We wanted to travel to both Kenya and Tanzania but didn’t want to have two points of contact, Arzoni were the perfect choice as they cover both countries. Our tour planner Teddy was fabulous, he was very responsive for all the requests and made a perfect plan and offer. Our tour guide Giddy and Joseph have the eagle eyes and helped us spotted the entire “Lion King casting crew” . Lion after hunting, giraffe fighting, elephant showering, wildebeest crossing Mara river etc. Would recommend them highly for anyone who wants to do the same safari journey ;)

An unforgettable 8-day safari
I had an amazing 8-day safari with Charles and Francis. They were knowledgeable, great drivers, and genuinely fun to spend time with. I learned a lot, laughed a lot, and always felt in good hands. Warmly recommended!

Thanks to AC and our guide Paul — overall, the trip was really nice.
The people we coordinated with at AC were Carl and Lari, and they were very quick to reply. We communicated entirely through WeChat, which was friendly for someone like me who isn't good at English.
After the itinerary was confirmed, we wanted to add one more day. They also promptly helped check room availability to see if it was possible.
There were no issues with the hotel bookings — we stayed at all the hotels as agreed. Since we stayed 2 nights in Nairobi, they also arranged airport drop-off.
I especially want to praise our guide Paul. Before coming, I was a bit worried, but after meeting him, I felt very reassured — he's very friendly.
When it comes to finding animals, he has over ten years of guide experience and is a guide directly signed by AC. We completed the Big Five in the Masai Mara and saw the rare black rhino in Nakuru. For every new animal, he would give us a knowledge briefing, and later he would even quiz us 😊.
He would do his best to get us good positions, and some of the spots were quite unique, allowing us to see different and more complete perspectives.
Whenever he heard location information over the radio, he would immediately set off to take us to see it.
Paul was very punctual — he was never late even once, and he would arrive nearly half an hour early to wait for us at our agreed time.
During the trip, if we had other ideas — for example, in Amboseli, if we wanted to visit other hotels or rest in a café — he would try his best to arrange it for us.
He would also remind us to set off in time so we wouldn't miss seeing animals because it was too late.
He has a fairly extroverted personality, but when it was time to rest, he would also stay quiet and not disturb us.
Because the four of us in the car all knew each other, the experience was better than joining a group tour.

4 days Masai Maara+Nakuru Lake
We did a mid budget 4 days between Masai Maara and Nakuru Lake spending the first 2 nights at Wild Nest Camp (very nice tent with all the needed accessories) and then the last night at Buraha Zenoni Resort.
The trip was very well organised and highly recommended if you’re landing in Nairobi.
Our guide Hassan was very precise and he guided us to see all the big 5 and many more animals.

Safari Ok but itinerary was not fully followed
Overall the safari itself and the guide were good, but in the 5 days safari itinerary it was mentioned 2 days in northern Serengeti, including lunch there. But in the middle of the safari they communicated to me that it was not possible. So I had to deal with them for a fix while trying to enjoy the safari, which is the last thing you want to do. I read similar comments on the reviews. At the end we managed to make changes waking up at 5AM and rushing it. I just recommend to ask for specific times and locations, so you don't have to deal with it on the road. The safari itself was great since I saw most of the things I wanted to see.

Unforgettable experience
We had a great safari experience in Kenya. Everything was well organized and on time. Our driver Julius was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He really went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience possible. Also cares about the wellbeing of the animals which was very important to us. We saw the Big5 and so much more. 10/10, would do it again.

An unforgettable first safari in Kenya
We had a truly memorable trip with Safari Soles and couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first safari in Kenya.
Ruth helped us plan our safari in Kenya, and she was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions, gave thoughtful suggestions, and worked with us to design an itinerary that felt perfect for what we wanted to see and experience.
Our guide, Sam, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about wildlife, fun to spend time with, and clearly loves what he does. We saw an incredible variety of animals, including all of the Big Five. What really stood out was Sam’s ability to read animal behavior and anticipate what they might do next. He was often thinking ahead and positioning us in a great spot for the next movement or sighting. He also shared a lot of interesting fun facts about the animals that made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had an amazing first safari experience and would highly recommend both Ruth and Sam to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

Reliable and i saw everything
My sales is careen, she is extremely reliable and very authentic, she will always be there if you need support during the trip, we had an mid range trip, she had organized it really really good i highly recommend her for her fantastic job.
I saw big five, and 3 times immigration, 7 Gepards, thank to my guide daniel!!

Comprehensive!
Mustapha was such an amazing safari guide! He was very communicative throughout the whole trip and taught us a lot about all of the animals as well as local culture and customs. He's been a guide for 17 years and seemed to know many of the other drivers on the road, which made finding the good viewpoints and game drive spots really easy! We were able to see almost every single animal we were hoping to see this trip, and for a lot of them Mustapha was able to get us up very close to see. We traveled through most of the Serengeti to our final day at Mara River, where we were lucky to see two wildebeast river crossings before 11am! Highly recommend Mustapha for anybody looking for a Tanzanian safari :))
In the planning process we were able to customize the itinerary and experienced both luxury lodges and hotels as well as the tented camps that are located throughout the Serengeti. All meals and accomodation are covered in the itinerary, but of course if you want souvenirs or other extra experiences you can decide to add more.
We spent a couple days in Arusha and Zanzibar around the safari, but here was our safari itinerary:
Day 1: Tarangire and Maasai visit
Day 2: South Serengeti
Day 3: Ngorongoro crater viewpoint and Central Serengeti
Day 4: Northern Serengeti and Mara River Crossing
Day 5: Ngorongoro crater
