Very attentive and considerate
Everything went smoothly from the very first contact through to the end of the safari. Knowing that I had booked a one-day trip to Ngorongoro, they made the effort to meet me in person beforehand, which I really appreciated. They took the time to brief me properly and ensured everything was clear.
The pick-up the next day was at 5am, and they were already checking in with me on WhatsApp that early to make sure everything was going well. Throughout the day, they continued to check on me and were very attentive. They also made a real effort to gather detailed feedback afterward, taking the time to listen and discuss my experience.
I truly cannot recommend Golden Memories Safaris enough. I had used another tour operator in Kenya, and the difference in how they treat their clients, from the first interaction to the end of the experience, is very noticeable.
As for Ngorongoro, it’s absolutely incredible. I’m so glad I added it to my trip after visiting the Masai Mara in Kenya. It offers a completely different landscape and experience compared to other national parks, and it’s something I would highly recommend to anyone.

"Professional comfortable and stress-free transfer from Hoedspruit to Johannesburg
We booked a private transfer for two people from Hoedspruit to Johannesburg with Safari Link SA and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Our driver, Thomas, was punctual and arrived exactly on time for our pickup. Throughout the journey, he was very professional and polite. He gave us helpful recommendations, including suggesting a great place to stop for lunch. He was very accommodating to our needs and made us feel comfortable throughout the trip.
The journey took approximately 6.5 hours, including a 30-minute lunch stop and a short 5-minute break. The drive was smooth and well-paced.
We highly recommend Safari Link SA and especially Thomas to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable and professional transfer service in South Africa.
Amazing! We got to see and do everything we hoped for!
Our experience with Lion King was incredible from start to finish. We communicated via email and the operator always responded to any questions promptly and were very flexible with flight changes. However, what really made our trip so incredible was our guide, Khalifa. He was knowledgeable, attentive, funny, and an absolute joy to work with. Our tour was worth every penny and we’re already trying to find a time to return!

Amazing in every detail!
From the beginning to the end, we were so well taken care of in every detail- accommodations more than met our expectations; customer service was excellent; guides & trackers were extremely knowledgeable & went to all extents to give us amazing game drives; transportation details were handled perfectly & timely; food was excellent & a lot of it. Absolutely Amazing Experience From Start to Finish!
First of all, George was incredible at organising our entire trip. He listened carefully to exactly what we wanted to do and advised us on the best way to plan everything, including dates, timings, hotels, and activities. His communication was excellent throughout and his response time was always super fast. He was extremely kind, generous, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible.
We are based in Dubai, and earlier this year we unfortunately had an unforeseen situation due to the regional circumstances, which caused our original flight to be cancelled. When I explained the situation to George, he was so understanding and flexible. He kindly allowed us to rebook the trip for whenever suited us, which we truly appreciated and honestly took a huge amount of stress away from the situation.
When we finally arrived in Nairobi, we were greeted on time by a lovely man named Jeofry. He was so welcoming, kind, and informative, and gave us so much insight into Kenya during the drive from the airport to the hotel. He made sure all of our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable and safe from the moment we arrived.
Our first day was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed amazing food at Stedmak Hotel — the steak was incredible! Afterwards, we did a tour around Nairobi Safari Walk/National Park, which was so interesting. We had a fantastic guide who explained everything to us about the animals and wildlife. Later that evening, we went to Carnivore Restaurant which was honestly 10/10 — amazing atmosphere, amazing food, and such a fun experience.
The next morning, we met the best tour guide ever — Joshua. He picked us up from the hotel and honestly made the trip unforgettable. He was so kind, patient, caring, funny, and professional throughout the entire safari experience. He made everything feel easy and stress-free from start to finish.
Joshua was extremely flexible and always made sure we were comfortable, whether we needed toilet breaks, wanted to stop for photos, ask questions, rest, or even sleep in a little longer. Nothing ever felt rushed and he genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed every moment of the trip.
He brought us to Jambo Mara Safari Lodge, which was absolutely beautiful. The food was incredible, the staff were even better, and the rooms were spotless with amazing views. The hotel also had a lovely pool and gym which made the stay even more enjoyable.
We also visited the Maasai Mara village and had a tour around the community. We watched traditional dances and learned about how the Maasai people live. It was such an interesting and special cultural experience that we will never forget.
The next day, we spent the entire day on safari and saw so many incredible animals — including a leopard thanks to Joshua’s amazing spotting skills! Seeing the wildlife so close in their natural environment was honestly one of the best experiences of my life.
Overall, this was truly the most amazing trip we have ever been on. From start to finish, we felt safe, happy, secure, and completely looked after. The communication from the company was outstanding and every single person we dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring.
I honestly cannot recommend Right Choice Tours and Safaris enough. If you are thinking of booking a Kenya trip — do it with them! Absolutely 10/10 experience from beginning to end.

Professional and attention to detail.
We are a group of 4 couples that just returned from the most amazing safari orchestrated by Wayne Barnes of the Kruger Safari Company. The itinerary that Wayne put together was perfect from the lodges we stayed in to the game drives, food, transport and overall hospitality. Everything was so well executed to the smallest detail. Wayne even added a side trip to Victoria Falls even though it wasn’t within his normal area of expertise. If you are looking for a truly life changing trip, I highly recommend reaching out to Wayne to plan it for you. You will not be disappointed!

Luxury experience did not disappoint as our guide and professional staff made for a perfect trip!
Family of 4 with twin 11 year olds. After looking at tour options, I created my own itinerary and We Tour quickly got back to me with prices and dates in a very attractive custom made brochure. Communication was very quick and polite. I was concerned about wiring money to a company I didn't know well, but it was absolutely fine. All of my questions were answered promptly through the process. I was greeted on arrival at the airport (with welcome gifts!) and met our guide, Hassan. He was very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. Thanks to his timing and understanding of animal behaviors, we were treated to unforgettable one on one cheetah and lion experiences, as well as peaceful moments with many other animals. I was keen to photograph, and Hassan was good at knowing when to stop and knowing when to move along. He was quick to oblige my frequent calls to stop to take pictures of birds and whatnot, and I never felt rushed. We had about 4 full days of experiences, and had it not been for a short holiday, I would have loved to stay more days. The accommodations chosen by We Tour were terrific. I thought we would not have time for the pool and relaxing with our short schedule, but we found a way to swim every day. They kids enjoyed surfing the bumpy roads while looking out the pop-up roof. It was magical from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Excellent tour with Abdul
This was such a wonderful trip. The communication was great from the moment of requesting a tour and they accommodated everything we wanted to do.
Abdul went out of his way to make sure we experienced everything we wanted and saw a large variety of animals. In particular, Abdul was hugely knowledgable about all parks we visited and general knowledge we asked about animals/parks/literally anything else.
It was so lovely to not have to think about any element of the trip and it all just be taken care of for us. I would highly recommend Serengeti Clarity, especially a tour with Abdul.

My experience with Abdul was fantastic!
We toured Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti Central/West, plus visits to the Hadzabe, Datoga and Masai tribes.
Abdul was very helpful, especially well versed in locations within the Serengeti to find particular animals meaning that we were able to see all the big 5 very quickly plus hyena and many others. His knowledge of the parks is extensive, with good understanding of where families of each animal nest meaning we were able to find anything we wanted to see very quickly. Would definitely book again!
