Treehouse safari
4/5

We enjoyed this tour realy.
Perfect organization, very nice staff at the lodges and last but not least a lot of animals in free nature.
I especially liked the treehouse-lodge. A pitty that we could not stay longer!
Two critics from me as an european Tourist: you can make the tour a little bit more expencive but invest in a more comfortable bus and offer some cold Drinks to your guests. The Lodges should increase their prices for drinks etc. too. Its simply to cheap .

I will recommend the tour to my Friends an thank you very much

Successful summit on Kili and a fun safari
4/5

Coordinating our trip was relatively easy- our communication was done via email, responses were usually quick and good coordination and suggestions. Emmanuel was very accommodating and helpful in arranging our hotel stay pre and post climb as well as post safari. He also did an excellent job of booking our lodges on safari.

We did have some issues with our last payment- which apparently never arrived at his bank (the previous bank wires arrived without issue). This required that I pay my own Kili park fees ($1500). He told me he would reimburse this park fee once he received the final bank wire. I have traced the wire twice and had confirmed by all banks involved that the payment was indeed made to his account but I haven't heard anything back regarding this confirmation nor have I heard anything about my refund- which I have given up on at this point.

Pros-
we have the memory of a lifetime from our climb and safari
our team of guides, porters and cook on the climb were all top notch- friendly and great at their jobs
our safari driver was knowledgeable and fun

Cons-
the whole money thing was a disaster- because of the language issues I'm still not sure of who I can trust or what is accurate- this problem was amplified by the fact that our email communications were intercepted and then hacked by cyber thieves who have tried multiple times to acquire funds from me directly and have even contacted my bank directly suggesting money be wired to accounts in Tanzania. Total mess! Probably not our tour operators issue. I hope anyway. (** I'll edit this part of the review should something change but it's been over a month without seeing my refund and a month since the money transfer was confirmed).

our equipment on the mountain was less than stellar- broken tent zippers, sleeping mats that had air leaks, broken portable toilet, etc. Not surprising given the fact they get used on a mountain but would have liked to have better equipment for what we paid.

Felt pressured to tip heavy after the climb and while I exceeded the suggested tip amounts the lead guide asked for even more. Felt a little weird to be on the receiving end of such a request.

Great safari experience!

I went on a safari to Amboseli with Leonard. Leonard was a great guide, knowledgeable, nice and helpful- I definitely recommend going on a safari with him! Peter was good at swiftly answering mails and organizing trips in advance.

About: Mazingira
Amazing Agent
4/5

Mazingira safari is my Tanzania based agent for all my Tourist going to Tanzania. Jacob and Moses are the best guide ever. I had opportunity to accompany for our 21 days Tour in Kenya and Tanzania. All the clients were that happy even during the departure time some shred tears of happiness. The company vehicles are luxury and in good conditions. All the guide are very jovial and well familiar with parks.

4 Days of incredible Safari in Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater
4/5

Me and a friend have done a 4-day Safari in Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. We organized it with Godfrey who was very reliable and helpful with the booking of the lodges, flights and all other things. The whole organisation was professional and likeable. All the experience, all the animals, all the landscapes, just everything was absolutely stunning. Although it was raining in the Serengeti and rather fresh at Ngorongoro Crater it was truly one of the best travel we have ever made. Our guide Deo was very friendly, a safe driver and very helpful with spoting and explaning the different animals. Just to name a few: Leopards, lions eating/mating, cheetahs, hyenas, zebras, giraffes, elefants, different birds, wildebeests, buffalos and so on. Also our cook was very nice and cooked some delicious food at the Campsites. Don't miss the Burudika Manyara Lodge. A place with perfect hospitality, nice bandas, friendly staff and truly the best candle light dinner ever, just above the Lake Manyara with its thousands of flamingos, birds, wildebeest and antilopes: An experience absolutely worth it! We enjoyed every single moment on our Safari and we would recommand it to all our families, friends and other people willing to enjoy a unique experience in the real Africa. We'll come back devinitively. Thanks again and cheers, Andreas and Karin

Exhilarating
4/5

The tour was very nice, it provided an in depth insight into the sights and sounds of Kenya which I probably
would not have experienced if I travelled by air. The tour guide was absolutely amazing ,he was constantly
assisting to capture some breathtaking pictures
of the scenery. He deserves a 5 star applause. He was also very knowledgeable about where to find the animals
because I managed to see lions, elephants, giraffes and hyenas on the first day of my tour.
The hotel accommodation was simple and adequate with the lovely sights of the hippos and crocodiles.
It was a wonderful experience and I hope to do it again soon.

Great experience
4/5

Hamadi from face of africa was friendly and helpfull. Although the hotel he booked for us the night before the safari started was awefull, he Booked another one at our request when we returned to Arusha after the safari.
Since it was low season the budget safari we took was bundled with people from different organisations in one truck. Once we got started on our safari everything went perfect.
Hamadi was also helpfull with getting cash from the bank. Prepare yourself to pay in cash though. We were not and it gave us more stress then we hoped for. Pickup from the airport was on time but costed 50$ whereas for other compagnies it was free...
Our guide Zigi and our cook 'Chef' treated us to a great experience!
All in all expect a personal and friendly experience. Hamadi was open to any requests and responded as expected to them. It also feels as if your money goes to a local and not a great international organisation.
