Incredible and one of a time experience
South Africa was a dream journey for a long time but once we landed we know why we waited for so long - simply to be blown away by the beauty of this country and its incredibly friendly people…nice food, nice scenery, amazing vibe!

Even better than I could ever imagine!
We had a family experience: my husband, my 11 years old son and I. South Africa is much better than great! We visited Johannesburg, than we drove to Kruger National Park and we had one of the best experiences in the Safari. We could see the Big 5 plus the Cheetah! People are amazing, very kind and gentle everywhere! We could eat zebra and crocodile meat (delicious)!!! The weather helped a lot, not too hot, despite it's summer time! Table Mountain (in Cape Town) was the best city! And Plettemberg the most beautiful and lovely! The wildlife, the landscape, the views... we'll never forget. Important to mention: we rented a car and it was very easy to park everywhere. And it was also very safe!

Hit every expectation I had as a first timer
Had a great experience with this team at the Safari. Only had one day to spare and managed to find this deal, which is a lot cheaper than booking a car ride. The whole event was organised by Minnie who guided me through it all via WhatsApp messages. She was very prompt with her replies to any of my questions throughout the day.
At first was picked up at my hotel by Isaiah, who was very kind and walked me through the whole day, helped me through the train station to get to the correct train.
The train ride was short and there was AC the whole ride so it didn’t feel too bad.
Once I got off the train, I had the pleasant Yauhubi to greet me and drive me to the destination. We had a great conversation on the way and even managed to see some local villages that sell nice souvenirs. Along the way, we were stopped several times by police who were looking for bribes but Yauhubi managed them really well so they did not bother us.
At the Mikumi park, my driver was Danford, a lovely gentleman with a very keen eye to spot many animals. Everywhere I looked online said that lions were a rare encounter, but Danford managed to spot 5 of them the time I was there, including one hiding inside a bush. Danford was very knowledgeable about the wildlife there and also made me feel safe and reassured. I managed to have an entire ride by myself and Dan lent me his binoculars to use throughout the journey. He even helped me take some great photos.
The only thing I cannot comment on was the food. There was a break in between for food, and the food looked and smelt lovely, but this was during Ramadan and I was fasting, so I did not get a chance to try some.
All in all, really glad I got to have this experience. I think a 1 day trip is enough for people who just want to get out of the comfort zone and have not been before. If you are a regular then maybe a longer trip would be great.

Truly memorable trip
I booked a three day Gorilla Trekking / Golden Monkey trip with Frena adventures in late February. It turned out to be an amazing adventure. It was a pleasure working with Fred (my initial contact at Frena) and Rodney (my driver for three days). Fred promptly responded to all my queries as we handled all the logistics /payments and planning of the trip over whatsapp. There were no surprises and things happened exactly as they were described to me.
My driver, Rodney was also outstanding. I was the only traveler on this trip and had the entire van to myself. Rodney was easy going and very knowledgeable. He was always on time and communicated very well. We chatted the entire way about so many things and I learned lot about the countries of Uganda/Rwanda, the history, politics, the people, the wildlife, he even told me exactly where the bottled water they provided me came from. He also worked with the Ranger personally for my pick up and drop off at the Bwindi Impenetrable forest for the Gorilla trek. I was again, a solo hiker on the Gorilla trek when we went looking for Gorillas. Coming in contact with these majestic apes in the wild was a amazing experience.
Golden Monkey trekking in Rwanda the next day, also went without a hitch and was so much fun.
I would definitely consider Frena Adventures for any future safaris and absolutely recommend them to anybody.

Unforgettable safari experience
We had an amazing adventure with Kenmara Tour Operators Ltd, from the seamless booking process to the incredible game drives. Our guide, Mr. Albert, was outstanding knowledgeable, friendly, and always ensuring we had the best wildlife sightings.
Our 6-day safari to Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli was truly unforgettable! Every moment was well-planned, and we got to see the Big Five, breathtaking landscapes, and stunning sunsets. I can’t wait for our next trip in July for the Wildebeest Migration safari in Maasai Mara and Serengeti! Highly recommend Kenmara for anyone looking for a top-notch safari experience!

Wonderful travel experience
We just returned from the “Great Migration” safari in Tanzania, which includes Arusha, Karatu, Tarangire National Park, Southern Serengeti, Central Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. The level of accommodation and services offered by Savannah Explorers has always been on top. To all those who worked for this: THANK YOU. A special thank goes to our driver-guide, John Apsalom; as a driver he was always very careful (which we really appreciated) and always calm; as a guide he was exceptional, he took us everywhere he could to let us watch animals, he gave us explanations about their life, he told us about the traditions of Tanzania, always with great passion. For this THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU John.

Unforgettable safari
The safari with Steve was the crowning glory of our Kenya vacation. Everything went transparently and smoothly, from communication from Germany to the safari itself and also payment. Steve was always professional and trustworthy, responded to our wishes and gave good advice. We were able to observe a lot of animals and get to know some great lodges. We can fully recommend Steve and his service!

Awesome experience in a comfortable atmosphere!
We took a 4-day safari in Tanzania and from start to finish it was an amazing experience! The initial communication with Petro was prompt, informative and he answered all our questions. Witson, our guide, communicated clearly and was so knowledgeable providing us great information about the country, animals and more! We felt safe, well taken care of and able to fully enjoy the experience. Thank you Safari 360!

An amazing adventures
We spent two days in Serengeti National Park and one day in the Ngorongoro Crater. I can highly recommend @simbalandmagictours and especially our driver, Hamza. He made sure that the safari was a safe and exciting experience. He had good knowledge of the landscape and finding the animals and not least knowledge of the different species. He served us a lovely lunch out in the park. It was emotional to discover the parks and see how the animals live their lives there completely naturally. We were lucky to see many species. I will have the experience with me forever, especially the safari part and the way the people in Tanzania live their lives, "Hakuna Matata" Most people have so much less than us here at home in Norway, but are still so much more satisfied and happy. Something the people show all the time. Thank you very much for this adventure. Regards Elisabeth
