Jonas is vry trustworthy, reliable, always accommodating your requiremnts n needs, vry warm n welcoming
5/5

Hey Jonas, hope you’re doing well! ❤️
I wanted to take some time to write a detailed review of our overall experience with you and the team.
Firstly, thank you so much for being patient with us and for making an effort to accommodate all our requirements and dietary restrictions throughout the trip. We really appreciated your willingness to customise the itinerary according to our needs and preferences.
We were lucky enough to witness 4 of the Big 5 during our safari! We unfortunately missed spotting the leopard and cheetahs, but I guess that just gives us another reason to come back to Tanzania someday. 😄 Overall, we had a wonderful experience and created some really special memories.
Everything was very well planned and organised. We had discussed our route, accommodations and itinerary beforehand, and you also guided us with additional information and suggestions. This helped us put together an itinerary that was smooth, practical and efficient, without feeling unnecessarily rushed.
Since we were a group of 5 adults and 1 child (7 years old), all women, safety and security were naturally one of our biggest concerns. I’m happy to say that we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable at any point during our journey. That gave us a great sense of comfort and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the trip.
Another thing we really appreciated was how our dietary requirements were handled. We are vegetarians, and despite this, we never had any major issues with food. We were served some genuinely good vegetarian options throughout the trip, and we were very grateful for the effort made to accommodate us.
There were, however, a few small things that we felt could have been handled better.
At the time of booking, we had specifically mentioned that we wanted Peter to accompany us for the safari, so we were a little disappointed that we weren’t informed in advance about the change of guide. We only came to know about the change once the safari had already started. A little communication beforehand would have made things much smoother.
We were also told that we would have two binoculars, but we were provided with only one for the entire group to share. Unfortunately, the quality of the binoculars wasn’t very good either, which made it difficult for everyone to properly enjoy some of the wildlife sightings.
The Maasai village visit was another small disappointment. It had been mentioned as part of our itinerary, but unfortunately our guide seemed unaware of it. We had to bring it up ourselves and show him the booking details, after which he took some time to reconfirm it with the company. Since this was something we had already discussed and were looking forward to, it would have been better if the guide had been fully briefed beforehand.
Our guide, Mr. Ben, was very sweet and polite, and we appreciated his friendly nature. However, we felt that he could have been stronger when it came to sharing information about the animal kingdom, explaining animal behaviour and actively helping with wildlife spotting. For a safari experience, having a guide who is particularly knowledgeable and proactive about these aspects can make a big difference.
Apart from these few points, we genuinely had a wonderful experience with you and the entire team. ❤️
I would definitely recommend you to anyone planning to explore Tanzania, particularly because of your willingness to customise and tailor itineraries according to individual requirements. I think that is a great advantage and something that really stood out to us.
My only suggestion to future travellers would be to communicate all your requirements clearly from the very beginning and make sure that everything you have discussed is properly mentioned in the booking details. Communication can sometimes take a little longer than expected, but overall, we found you trustworthy, reliable and accommodating.
Thank you once again, Jonas, for helping make our Tanzania journey such a memorable one. Despite the few small things that could have been better, we truly enjoyed our trip and came back with some beautiful memories. ❤️
And who knows… maybe we’ll be back one day to finally find that leopard and cheetah 🐆😄
Thank you once again to you and the entire team! ❤️

Our tour operator really was the BEST!
5/5

From the beginning all of our communication was clear, concise, professional and timely. Our tour guide, Jannet, was easily available to us and kept in touch with us even when not actually doing an activity. The price was very reasonable considering all of the activities and lodgings included. We particularly loved Kabakwe Lodge in Victoria Falls!
We planned to arrive there 2 nights early to do a few things and just relax before the safari and even then she organized a Boma dinner show for us and took us to Zambia for a day trip safari👍
She was very knowledgeable about the area and really did go out of her way to make this bucket list trip very special!

Hermosa Life consist of an excellent team guaranteed to make your trip to Rwanda memorable
5/5

Hermosa Life crafted an excellent itinerary which both suited my interests and my budget. They were very prompt to reply to any query I had and were very helpful with helping me find medical help, when I faced a health issue during my trip. Abou, my driver guide, was amazing and I felt I was exploring Rwanda with a good friend. He was professional, polite, friendly and very attentive. I cannot recommend Hermosa Life more and would book a trip with them again in a heartbeat.

Amazing trip, wonderful customized safari
5/5

Ramja Safari came through with their custom-fit trip itinerary for our safari in Kenya. Steve - the owner of- and Patrick - our driver and guide - did a wonderful job at providing us with everything and more than we set to expect from this unique experience. From the parks/reserves that were booked for us, the accommodations for luxury resorts and camps to the actual hour-by-hour and day-by-day dedication from our knowledgeable and disciplined guide and driver Patrick. His commitment to us on having the best experience and seeing close-up of all the animals (ie The Big Five and more, multiple times!) living in the savannah was exceptional. Ramja books a custom and private tour for each need and giving them enough time before your scheduled trip will ensure excellent accommodation bookings. They are professionals with Five Gold Stars. Thank you, Ramja Safaris! We’ll be back.

Unforgettable Family Experience at Royal Morubisi
5/5

Our family — my wife, our son, and I — had the privilege of staying at Royal Morubisi in South Africa this September, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere truly special. The entire experience was phenomenal, but what made our stay so memorable was not only the incredible surroundings and wildlife. It was the people — the warmth, professionalism, dedication, and genuine hospitality of everyone who took care of us throughout our stay. A very special thank-you goes to the safari drivers and guides. Their knowledge, passion, patience, and ability to read the environment made every game drive an extraordinary experience. They didn't simply take us out to see animals. They taught us to appreciate the bush — the sounds, the tracks, the behavior of the animals, and the incredible details that we would have otherwise missed. Their dedication to making sure we had memorable sightings, while always respecting the wildlife and the environment, was truly impressive. Every safari felt like a new adventure, and we came away with memories that our family will treasure for years to come. We also want to recognize the chef and the entire kitchen staff. The food was wonderful, but what stood out even more was the care and attention behind every meal. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were prepared with great attention to detail, and every meal felt like part of the experience rather than simply something to eat. And then came our last evening at Royal Morubisi — a moment that will stay with our family forever. We had the privilege of interacting directly with young local people dressed in their traditional clothing, sharing their culture with us through songs and chants in their native language. There was something deeply moving about sitting there and experiencing that moment together as a family. It felt authentic, personal, and profoundly meaningful. It wasn't simply entertainment. It was an opportunity to connect with the local culture and to experience a small part of a heritage that has been passed down through generations. Royal Morubisi gave us much more than an incredible safari. It gave us memories, cultural experiences, wonderful meals, exceptional hospitality, and moments of connection that we will carry with us for a very long time. To every guide, safari driver, chef, member of the kitchen team, and every person who welcomed us and cared for our family — thank you.

Excellent knowledge of the animals in the nature park and their behaviors.
5/5

Everything was exactly as promised at the time of booking: they picked us up, took us to the train station, escorted us to the train, and met us at the arrival point. There was absolutely nothing to fault. We had our own vehicle for the safari—a Toyota Land Cruiser with a large roof hatch, allowing two people to stand and take photos simultaneously. It was just the two of us plus a driver/guide. The guide was very sensible and truly cared about his customers; everything went smoothly, and he was extremely knowledgeable, offering detailed explanations about animal behavior and habits. A memory for a lifetime. 100%+

The Perfect First Safari Experience
5/5

We could not have asked for a better experience for our first safari, and so much of that was down to Yasin, Rita and the Axis team.

From the very beginning, Rita was incredibly helpful, honest and patient with us. She answered all our questions, talked us through the different options and made the whole process of arranging our first safari feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated how approachable and transparent she was throughout.

And then there was Yasin- our driver, guide and an absolute star! From day one, he was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable- we learned so much from him throughout our Mara and Nakuru trip. Most importantly, we always felt completely safe with him, both on the road and out on safari.

We also really appreciated how flexible he was, always happy to discuss the plans with us, listen to what we wanted from each day and adapt where possible. It genuinely felt like he cared about giving us the best experience he could rather than just taking us from one place to the next.

Yes, we were incredibly lucky and saw the Big Five — and sooooo much more — but that is not the reason we would recommend Yasin so highly. Wildlife can never be guaranteed. What Yasin did guarantee was that every day he would put in the effort to give us the best possible safari experience. He went the extra mile again and again, and his enthusiasm, knowledge and determination made the whole trip special regardless of what animals happened to appear that day.

We honestly could not recommend Rita, Yasin and the Axis team highly enough!

Thank you for an unforgettable first safari and hopefully will see you again!
