I was fortunate to join my stepmother in fulfilling her lifelong dream of going on a Safari. Tapestry of Africa Tours and Safaris did not disappoint. The weather was perfect and no crowds. "OUR 13 DAYS WAS UNBELIEVABLE, AMAZING AND WILL BE A MEMORY THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME!" We had a wonderful small group of 7 (Me, Jill, Matt and Linda Jenson, Lisa, Terry and Henry) plus our Awesome guide, "Unique Gee aka George," who took over 1500 photos which I compiled down to 51 from our lodges and game drives starting in Nairobi to Nakuru, Ol Pejeta, Samburu, Masai Mara then back to Nairobi. We saw the Big Five, the Special Five, the Ugly Five and Much more. Best trip ever!!!

Fantastic Safari
Our family booked a two-day tour to Tarangire and Lake Manyara.
The day before the actual safari we had a short meeting with Apex Expeditions to go over any questions.
The safari was great and our guide Baraka was engaging and skilled and provided informative facts about all the animals encountered and was very knowledgeable and skilled.
We got to see elephants, giraffes, zebras up close which was an exceptionally fantastic experience. We also saw water buffalo, antelope, monkeys and a variety of birds.
The comfort was high and the driving was smooth, careful and professional.
We spent the night at Eileen's Trees In which we appreciated immensely. The staff was very accommodating and the service was top notch. We got to be part of a corner when a person in another group had a birthday.
After the actual safari we had another short meeting to give feedback from the safari.
We highly recommend booking a safari through Apex Expeditions. Communication was clear and fast, and everything was very well organized.

The tour was amazing! A great value for the cost. Only thing is the weather during the second half didn't work out. But our tour guide provided us with ponchos to protect us from the elements. Even with the rain that came it was woth it.

Paul is a very funny, intelligent, and professional boss. Born and raised in Tanzania, he is extremely familiar with the country and has experience living abroad, giving him unique and profound insights into the culture. His team did an excellent job. When we encountered floods during the rainy season in the grasslands, which blocked the road, they handled the emergency very well, quickly devising a backup plan. We returned safely to our previous camp, and they even started preparing dinner at 9 pm that evening. The guides knew everything about the Serengeti, and their driving skills were excellent.
