Unprofessional Guide with a Bad Temper - Good Luck
One incident happened on the third-to-last day of our safari. We noticed there were only 10 bottles of water left for the remaining two days, so I politely asked him if he could buy more. He immediately turned around and asked in a harsh tone, “How many bottles are left?” After I counted and told him there were 10, he simply replied, “I think it is enough.” We then had to explain why we needed more water before he reluctantly agreed to buy more the next day.
Another incident happened while we were waiting for the wildebeest crossing. We waited at one location for about an hour and then left for a restroom break. About an hour later, we heard over the radio that the crossing had started at the previous location. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, Good Luck became visibly upset and started blaming us. He repeatedly said, “I told you to be patient,” “I’m a professional,” and “You need to listen to me.” We were very uncomfortable being spoken to this way. Even though we later saw another crossing, the experience had already ruined our mood.
I would only recommend Good Luck to travelers with "good patience" who don’t expect their reasonable requests to be welcomed.

Amazing safari experience in Kenya!
We had an amazing safari experience with Escapeds Duma Tours and Travels. From the beginning, communication with the tour company was excellent. They always responded very quickly to our questions, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of before and during the trip.
Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly good at spotting animals. He not only helped us find many different animals but also explained a lot about them using a wildlife book, which made every game drive even more interesting. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five, which was one of the most exciting and unforgettable parts of our trip!
We visited the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli, and each place had its own beautiful scenery and wildlife. We were able to see so many animals up close and enjoy the amazing landscapes of Kenya.
We also had a great experience at the accommodations. The hotel staff were all very kind and welcoming, and the food was delicious. We felt comfortable throughout the entire tour.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and made so many unforgettable memories in Kenya. We are very happy that we chose this tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing safari experience!

Folks, Boss Wang is incredibly reliable and capable of handling tough situations. One of our travel companions had their bag stolen while entering Kenya from Tanzania, and Boss Wang tracked down the thief even before the police did. If you want a stress‑free trip, you can book with him without hesitation.
For our honeymoon, he generously surprised us with a cake — and this review isn’t just because of the cake! There were little pleasant surprises every single day, making our journey absolutely wonderful.
Also, I highly recommend our guide George. He has amazing people skills and helped us spot the Big Five effortlessly. Five‑star recommendation!

Awesome service
I am so glad I came across Tilman on this website. They were AMAZING! We aimed to spend four nights to climb Mt Kenya. In the end my youngest daughter couldn’t acclimatise and I felt super safe with their care and oxygen testing. It meant that two of us had the opportunity to summit, if we did the climb in one day. Our guide Anthony and Tilman lead Leonard made it possible and we are super grateful to them.
The Camp team were awesome, food fabulous (three courses each evening) and when we got wet, they dried all our kit around a camp fire.
We climbed from Lake Ellis and it is so beautiful.

Amazing knowledgeable and tailed to what I wanted
Our Kenyan safari over the past eight days has been incredible. Our driver and guide, Sebastian, was extremely knowledgeable and always knew exactly where to go to give us the best wildlife viewing opportunities.
What really stood out was how he tailored the safari to exactly what my husband and I were hoping to experience. We spotted the Big Five, witnessed the great wildebeest river crossing in Serengeti, and saw many amazing wild‑animal moments. Pure Magic!
Our safari with Taswira Africa Safaris was truly unforgettable from start to finish. Every detail felt thoughtful, personal, and beautifully organized, allowing us to relax fully and take in the wonder of Tanzania. George and Rajabo were exceptional guides—knowledgeable, patient, kind, and deeply committed to helping us experience each park in a meaningful way. Their ability to spot wildlife, explain animal behavior, and share the culture and landscape around us turned every drive into something special.
The four parks we visited each had their own magic. Arusha offered a gentle and beautiful introduction to Tanzania’s landscapes, Tarangire amazed us with its elephants, baobab trees, and wide-open beauty, the Serengeti felt endless and cinematic in the best possible way, and Ngorongoro was simply breathtaking—a place that feels almost impossible to describe until you are standing there yourself.
Our visit to the Umoja Centre added another meaningful layer to the trip. It was inspiring to learn about the work being done to support young people in Arusha through education, life skills, well-being, and opportunity. Meeting the team and seeing the spirit of the center reminded us that this journey was not only about incredible wildlife and landscapes, but also about connection, community, and the positive impact travel can have.
We also loved the accommodations throughout the journey. The Maasai lodge was a memorable cultural experience and a beautiful way to begin connecting with the people and traditions of the region. Each camp had its own charm, and the food everywhere was excellent—fresh, generous, and far beyond what we expected on safari. Ngorongoro Farm House was another highlight, with its peaceful setting, welcoming atmosphere, and wonderful meals that made it feel like a true retreat.
What made the trip stand out most was the feeling that we were in caring, capable hands every step of the way. George and Rajabo brought warmth, professionalism, humor, and heart to the experience, and Taswira Africa Safaris delivered a safari we will never forget.
