I had an amazing safari experience. Our guide Mustafa ensured our family of 4 was able to see all animals on the big 5 chart and more.
The staff and logistics were well organized for the 6 days we spent at Amboseli, Maasai Mara and Serengeti safaris.
The game and off road drives in the Polarsteps Land Cruiser ensured we had close proximity to wildlife.
The experience they had locating the animals cannot be understated. It was all lovely from start to finish.

We had only positive aspects to report.
About the reservation, it was very easy to talk to the operator: (i) They promptly answered all my questions and doubts; (ii) customized the tour for us; (iii) the payment method was safe and easy to use.
About the tour: (i) we liked very much the accomodations booked for us, especially the Naan Ku Sê logde, which is absolutely delightful; (ii) all meals included in the package were of high quality and in very generous portions; (iii) we enjoyed very much all activities proposed - our visited was concentrated in the Etosha Park and the Soussuvlei desert.
About the guide: (i) Prev is a very nice guy - he is always on a good mood and laughing; (ii) He knows a lot about the area and gladly answered all the questions we had about the locations visited and southern Africa history; (iii) he is a diligent driver.
In summary, we had an awesome time ans we totally recommend their services.

very friendly
We had a fantastic time in Tanzania. Every single overnight stay on our tour (Ngare Lodge, Mbuni Serengeti Camp, and Ngorongoro Wild Camp) was simply excellent!
A huge thank you to our guide Adam, who was incredibly friendly and showed us the amazing wildlife. We also highly appreciate Justin, who was always in touch with us and perfectly took care of the entire transfer before and after the safari.

Responsive and reliable
We had two wonderful days with our guide Caleb. The truth is he is AMAZING! We were impressed by his reliability. On the way from Nairobi to Amboseli, there were many trucks on the narrow road, Caleb drove very carefully, steadily and made us feel safe. Not limited to animals, Caleb shared us stories about towns, villages and even his personal experience becoming a guide. We respected and liked his passion. More importantly, Caleb has very sharp eyes locating animals! He managed to find us cheetahs, a hyena, lions, gazelles, elephants and many other animals within limited time of your trip. We do appreciated his dedicated work! Oh, he is a good photographer, too. He took us good family picture while we were watching elephants. He was very considerate to park the car well so that we could take pictures from a better perspectives. And also, he was responsive to all our questions about animals. We learnt a lot from him! We wish we could come back in the future to go on a longer safari with Caleb!
Lastly, the sales Mike is worth mentioning too. He was the magician behind the scene who made our journey happen. He was very patient to help us realize this trip and we were grateful to his efforts too.

We had booked the end to end Tanzania Safari theough Sewari and overall we had amazing experience in terms of overall experience, the arrangements were good with good pricing.
The staff was knowledgeable and very accommodative to all are demands and last minute changes.
Zanzibar experience could have been better. The boats were not equipped with relevant diving gear

An Unforgettable Safari Experience in the Serengeti — Big Five in Just Two Days!
We had an absolutely incredible two days in the Serengeti. In such a short time, we spotted all of the Big Five and witnessed massive herds of migrating zebras and wildebeest, a truly breathtaking sight we’ll never forget.
Our guide Barnaba made the whole experience. He was proactive, knowledgeable, always sharing fascinating insights into animal behavior and finding the perfect angle for us to observe and photograph.
