Exceeded Expectations
I cannot recommend jocky tours and specifically our tour guide James Gichina. From start to finish everything was organized for us and the value for the money was stupendous. Our accommodations were clean and functional and super kind staff. But our highlight was our tour guide James. He got us super close to every animal we saw knowing how to approach to make us feel comfortable and as if we were with them in the wild. We was knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly helped us see way more animals than I was expecting! Booking jocky tours was definitely a right move. And if you can, ask for James. You won’t regret it.

Excellent organisation of our tour including visits to community groups
Victoria was very good to deal with. Our tour was bespoke as we wanted to visit 3 ugandan women's groups I support. He communicated with the groups to enable us to visit them whilst also visiting the National.Parks and the treks.
We chose Budget accommodation and it was all nice with friendly staff and close to the Parks.
Our driver Hussein was great and a very good, safe driver who was also great for identifying animals.

From the very beginning, Jocky tours made the whole planning process incredibly easy. They helped us choose the perfect itinerary and was always available to assist us with everything we needed, from arranging our hotel pick up to assigning us an experienced English -speaking guide. His professionalism and kindness made us feel well taken care of even before our adventure began.
Our safari started in masai Mara National reserve , and right from the first day we were amazed. We saw so many animals, including a beautiful cheetah trying to hunt and with the sunset. It was an unforgettable sight!
On the second day we were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife, including the famous wildebeest migration and the crossing of the Mara river . It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The third and fourth day We were lucky enough to see countless lions, leopards, cheetahs, and many other incredible animals, including some very rare species. Every game drive was full of surprises and unforgettable moments.
The accommodations in all the parks were simple but very nice , in Masai Mara we stayed at Lenchada camp, the staffs were very friendly and accommodating , the food was also simple but delicious, in lake Nakuru we stayed at Buraha zenoni resort, it was sooo nice , good showers , clean beautiful rooms , very good variety of food and professional staffs, the last accommodation is Mountain View camp in Amboseli , very beautiful camp near mt Kilimanjaro with clean beautiful tents , tasty food and very good staffs.
A very special thank you goes to our amazing guide Francis , who made this journey the most incredible experience of our lives.
Francis ,thanks to his excellent English , explained so much about Kenya , its wildlife, and its fascinating culture. We learned about the traditions of the Maasai and other local tribes, making the safari not only exciting but also deeply enriching.
Francis was an outstanding driver with exceptional knowledge of the parks. Thanks to his experience, patience, and incredible tracking skills, we were able to find not only all of the Big Five but also many rare animals. He always knew exactly where to go, even in the most challenging situations.
Thank you once again to the entire Jocky tours team for giving us memories that will stay with us forever. This was, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives, and when we come back to kenya we will definitely choose Jocky tours and Francis again.

We had an absolutely incredible safari experience on our honeymoon! From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized and planned, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy every moment.
Our driver was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always made us feel safe and comfortable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best wildlife sightings and took the time to answer all of our questions with genuine enthusiasm.
The entire itinerary was seamless. The lodges were beautiful, comfortable, and well chosen, and every transfer and activity was coordinated flawlessly. The safari jeep was also extremely comfortable, making even the longer game drives enjoyable.
This was truly one of the highlights of our honeymoon, and we’re so grateful for such a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a first-class safari. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

Our 3-day safari to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, making the trip completely stress-free.
The Serengeti exceeded all our expectations. We saw an incredible variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and many more. Visiting the Ngorongoro Crater was also an unforgettable experience, with its breathtaking scenery, amazing concentration of animals, and the incredible opportunity to see rhinos in their natural habitat. In Tarangire National Park, we were lucky enough to spot a cheetah, which was a real highlight of the trip
Our guide Aslam was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always eager to make sure we had the best possible experience. He shared fascinating information about the animals, the parks, and Tanzanian culture.
The accommodations and meals were excellent, and the entire itinerary was well planned. We always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.
We highly recommend this safari to anyone visiting Tanzania. Thank you for an amazing adventure—we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Holiday @ Kenya Safari
We had an incredible Kenya safari holiday with Splendid Vacations, and it was absolutely perfect! From Amboseli’s elephants to the Mara River crossings, every moment was magical. The itinerary was brilliantly planned, with exciting game drives and beautiful scenery.
Our admin, James, made booking effortless—quick replies, clear information, and patient answers to all our questions. Our tour guides, Alex and William, were exceptional: knowledgeable, passionate, and always positioning us for the best wildlife sightings and photos.
Alex in particular made sure we saw everything we had hoped to see, as promised. We were thoroughly entertained throughout the journey.

A trip I will never forget with jocky and francis
We recently went on a safari and chose Jocky tours and travels after reading consistently excellent reviews across multiple platforms, including SafariBookings, Google, and TripAdvisor. With so many local operators available, the choice can feel overwhelming, but from our very first inquiry, jocky tours stood out. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and informative throughout the entire planning process. They helped us put together a fantastic itinerary, answered all of our questions promptly, and stayed in touch until the day we arrived. It was also a pleasure meeting them in the office . For our safari, we were paired with Francis as our guide, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Francis was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about wildlife and conservation. From the moment we started our journey, he made sure we were comfortable, informed, and enjoying every moment.
Francis had an incredible eye for spotting animals and seemed to find wildlife that many others would have easily missed. He took the time to explain animal behavior, ecosystems, and local culture, which added so much depth to the experience. His expertise, patience, and enthusiasm made every game drive exciting and educational.
One particularly memorable moment was when Francis imitated the calls of a baby wildebeest. A nearby family of spotted hyenas immediately heard the sounds, got up from where they were resting, and started walking toward us looking genuinely confused, as if they were trying to figure out where the lost wildebeest calf was. Watching them approach with that “wait… who called?” expression was both fascinating and hilarious, and a perfect example of how knowledgeable and entertaining francis was throughout the trip.
He also made sure we had plenty of opportunities for amazing photos and always positioned the vehicle thoughtfully so we could get the best possible views. He is a professional photographer and he knows how to position the jeep for perfect shots. Thanks to him, we saw everything we had hoped for and much more.
Beyond being an exceptional guide, Francis is a genuinely kind and warm person. By the end of the trip, we felt more like a friend than just a guide. We will always remember the wonderful experiences and memories he helped create.

Outstanding service from Off2Africa
I have just returned from what has to be 2 of the best weeks of my life!
Off2Africa surpassed our expectations; from initial planning, arrival greetings, choice of accommodation, quality of the food, but especially the friendliness and flexibility of staff they work with. Everyone worked with a smile, and every small detail was covered. The overall teamwork and communication ensured each day ran like clockwork.
We were especially impressed with the knowledge and commitment of our Machaba Safari guides (David and Nkotana). They went out of their way to share their vast knowledge and to ensure we experienced as much of Hwange and Mana Pools as each day would allow.
At Volcanoes National Park, Lucky was over every detail of our itinerary. We couldn’t have asked for more!
To witness the spectacular wildlife and the amazing conservation parks was truly humbling.
This was meant to be a “trip of a lifetime” but Africa has left an elephant sized footprint on my soul and I can’t wait to start planning our next adventure!
