Thank you for the fantastic trip. It was a tailor-made trip. All our suggestions regarding excursions, visits to schools, tribes, and activities (cycling, hiking) were met. The accompanying explanations about the bird species and the lifestyles of the various animals and people were very enjoyable. Very informative.
Our accommodations and meals were also excellent. The transportation was ideal for safari. We were also constantly asked for our opinions regarding stops along the way, restrooms, and water. We had a wonderful, fantastic group of seven women and a pleasant and friendly tour guide. In short, a trip we will never forget.

The single best and most impactful customer service experience I have ever had.
I booked with Ranger Buck for a very unconventional safari through Botswana and Uganda. These two countries aren't typically booked together because the logistics are complicated and the distances between the two nations are vast. However, Maria with Ranger Buck assisted me with an incredible itinerary in the Okavango Delta in Botswana and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda. The destinations were mindblowingly beautiful, the wildlife was exceptional and the lodges were all exquisite. But more than anything, Maria, and her persistence and willingness to assist me when airlines caused delays to my itinerary, was nothing short of incredible. She bent over backwards to assist in anyway that she could. I have been in customer service for nearly 2 decades myself, I can honestly say that Maria with Ranger Buck displayed some of the most helpful and comprehensive assistance I have ever seen. I could not recommend this company enough. From top to bottom, this experience was five stars in everyway. I will absolutely be booking with Maria and Ranger Buck again.

Amazing!
We have just finished a safari with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club and we are absolutely delighted! Prince created a tailor-made program for us and was very patient and proactive throughout the entire process.
During our 5-night stay, we saw all of the Big Five in Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti (including Ndutu), and Manyara.
Our guide, Anyaro, was incredible: he shared so much knowledge with us, his French is excellent, and he is also an outstanding driver! Haha, we had such a great time and lots of laughs!
The lodges were superb — even better than in the photos. The service as well as the food were excellent.
At the end of our stay, since our flight was late, the manager welcomed us into his home for dinner — a truly special and memorable moment.

A Honeymoon Full of Beautiful Surprises
What made our honeymoon even more unforgettable were the thoughtful surprises arranged by Oldbeast Vacations. After a magical game drive in the Serengeti, we returned to our lodge to find our room decorated with flowers and a handwritten congratulatory note waiting for us. It was such a simple gesture, but it meant so much.
One evening, Mwanne had arranged a private bush dinner just for us. Under the stars, surrounded by the quiet sounds of the savannah, we enjoyed a candlelit meal that felt incredibly intimate and special. It was one of those moments where time seemed to stop.
In Zanzibar, another surprise awaited us — a romantic sunset setup on the beach with lanterns and a beautifully prepared table right by the water. Watching the sky turn shades of orange and pink while celebrating our new life together was something we will never forget.
These unexpected touches showed us that Oldbeast Vacations truly cares about creating experiences, not just itineraries. They made our honeymoon feel personal, meaningful, and full of love.

Fantastic experience
We just spent 3 days with Wild Uganda. Our family of 3 traveled from Kigali, Rwanda to Bwindi, Uganda. Our driver, Samuel, provided a very professional and safe trip. He assisted with crossing the border and any other needs we had. The gorilla trekking in Uganda was amazing. Communication with the guide and company was excellent. We would definitely travel with Wild Uganda again.

Our experience with Makini started with our tour operator Naomi who patiently and expertly created our perfect trip. No detail was left to chance and thanks to her meticulous planning everything worked out perfectly . We were entrusted into the expert hands of Gift, our safari guide, an incredible young man with a deep love for nature which he gently conveyed to us. His knowledge and delicate manners allowed us to live every day at our pace without any imposition on his part. His magic lay in always being in the right place at the right time, whether it be during the game drive our while entering and exiting the parks. This allowed to see a bountiful amount of animals , including not only the BIG FIVE but the UGLY FIVE 😁. One last mention must be made for the superior driving, smooth and able. There is nothing but praise for MAKINI and the people that work in this fabulous group!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Very reliable and very good
Jennifer advises very well and answers all questions quickly and competently. We felt very well cared for from the beginning. The tour itself was indescribable. We were picked up by our driver in Kigali and taken to Uganda to Bwindi National Park. Our driver was a small treasure and quickly became part of the team. We really enjoyed the tour. Great lodges, all well organized.
