Great experience in Uganda
I had an excellent experience with Muzbag Safaris during my trip to Uganda. From the very beginning, the team was extremely attentive and responsive, making sure to understand all of my preferences and requests while planning the itinerary.
Everything was organized exactly as promised, and the trip ran smoothly from start to finish. The team went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure that every detail was taken care of, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

We paid £500 deposit in this country and the rest on arrival in Kilimanjaro. It was this that made us book with zanzi as the worst thing that could happen would be that we’d arrive and have to find our own tour. That didn’t happen . About a week before we set off, we were given a direct email to ‘Honest’ - a very good sign , and we communicated directly to him about pick up times, flight numbers etc, answering our queries within a very short timeframe and he was at Kilimanjaro on our arrival .
He took the rest of the payment upon arrival at our first hotel, met us the following morning and transported us to our Safari vehicle. We were then in the hands of Humphre who was just the nicest man and so kind.
We had the most amazing, informative and fun trip you could imagine with beautiful scenery and animals, visiting Ngorongoro and Serengeti. We returned after four days and after a night in Arusha, were transferred to the airport for the flight to Zanzibar where we relaxed for a couple of days before booking a boat trip to Mnemba island and swam with wild dolphins.
This trip has been one of the best experiences of our lives and we take with us so many happy memories.

Amazing 5☆ experience
We are a group of 7 friends and we booked a 2 day/1 night Chobe safari. We had a fantastic weekend at Chobe National Park! Everything was perfectly organized. The boat trip was amazing, and our campsite was fantastic. What a great team! We had wonderful meals, slept wonderfully. We were very well looked after!. We really had a wonderful weekend. One of the best safari experience ever
It was a fantastic experience to work with Vincent on an itinerary that was more complete than other operators.
Vincent was super responsive with all questions and is an amazing tour operator, caring for his clients.
The hotels were lovely, the driver Gerald was a superb guide, and we're lucky to have just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful country of Uganda.
Vincent even arranged the return of my Gorilla certificate after I forgot it in the vehicle.

Dream come true
It has been a dream of mine to visit Kenya and do a safari for as long as I could remember. I've always watched nature documentaries and have a huge love for animals. Being able to see all these amazing creatures (lions, zebras, giraffes, warthogs, forest hogs, mongoose, hyenas, hippos, rhinos, jackels, several kinds of antelope, water bucks, buffalo, wildebeasts, flamingos and no many different kinds of birds all within their natural habitats and not within a zoo or exotic ranch as been truely amazing. Mr, Steven, my guide for the trip, was veey knowledgeable and would give me all sorts of facts about the animals as well as the pointing out the way of life for Kenyans and the Masaai people. It was very humbling to be able to experience others live and work the fields and trade with their neighbors. The sense of community was strong in Kenya. All of the accommodations were very nice and comfortable and the food was delicious. As a somewhat picky eater (so I've been told) I typically struggle eating in other countries, and Kenya was a place that I had zero issues. The hospitality is unmatched as well by everyone I met. I'm glad I chose Morningstar for making me feel safe, welcome and for giving me a great adventure I will remember for a lifetime. The value for the tour was also very reasonable for everything that was included, just be sure to bring plenty of cash for tipping (for bell hops and waiters and don't forget the drivers), as well as extra space in your luggage for all the temptational shopping you might do (just about everywhere accepted cards as well). Hope to do another safari one day!

Amazing safari trip
Everything with Rafiki Tembo Tours was perfect. Manager Lowassa and his team are amazing people who took care of us and made our safari tour amazing in every aspect… accomodation, transport, driver, game driving away from crowds.
Also helped us a lot with domestic airline delays (stay away from Precision air!!)

Exceptional Service and a Successful Summit with Nafika Tours
We recently completed a Kilimanjaro climb and a 5-day safari with Nafika Tours, and the experience was flawless. As novice trekkers, we opted for a private trek with 2 guides, 1 chef, 7 porters, and a private toilet—a setup that felt incredibly premium compared to other groups we encountered.
The attention to detail was impressive: our porters set up daily snack stops with full tables and chairs, and the food (soup, mains, and fresh fruit) was consistently great. Our guides, Benson and Lordgard, were true professionals. They monitored our oxygen levels twice daily, provided clear briefings, and gave us the mental strength needed for the summit night. Having a dedicated porter join us for the summit with hot drinks and snacks made a massive difference.
Post-climb, we stayed at Tulivu Retreat in Moshi. The gardens and pools are beautiful, and the "After-Kili" spa treatment is a must-move for recovery! Our safari was equally well-managed in a private Land Cruiser stocked with cold drinks. Our guide was an expert tracker; we saw the Big Five and even a rare white giraffe. Highly recommend Nafika for a seamless Tanzania experience!
