We just took a tour with Francis and his company. He was in contact with us way before our Safari. He had everything arranged with great hotels, food for Uganda that were very nice and at a reasonable price.His knowledge about the area and all the animals that we saw made our trip amazing. He has a great net work of associates that helped us all along the way.
I can’t recommend Francis enough if you are looking for a safari, Gorillas and Chimpanzees in Uganda. Thank you Francis.

Unforgettable safari Experience
From the onset of our trip,me and my family was treated with so much hospitality,I felt valued as a customers oasis one can put it"it was value for money!!Nasif who was our assigned guide was very knowledgeable and bubbly but yet respectful and he made sure,he put our fears and consideration at the forefront,he went through the programme with us..briefed us about the entire trip and we were very excited to explore Uganda!!!!we spent 8 days and every single day was jam packed with activity,what stood out the most was his passion for tourism and he made sure we tasted all the fresh ugandan cuisines and extended our trip with fun outside our initial bookings like coffee shops,cultural sites,markets,Landing sites to eat some fresh fish....I loved every bit of our trip...we were a family of 6 and each of us with varying age groups got to experience an awesome trip

What I got organized: 3 days safari in 3 national parks, hot air safari ballon in Serengeti, airport transfer, short local city tour, amazing driver with great vibe, unforgettable experience in Tanzania, private tour in Zanzibar.
I was a solo female traveler. I had my worries about security in the country and etc.
But the team made my trip amazing. Every step of it was well prepared and organized. Safaris were safe. The guides were well-knowledge and provided a lol of info about wildlife.
Also I want to give big thanks to safari drivers. Although it was a rain seasons a little bit flooded, the drives knew well where to go or not to go. So we didn’t get stuck like other cars.
Another unexpected plus: although I took camping with lack of commodities, we had a team of great chefs who cooked and provided amazing local food during the whole trip. It was delicious
The only upside down was the hiking to Kilimanjaro mountain. I had not the best local guide. He had not the nice attitude. But next time ask for John, the head of the team. He will make it the best
After Safari I went to Zanzibar. It wasn’t an original plan. And the team provided me with a great guide there who listened to my needs. Swimming with dolphins was amazing
My overall opinion: I will ask for their serviced again as soon as go to Tanzania/ and will go for sure. I also recommend this team for solo female travelers. They will provide safe trip to you my ladies

Best trip experience of my life!

One lifetime experience
We had a wonderful experience with this agency from the start of planning this trip till the end, and I’m sure other travelers will appreciate the level of service they provide. From start to finish, the communication was smooth, professional, and reliable, which made planning the trip stress-free.
The overall value for money was excellent. The food was good, the lodges were comfortable, and everything was well-organized throughout the journey.
A special mention to our guide, Ludovick, who was truly exceptional. He is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at navigating the Serengeti roads. His professionalism and ability to anticipate our needs made the trip even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had the best possible experience.
What made it even more special was that my son felt like he was living a real-life documentary almost like a 'National Geographic' experience. It was truly unforgettable for him.
