We went on an 8-day safari with Journeymark. Our experience was amazing. The quality of service throughout the trip was impressive. Especially our guide David, who made the trip so memorable. He was professional, knowledgeable, skilled, enthusiastic, and funny, which made the whole journey really enjoyable. His in-depth knowledge of wildlife and the local environment greatly enriched our experience, and his excellent driving skills and sharp eyes ensured we didn’t miss any special moments. Amazing wildlife, welcoming people, safe country
Tanzania is an amazing country with abundant wildlife. Nature and scenic beauty is unparalleled. Food was very good and easy to find vegetarian food there. People of the country were so kind and honest and hardworking. We never worried about petty theft or crime. I, as a female, felt totally safe the whole time. The safari guide was so knowledgeable and kind. I loved the trip. I would definitely go back again.

Exceptional experience
Throughout the 2 days of safari, Ahmed ensured he personally took care of all the arrangements, right from providing all 3 meals, the hotel accommodation was top notch, the food served at the hotel had live hot food counter, the safari experience and the drivers were knowledgeable. If you are booking a safari with Axis Africa Safaris, you absolutely have to request Charles Pilipili as your guide and driver! From start to finish, Mr. Pilipili was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly fun to be around. He taught us so much throughout the entire trip, from the animals we encountered and their behaviors to the land, wildlife, and rich Maasai culture and traditions. His incredible knowledge of the area and wildlife gave us the opportunity to see so many amazing animals and understand not just what we were seeing, but why they behaved the way they did. Mr. Pilipili went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience, always making sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and safe throughout the entire trip. His attentiveness and responsibility gave us complete peace of mind, while his adventurous personality and Maasai pride made every day even more memorable. We truly felt that we were learning something new every day and gained a much deeper appreciation for Kenya, its wildlife, and its people. We left with incredible memories that will last a lifetime. Knowledgeable and professional
We had an amazing 5-day safari in Tanzania. Our guide, Mkwanda, made us feel safe throughout the entire trip while still getting us incredibly close to the wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hippos. He is an outstanding guide who knows every corner of the parks and always seemed to know exactly where to find even the most elusive animals.
We also really enjoyed our stays at Olea Farm Lodge and Land of Nature. I highly recommend finishing the trip with a stay at Aya Sophia Wildlife Villas—it was a wonderful way to end an unforgettable family adventure.

As we come to the end of an unforgettable journey through Kilimanjaro, the safari, and the beautiful island of Zanzibar, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this experience so special.
A huge thank you to Ahmed, HTS adventures whose meticulous planning, constant troubleshooting, and unwavering support throughout the trip ensured everything ran smoothly. Having you accompany us during the safari and Zanzibar, especially with such a large group, gave us all tremendous confidence and peace of mind.
Our deepest appreciation also goes to our wonderful mountain guides, Casper and Prosper, together with their incredible team of 99 angels—the porters, cooks, and support staff—whose dedication, encouragement, smiles, and tireless efforts helped us conquer Mount Kilimanjaro. Every step of our journey was made possible because of your hard work and care.

This African safari trip has been an absolutely incredible experience. Witnessing magnificent wildlife roaming freely on the savanna felt magical and deeply touching.
