We booked a 12-day trip with Sunset Adventure Safari from June 20 to July 2nd, combining a 6-day safari through Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater with 6 relaxing days in Zanzibar. This was an incredible way to experience both sides of Tanzania — the wild bush and the stunning coast — and Sunset Adventure Safari made it seamless from start to finish.
From the very beginning, Emma, who owns the business, made this trip incredibly easy to plan. She took the time to curate the itinerary around exactly what we were looking for, and was consistently fast to respond to my messages, no matter the time of day. That level of attentiveness and care gave us confidence in the company from day one, and it carried through the entire trip.
The safari portion of the trip exceeded all our expectations. Our guide, Abraham, was outstanding — genuinely one of the best parts of the entire trip. He had an incredible depth of knowledge about every species we encountered, not just identifying animals but explaining their behaviors, social structures, and the small details that make a real difference to understanding what you're watching. Beyond his expertise, Abraham had a wonderful personality. We laughed constantly, felt completely at ease with him, and never once felt unsafe, even in more remote areas. He struck that perfect balance of being professional and safety-conscious while also being genuinely fun to be around. I cannot recommend him highly enough — if you book with Sunset Adventure Safari, ask for Abraham.
Across the four parks, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five — lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant — including some truly remarkable behavioral moments that we'll never forget. We also spotted hyenas, zebra, giraffe, several species of antelope and gazelle, baboons, and hippos. Each park had its own character: Tarangire's baobab-studded landscapes, Lake Manyara's lush greenery, the vast open plains of the Serengeti, and the otherworldly setting of Ngorongoro Crater. Six days was the perfect amount of time to experience the diversity of these ecosystems without feeling rushed.
After the excitement of the safari, we spent six days unwinding at the Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort, and it was the perfect contrast. The resort was beautiful, with large, spacious rooms that gave us plenty of room to relax. The beach itself was stunning — turquoise blue water that looked almost unreal, perfect for swimming and simply soaking in the scenery. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay, always helpful, warm, and attentive. It was an ideal way to decompress after the early mornings and long game drives of the safari.
Overall ,this trip offered the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Emma's attentive planning, Abraham's expertise and warmth on safari, and the beautiful stay at the Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort all came together to make this an exceptional trip from start to finish. trustworthy, calming, informative and gentle
If you are adventurous but scared about what you will face, relax. I were having tons of questions in my mind even I booked to Moria Safaris for a 3 night 4 day tour. They all replied my questions in a patient mode, starting months before the trip and also the last day before the tour. All answers I had was true and no bad suprises or no additional charges happened during the safari. The guys took us to safari ( Anwar as driver/guide and the cook Freddy) was excellent. No security problem, no dangerous positions, also very friendly 4 full days. Meals prepared by our cook Freddy were so delicious and clean. Anwar, very carefull driver, deeply informative guide and also an experienced tracker made our safari tour unforgettable. Thanks to all Morina Safaris people for making greate Tanzania memories.

Awesome professional with deep Africa knowledge and wonderful kind consideration!
What an adventure! We picked Lion King Adventures for their reasonable price, but we got TOP TIER SERVICE anyway! The lodgings were awesome! Our driver and guide Maji became our dear friend and he was the main reason that we loved this safari adventure sooo much! His thorough knowledge of Africa’n culture and its natural environment were amazing. The vehicle was comfortable and new and safe. Maji found all the big 5 for us and a whole lot more. I got a whole lot of great photos and we are so sad to leave Africa!

An unforgettable safari experience with Jeremy and Suricata Safaris
We had an amazing 4-day camping safari with Suricata Safaris. Everything was well organized from the beginning, and the communication before the trip was always quick and helpful.
A special thanks goes to our guide, Jeremy. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. He regularly checked if everything was okay, if we needed a break, or if there was anything he could do to make our experience even better.
Thanks to his experience, excellent spotting skills, and communication with other guides, we were able to see an incredible number of animals and enjoy many unforgettable wildlife encounters. He was always happy to stop for photos and gave us plenty of time to enjoy every sighting.
What we appreciated most was how passionate he was about his job. He continuously shared interesting information about the animals, nature, local culture, and the parks, often answering questions before we even had to ask them.
He also explained the daily schedule, meal breaks, and all practical aspects of the safari very clearly, making the whole trip smooth and stress-free.
Jeremy's kindness, sense of humor, and positive attitude made these four days even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Suricata Safaris and especially Jeremy to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.

We saw the Big Five! and had a blast!
How can I describe this trip of a lifetime! We saw the animals in their natural wild habitat, roaming freely, and a smile on our tour guide, Ali's face. His patience with all our photo taking and our pure joy and excitement. Ali really made our trip special with all his insights and finding animals around every bend! The food at the lodges was surprisingly yummy, too. The dazzle of Zebras running through our lodge in The Crater, up close and personal, was like a dream. How about the Serengeti view from our bathtub? I need to do it all again!
Do not miss the balloon ride over the Serengeti, worth every penny, even getting up at 4AM. From pickup at Arusha Airport to our drop-off at Kilimanjaro Airport, our needs were more than met, all with big smiles and a hakuna matata answer! Jambo and thank you to all of you!

A choice you won't regret, a company I would recommend when traveling in Africa!
While preparing for my first trip to Africa, I chose a company with good reviews at a reasonable price, which led me to use that company.
Our guide, Francis, is a good driver and explains things very well. Above all, safari tours are often divided into the guide's ability to recognize animals, and Francis was exceptional. The ability of an expert to answer all questions people ask during the trip is also sufficient.
Thanks to you, I had a very peaceful and enjoyable safari tour that I will never forget in my life for two nights and three days!

Reliable people who know how to get big five
We booked 4 days long safari. Our guide was Felix - good guy, with knowledge and attitude! We learned a lot of interesting facts about wildlife from him. Because of Felix we managed to see so many animals, and most of them up really close! Giraffes, elephants, lions, cheetahs, leopard, hyenas, hippos, zevras, crocodiles, buffallos, many subspecies of antilopes! It was really a cool adventure. Thank you again, Felix!

A professional, worry-free experience from start to finish!
While there were plenty of tour operators for our 7-day safari in Tanzania, I am so very happy we went with Meru Slopes! I know it takes a lot of trust to choose one of these companies and invest trust (and money!) in them upfront, but you truly cannot do better than Meru Slopes. Shadrack was our organizer, and he provided excellent early support in putting together the perfect package and itinerary for us. His communication was prompt and helpful, and was ultimately the reason we went with Meru Slopes initially. What we found out later was that they are one of the few tour companies that are locally owned in Tanzania, rather than by companies that exist out of the local economy, which made us feel better about having invested in them.
Our tour guide Andrew was, in a word, outstanding. He answered every one of our (very many) questions along the routes, was warm and friendly throughout, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the terrain, ecosystems and wildlife that we experienced. Possibly the best part was his pacing. He didn't rush us along from one sighting to the next, but allowed us to hold at a location when we wanted to, or move on when we were ready. This allowed us to truly have the safari experience we were hoping for, without feeling like we were being pushed along.
The accommodations were better than expected, and very smooth checking in and out, which was helpful given we were in a different location every night. Everything truly felt so well-coordinated and planned, and came off without a hitch. We could not be more happy with our safari experience, and we know it will be a memory that will last the rest of our lives.
