He was very kind and informative

I had a great experience. My guide and boatmen went out of their way to get me a good view of the allusive Shoebill. I felt safe and comfortable.

Perfect trip - excellent service
5/5

Our safari holiday was outstanding. Edina took care of every detail with real professionalism, making the whole trip seamless and stress‑free. Joshua was a superb tour guide — incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, great company, and always went the extra mile to make the experience special. We couldn’t be happier with the service.

Unforgettable experience
5/5

Our tour with Bushcraft Safaris was truly unforgettable. Everything was perfectly organized. Our guide, Alan, was the best guide we could have hoped for — always available, attentive, and courteous. The organizer fully understood our needs and accommodated every request. If we return, we will definitely choose Bushcraft Safaris again.

Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho Route on the 7-day itinerary was an incredible and rewarding adventure. The trail offered breathtaking scenery — from lush rainforest and the wide-open Shira Plateau to the dramatic alpine desert landscapes higher up.
The 7-day route was challenging but well-paced, giving us enough time to acclimatize before summit night. The final push to Uhuru Peak was tough, especially in the freezing early morning hours, but watching the sunrise from the highest point in Africa made every step worth it.
Overall, the 7-day Lemosho route is a great option for climbers seeking stunning views, a solid acclimatization schedule, and a successful summit experience. Tough, inspiring, and absolutely unforgettable
Service provided wth Chuke adventure was awesome the crew member from the top Guide to the last porter they were cool food and everything was fantastic actually

Easy getting contact and correct answers. No problems

I really liked all of it, animals, stay and how they operated the tour. And especially our driver, David that drove and had much info about animals. Skilful driver and take you there you want and no provlems with anything.

Singe delivered outstanding support, great organization, and truly exceptional travel experiences.
5/5

We felt exceptionally well supported by Singe from the very beginning. It was clear they aimed to get the best out of our trip, and the result exceeded our expectations. Agnes was always reachable via WhatsApp, especially helpful when we had a few visa issues at the border — we never felt left alone. Everything was well organized, and our drivers were experienced, reliable, and had the humor we value. The atmosphere was warm and informative throughout, and even a last‑minute itinerary change was handled smoothly. We can fully recommend Singe. The arrangements in Tanzania were perfectly coordinated from Kenya.

Everything was well coordinated and according to plan
5/5

We had the best guide, Sir Charles who was knowledgeable about all the animals, answered questions and was patient while we watched and took photos. The group was made up of all solo travellers and we got on really well.
We saw the big 5 and more. I only stayed 5 days😭, and spent the last day with Daniel who was also cool😊. Definitely go again and visit the parks and lakes I missed out on. Will definitely choose this tour company again👌

So kind, safe, & fun!
5/5

SO glad our group chose Kiliclimb. Moses was always available to chat on WhatsApp heading intro the trip. During the trek, all of our guides & porters went out of their way to make the experience special for us. They made sure we were fed, hydrated, in a good mindset, and safe. And the food... Oh my gosh! Couldn't believe how good it was. We were so "happy happy" on the mountain! Thank you Moses and team

Excellent
5/5

From requesting information and tailoring the trip to our wishes to its execution, the trip was perfectly organized and meticulously taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed every day. During the trip, we received a wealth of interesting information about the country and its culture, which made the experience even richer and more valuable.

It was a fantastic and unforgettable trip. Once again, a sincere thank you to Mokimoh himself and to everyone who helped make this trip so special for us.

Good experience, but expected better organization for $6,000+
3/5

We did a 9-day trip with Safari Soles. Overall, we enjoyed the trip because Tanzania’s wildlife never disappoints—we saw everything, the Big 5 and the Ugly 5. But honestly, if we had gone with any other company, the wildlife part would have been the same. The difference is the service, and for the money we spent (over $6,000), there were too many "hiccups" that really bothered us.

Guide : First, the guide situation felt like a total last-minute decision. We saw reviews mentioning specific guides, but we were assigned a freelancer with no info given to us beforehand. When we met him, he was very quiet. For the first 2 days, we had to ask him for info instead of him telling us. By the end of the trip, we actually became very good friends and he was a great driver/knowledgeable, but when you pay this much, you expect more from day one, not someone you have to warm up for days.
We talked about it to Safari Soles on very first day, they said they'd talk to management. But we're already deep in the parks for 3 days, so there's nothing they can actually do at that point. We just had to accept it and make the best of it which we did eventually.

Food: We told them multiple times "no beef, no pork," but we were still served beef. The guide/lodges clearly weren't informed properly.

Hotel : During the initial discussion we were proposed a booking for Serengeti Safari Haven, but then the company told us there was some "confusion" about availability and moved us to Tukaone Camps instead.

Accommodation Quality: One of our stays (supposed to be mid-range) was the worst night ever. No AC, no fan, and full of mosquitoes. We couldn't sleep at all. At another hotel, they didn't even have our booking on file when we arrived. They don't actually check these places out, or they know they're bad and book them anyway because they're cheap.

Transport: On our day trip to Kilimanjaro, they sent a car with AC not working. We were driving on broken, dusty roads with windows open in the heat.

Overall, the management is nice and very reactive when things go wrong, but these small things add up. When you spend this kind of money, you don't expect to deal with basic issues like booking errors or hot cars. We left wondering if we should have booked with a different operator.
