Fantastic host
For our first visit to Madagascar, Harilala from Natural Tours couldn’t have been a better choice. His communication through WhatsApp was always timely and clear. Cost for our driver and guide was very reasonable. The guide’s English was excellent and he was informative as we drove out to Andasibe national park. Harilala’s service was above and beyond when my wife’s luggage didn’t make the transfer and he picked it up and delivered it without drama! Highly recommend.

Wonderful tour with friendly and professional guides
We really enjoyed the tour to Mikumi NP. Well, at first, we needed some courage to take the local train , but all the staffs from Kihindo Safaris helped us to get back and forth safely.
We saw lots of animals, and the tour guide Patrick asked us our favorite animal, which is elephant, and showed us many elephants in the park. Of course other animals too, but it was like I was dreaming :) He explained many things about animals, so we learned a lot of knowledge as well. Patrick knew many interesting things about each animal. We could feel his passion as a tour guide and could see his love to animals. We were happy all through the tour. The weather was also nice, so it was unforgettable moment.
The food in the safari was also great. We enjoyed the food and drink there. It was excellent experience to eat while watching elephants and giraffes.
We thank to Michael, Mesiah, and Patrick . They were so kind and friendly.

Excelent midlevel safari operator in Kenya
We are a 65+ year old couple from the USA visiting Kenya for the first time. We recently returned from a 7 day mid range safari in Kenya operated by Morning Star. This trip was well organized and ran like clockwork. We were picked up by our guide/drive, named John, at the Naminga border crossing from Tanzania, and subsequently visited Amboseli, Aberdare, Lake Nakuru National Parks and Masai Mara National Reserve, and returning to Nairobi. The accommodations and destinations were excellent. We achieved our main goals, to see cheetah, big tusker at Amboseli, and Rhino at Nakuru, but we saw so much more. I note we were out of season to see the Wildebeast migration at the Masai Mara but did see large herds of Buffalo there. The vehicle (big Toyota safari vehicle with popup roof) was very spacious for just the two of us, both for safari drives and transfer between the destinations. Guide was excellent: polite, helpful, with many interesting stories and information on our sightings, and worked well with us to meet our goals and expectations. Also, Dennis, our point of contact with the company with whom we planned the trip, was super efficient and responsive.

An exceptional trip
Simon and i had a wonderful honeymoon experience with Touch Africa Tours during our visit from Victoria Falls to Okavango Delta. Their team was organized, professional, and committed to making the trip enjoyable. The guides were informative and ensured that we saw and learned as much as possible about the park.

Good planning, smooth Safari
I was worried prior to the safari as the company didn’t have many reviews and not much online presence, however everything went smoothly. Communication from Natalia was really good throughout and they were very attentive. I always knew what was going to be happening, which made a big difference.
My plans were changed on arrival but it wasn’t a big deal. The waterfall wasn’t accessible due to rainy season weather, and the safari was done back to front, but it didn’t impact the overall experience.
The safari was shared and I was on the trip with others who had booked using different operators. It did highlight how well things were handled on my side, as others had issues with communication and some were even taken to the wrong accommodation.
My first guide, Rocky, was really good fun and very charismatic. I can’t say I believed all his facts but I had a great time. My second guide was a bit more serious but seemed very knowledgeable.
Tanzania safari is great, there’s a lot to see and the scenery is constantly changing so it never gets boring. The wildlife was incredible. Ngorongoro Crater was my favourite, it was beautiful.
I was also worried about the camping beforehand, but it actually ended up being one of the best parts. The workers at Simba campsite were excellent, really welcoming, and the meal there was the best I had during the trip. Tip - take a sleeping bag liner and something to use as a pillow!
The only downside, and it was perhaps my own fault for not researching, was one of my accommodations in Arusha felt unsuitable. As a lone female traveller I felt uneasy with a back street entrance to one hotel and I did get hassled just stood in the doorway. I ended up moving myself to another hotel. Had I not been alone it wouldn’t have been an issue, and if I had looked at the details beforehand I may have requested to change it.

Exceptional service
Traveling with Touch Africa Tours made our trip from Victoria Falls to Okavango Delta truly special. The team was attentive, organized, and passionate about delivering a genuine safari experience. Even during a slower game-viewing period, they managed to make the trip engaging and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore properly.
The tour operator was kind, and a good driver. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
The tour was breathtaking and nice, our tour operator told us many facts about the animals and my daughter was very intrigued by all this information! He wasn’t a terrible driver and went slow on the mountain when we were driving, would definitely recommend this!

Good charisma.
We drove from Sandton side to ukutula. 1hour 45 minutes. Driver Thomas was very good at making sure the ride was comfortable. Not a lot of drivers can do that. So hats off to him. And the general experience on that side of South Africa was very much enjoyable.. Highly recommended
