Amazing adventure!
I participated in the Kilimanjaro expedition in August 2025. The crew and mountain guides are professionals. Kilismile provides tourists with the highest level of service. We arrived at individual camps, where our tents were already prepared for us. In the morning, we received ginger tea for acclimatization, and the food was varied and very good. The guides were always there to help us and were very kind to tourists.
A special thank you goes to Omary Konyezo, who provided me with exceptional care. Since the first day of the climb, I suffered from altitude sickness. Omary accompanied me every day, helping me carry my backpack. He was most patient and helpful during the summit attack. With his guidance, support, and words of encouragement, I reached the summit of Kilimanjaro.

From the moment I booked, the experience was amazingly flawless! Monica was our contact, very professional and responsive. Khalifa, there are no words to describe how AWESOME of a guide he is. I've done several safaris and this was the best experience I've ever had. Khalifa told us about histories of areas and buildings, and facts about every animal we encountered. We were an inquisitive group and had a lot of questions. He answered them all with a smile. There was NEVER a time when I felt unsafe or unsure. He was a LION and took very good care of us. We spent 3 happy safari days in Serengeti, very professional team. Daphne is the sales, she is very helpful and thoughtful, always respond fast even on weekends. The driver Charles is very experienced guide, he can spot lions on trees from hundreds meters away with his eagle eyes. And he can also detect animals simply by his nose which is amazing to us. During the safari, we saw a pride of over 20 lions, which is extremely rare and we saw a lepoard and a lion are lying on the same tree...
Overall I'm glad I chose Benson safaris especially with the help from Daphne, if the car was equipped with good AC that would be even better.

Such an amazing experience the tour guide John was absolutely amazing . So much knowledge and very caring, made the journey perfect . A Safari Beyond Our Wildest Dreams
With the weather perfectly on our side, the wildlife encounters were spectacular. We were incredibly lucky to find ourselves surrounded by the best of nature—spotting majestic lions, herds of zebras, towering giraffes, and graceful gazelles, among so many other amazing animals.
Seeing these incredible creatures in the wild, paired with a team that constantly went the extra mile to put in extra effort for our family, turned what we thought would be a challenging off-season trip into a collection of lifelong memories.

The overall experience was amazing. Everything went very smoothly and it felt like you had to do no work yourself. All of the drivers were very informative and amazing at their job, enhancing the experience of everyday by a lot. Sadam and Bo - Masai Mara and more !
We spent several days with Sadam visiting three different areas, including Masai Mara, and he was outstanding throughout the trip.
He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer just about every question we had about the animals, birds, landscapes, culture, and anything we threw at him! Thanks to his experience, amazing communication with other guides (we think he knew everyone in the parks!) creativity, and sharp eye, we saw an incredible amount of wildlife and had some amazing sightings and truly unforgettable pictures! We are framing so many! We would get so close that our iPhones were just enough!
Sadam is also an excellent driver. Safari days can be long and the roads can be challenging, but he handled everything smoothly and safely. We had very long days, and his positive attitude never changed and he was always going truly above and beyond for us…
The vehicle was clean and well-maintained throughout the trip, and he always made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. He is professional, reliable, patient, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does or just enjoys the nature as much as we do, which makes the experience even better.
A great guide makes all the difference on safari, and Sadam and his brother Bo absolutely did for us. We would happily recommend him specifically to anyone planning a trip.
Tip: You can do all the research you can online and social media, but at the end of the day, the guides know what they are doing. Just enjoy the ride and all that comes with it, and take in the scenery and all the fun facts. These trips are truly life changing!!!
