We had an amazing experience on our safari through the Masai Mara and Serengeti. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, which allowed us to fully enjoy the trip without having to worry about any of the logistics.
The accommodations were outstanding throughout the entire trip. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always happy to share interesting information about the wildlife, the parks, and the local area.
Visiting both the Masai Mara and Serengeti was truly unforgettable, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Amazing experience with The Shuttle Hospitality
We had an amazing experience with The Shuttle Hospitality. Everything was extremely well organized from start to finish, and the whole trip was smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable.
A special mention goes to our driver, Francis, who was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, friendly, reliable, and always attentive to our needs. His knowledge of the country, wildlife, and the best places to visit made a huge difference to our experience.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend The Shuttle Hospitality to anyone planning a trip to Uganda and Rwanda. If you are lucky enough to have Francis as your driver, you’re in excellent hands!

Papa Johns - fun tour guide

We had a really great experience with Papa Johns. He was kind, funny, knowledgeable, and made the game drives genuinely enjoyable. He shared lots of interesting facts along the way and was always attentive to what the group needed, whether that meant stopping for a washroom break, slowing down for photos, or spending more time looking for a particular animal.
What I appreciated most was how much effort he put into helping us see the animals we were hoping for. He really takes his job seriously and you can tell he wants his guests to have a good experience. We weren’t able to spot a leopard on our first day, and he seemed genuinely sad for us, but the next day we finally found one and he did his best to position the vehicle so everyone could get a good view.
Overall, he was very friendly, patient, hardworking, and fun to be around. I had a great time and would definitely recommend him!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Unforgettable Experience – Serengeti Safari with Sunny Safaris
My wife and I went on a three-day safari in the Serengeti in July 2026 with Sunny Safaris, and honestly, it was one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had.
Before going, I was quite nervous because I had never been on safari before in my life. I had so many questions and concerns about how everything would work, especially with the flights, transfers, timings and everything that comes with travelling to the Serengeti.
This is where Safaa was absolutely incredible. I communicated with her through both email and WhatsApp, and from the very beginning she was amazing. She was so patient and helpful and took care of every single detail for us. She organised the dates we would fly, the timings for our hotel pick-up, transfers and all the logistics of the trip. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her.
The way Safaa explained everything to us completely removed all of our worries. By the time we travelled, I felt reassured that everything had been organised and that we were in safe hands. That meant a lot to us, especially because this was our first safari.
Then came the actual safari — and WOW!
The Serengeti was absolutely breathtaking. The scenery was something you simply cannot put into words. Being surrounded by such incredible landscapes and seeing wild animals in their natural environment was genuinely surreal.
Over our three days, we saw so many animals, and the number of lions we saw was unbelievable. We must have seen around 30–35 lions during our safari! Seeing them up close in their natural habitat was something I will never forget. There were so many moments where we just sat there taking it all in, thinking how lucky we were to be experiencing it.
Our lodge was fantastic too. The staff were absolutely brilliant — so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Their hospitality really added to the whole experience and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
I also have to give a very special shout-out to our safari driver, Saidi.
Saidi was fantastic from the moment we met him. He was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knew the Serengeti extremely well. He was constantly looking for opportunities for us to see more animals and experience different parts of the park. What really stood out to me was that he didn't give up. If we hadn't seen something we were hoping to see, he would try different areas and keep looking.
His knowledge, patience, dedication and hospitality were exceptional. You could tell that he genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience, rather than simply taking us around and going through the motions.
Looking back, I honestly don't think we could have asked for a better first safari experience.
A massive thank you to Safaa, Saidi and everyone at Sunny Safaris. Safaa made the whole process before the trip so easy and stress-free, and Saidi made the actual safari an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives.
For anyone who has never been on safari before and might be feeling nervous or unsure, I would highly recommend Sunny Safaris. They looked after us from beginning to end, and we felt completely supported throughout.
The Serengeti, the wildlife, the lodge, the incredible scenery and, most importantly, the people who looked after us made this a truly unforgettable trip.

Fabulous Family Safari with Woodbridge
We are a family of six, with four teenagers/young adults, and when researching our holiday I contacted a number of safari operators through SafariBookings. Robert at Woodbridge Safaris immediately stood out as the most committed, considerate and hardworking operator, so we decided to book with him.
Robert was absolutely superb from start to finish. He delivered on everything he promised and was a really positive presence throughout our trip. He genuinely cared about us enjoying every aspect of the experience and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible safari.
He was determined that we would see the Big Five and was willing to put in some very long drives to give us the best opportunities. When he explained that seeing rhinos in the Masai Mara was unlikely, he arranged for us to visit Nairobi National Park on our first day, where we were guaranteed a much better chance of seeing them … and we did!
Robert is thoughtful, sensible, an excellent driver and completely reliable. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our holiday and helped us plan and tailor the itinerary to our family’s specifications.
We had the most wonderful trip and credit Robert with helping to make it such a special and memorable experience. We would highly recommend Woodbridge Safaris to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

When our trip started out with canceled flights Safari365 went above and beyond to help keep our itinerary on schedule. We forgot all about the airline once we were there.
The friendliness and concern for our safety from the staff was top notch.
At 2 separate lodges they went out of their way to help us celebrate our 35 year anniversary.

You can tell he really cares about sharing his passion for the animals there and ensuring each and every passenger was having a great time.

A responsive, knowledgeable, solid company.
Out of the gate Joseph was extremely responsive. Even with the time difference between the US and Kenya he was always quick to get back to me. He eased any concerns my wife and I had as well.
Our guide Nickson was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about each of the animals and areas of all the parks we went to. He was impressively quick to spot and name the animals from a distance. We saw the big 5, as well as the ugly 5 which we learned about on the drive. He efficiently got us to and from the parks. Would recommend to anyone looking to properly see the parks and drives to and from.

Apex Felidae Expeditions was great for our first African safari! Our guide, Nickson, was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, ecosystem, and history of Kenya and the Masai Mara. He was excellent in helping guide us to the big five and navigate our time on safari. We can’t wait to come back!
