highly recommend this tour.

Excellent work!
5/5

We are traveling with Ernest in the most peak season of Tanzania, the arrangement is exactly the same as we plan, even above our expectation. We saw big Five, big migration twice in one day. Our guide Ernest is a decent men, professional and experienced. You can ask for advice from him about the daily safari schedule and further discuss with him like what is your favorite animal, when we depart in the morning, lunchbox or hotmeal. He maade eeverything flexible. It's our first time to Africa, really memorial and remarkable travel experience we got, you won't regret to travel with Ernest!

Great trip with Williamson Adventures!
5/5

After contacting several tour operators and comparing their response speed, price, service, and other comprehensive factors, we chose Williamson Adventure. William replied promptly, and it is very convenient for Chinese people to communicate via WeChat! During the 9 days trip, I saw my favourite big cats and the Great Migrations(Wow!). I felt the hospitality of Tanzanian people, and beauty of Tanzania that we never knew before. The whole trip was relaxed and enjoyable. We come back safely with all wonderful memories.

I could not ask for a more knowledgeable and kind person to share his country with to his clients
5/5

I was first introduced to Affable Tours and Hosking Agoi in August of 2022, thru a family friend and returned again in August of 2023. I enjoyed both experiences, same friend, different travelers.
This year I returned again in October and this time, with my own small group of 2 and was again very happy to have Agoi as our guide. I can't say enough about the experience with Agoi and Affable Tours. He made sure we were comfortable, informed and having a good time. His knowledge of his country, its history, the animals and birds, the geography and all things Kenya is superb. His kindness stands out, making the trip an amazing experience. When I say kindness, this includes kindness towards his clients as well as all the other people he deals with on our travels. He was great to work with to complete an itinerary I was happy with.
I wanted to add Tanzania (game drives) and Zanzibar to my trip and Agoi was able to make that happen. Everything was set up according to our plan. My group flew to Zanzibar for 3 days then back to Nairobi and more game drives in Samburu, Kenya. We enjoyed Tanzania, (had a Tanzanian driver and Agoi) but I don't think I'll return to Zanzibar (it wasn't my cup of tea).
Agoi's many contacts and skills as a businessman helped make this trip, not only amazing but eye-opening as well. The plight of the Kenyan people is nothing short of sad. It brings tears to my eyes. I'm amazed by their resilience and tenacity to keep positive and determined to survive despite their living conditions and I'm sure some feelings of helplessness.
I will be planning another trip(s), hopefully bringing along others to share in this experience, I will not hesitate to connect with Agoi and Affable Tours for my future trips.

We recommand highly Bush Sand for any activities you need in Botswana as they are professional
5/5

We asked informations for game drives in Moremi/Khwaï and we receive the exactly responses we need, Kevin replied every message immediately and took care of everything seamlessly. The whole itinerary is very well balanced, scheduled and organized.
On the first day the driver had a car breakdown in Khwai, which was a bit sad, because we could not do the sunset game drive (that I really looked forward to do). kevin helped us rearranged another night game drive for us, operated by our lodge. And finally because of this issue, we got a partial refund. Great job Bush Sand!!!!
On the second day we had a Mokoro tour for 2 hours, with a guide very professional, with a lot of details about the flower, the delta, the birds and very safe too. During the daytime game drive we had a fantastic time and saw lots of amazing wildlife and landscapes. I really enjoyed the camping night, we blended into the nature, sleeping with animals croaking and roaring.
The negative aspect to point out is the road condition on the third day. I would strongly suggest fly-out option back to Maun. the road massage is too long and we jolted with the vehicle the whole day. My powder was shattered.
The trip was filled with spectacular wildlife sightings, including lions, elephants, hippos, leopards, and herds of zebras, buffaloes, and wildebeest.

Thanks team, thanks Kevin and RELAX(our driver and guide)!!!

Best trip ever
5/5

The experience of this trip is beyond my imagination! At the beginning, Joseph showed his extremely strong professionalism when he docked with the travel agency staff. The recommended travel routes, vehicles and hotels are the best, and they can also give us a very low price compared with other agencies! Simon, the driver and guide, is also very professional! No matter what animals we want to see, he will promise and then take us to see them that day. We actually saw cheetahs and lions on the same afternoon! At the same time, Simon's driving skills are particularly good, and driving on dirt roads is basically not uncomfortable! This one is highly recommended!

Thoughtful choices of accommodation and activities
5/5

Michelle crafted an excellent and thoughtful itinerary for our three weeks in Southern Africa, including safaris at Sabi Sands, Klaserie and a day trip into Botswana (Chobe) from Victoria Falls. Arathusa Lodge in Sabi was great, with views of the watering hole and lots of visiting wildlife from our bedroom window. Klaserie Drift was a tranquil place to unwind and with all the creature comforts. The complimentary laundry service was much appreciated! We ticked off the obligatory Big 5 in the first few days on safari, saw lots of other animals and learned a lot from the informative guides. All the internal flights and transfers worked seamlessly to ensure a stress free holiday. The Blyde River Canyon and Victoria Falls are a must to add to a safari adventure. Definitely recommend Ilala Lodge, where you can see the spray from the falls whilst enjoying breakfast on the terrace. We also explored Cape Town and surrounds before self-driving the Garden Route. Thank you Michelle for pulling it all together and all the invaluable advice. The Travelkey app was very useful too.
