Seamless and as requested
I tasked African Safari Guru to sort me accommodation in stellenbosch and Camps Bay Cape Town with a specific budget and experience required and both were met. I was not left waiting a response and was assisted timeously. I was satisfied with the service I received.

Great time in Kenya!
I have to say that I had really really great time at the tour. First I would like to huge thank to driver guide Stanlly! (sorry If I misspell it) He has great knowledge about Animals also great eyesight! With his eyesight I could see many rare animals include all BIG FIVE!
Accommodations through the tour were ok. Cozy, clean, hot shower. This was my first time to see mosquito nets in my life and it was fun. Also they served delicious foods include many vegetables everyday.
Kennedy was my contact person and he respond me all the time really quick. That's why I choose this tour and it was right decision.
Just one thing I would like to request this tour is, maybe nice to inform us in advance what kind of optional tour you are planing during the tour and how much it will be. Then much more easy to plan how much money I will carry for this tour! I did know about masai village visiting but didn't know about boat tour. And the price was double price as I have told.
Anyway, thank you again for your great tour and I wish I could come back one day with my child!
Review about Namibia by Ian Robertson
Namibia is a very beautiful destination and has some of the greatest wildlife parks in Africa. It is also a very clean, orderly and safe destination. Highly recommended.
The breathtaking beauty of the desert left me speechless.
I had high hopes of the park as a I like deserts. But the colours and shapes of the landscape far exceeded my expectations. I loved the Namib desert. It is surprising how animals can survive in such a harsh environment but they do. The sight of Oryx (in my view the most beautiful of the antelopes) set against the massive, golden dunes will stay with me forever. The lodge we stayed in was the friendliest and prettiest in our whole trip.

Exhilarating
The tour was very nice, it provided an in depth insight into the sights and sounds of Kenya which I probably
would not have experienced if I travelled by air. The tour guide was absolutely amazing ,he was constantly
assisting to capture some breathtaking pictures
of the scenery. He deserves a 5 star applause. He was also very knowledgeable about where to find the animals
because I managed to see lions, elephants, giraffes and hyenas on the first day of my tour.
The hotel accommodation was simple and adequate with the lovely sights of the hippos and crocodiles.
It was a wonderful experience and I hope to do it again soon.

Great experience of Nairobi national park
I visited the Nairobi national park, and the visit was great, I got to see plenty of giraffes, zebras, antelopes, a rhino and a hippo. Unfortunately, no lions, but according to the guides I was lucky to see all the other animals anyway. I was travelling as a woman on my own and had some worries about travelling only with a male driver, so the company offered a female guide for a very reasonable price. The driver was a very nice guy and after all there was no need to be worried. Both the driver and the guide were very nice, on my way back they took me to a souvenir shop in a parking lot somewhere in the city, which I would have no chance to visit on my own.
The only thing that I really did not like was the fact that the car came to pick me up 2 hours later than agreed. They texted me the driver did not wake up and so had to find another one. Generally, early morning is the best time to see animals in these parks and I missed this opportunity. Still a good experience, though!

Well organised, friendly staff
Overall a very good experience and would recommend the company.
Took a 5 day Tanzania private tour during start of June 2016
Maturaf got in touch with us 1 week prior to the trip to confirm our flight timings etc (booking was done in April). Staff was present at the airport to help with the immigration, followed by pickup from Alex who outlined the tour while driving us to Arusha. He was very friendly and explained all the key points quiet well.
Our guide (Didas) was quiet experienced (more than 15 years in the job) and was honest about the possibility of seeing animals (he told us on day one that all the big herds have moved on and hence its all down to luck to see the main wildlife). While we were initially disappointed, we appreciated his honesty and were lucky enough to see substantial wildlife.
The accommodation provided was as stated in the itinerary and of excellent quality (in particular the tent inside Serengeti). The itinerary was very well structured and covered the major parks in a reasonable time frame.

4 day Safari n 4 day Mt Kenya trek
We communicated regularly and easily with Edward who always gave us prompt advice and information.
When we arrived everything was in place from taxi to the tours . The safari was brilliant and the driver/guide was experienced and clearly a professional. We had an amazing time. The trek to Mt Kenya , was superb . The whole team from leaders David n Ibrihim were fantastic. They kept everyone positive n calm , but were discreetly assessing everyone's physical condition as we ascended. True pros. The porters n cook were a credit , and to this day still in their awe. Don't know how they do it , All with a smile on their faces. Would recommend .

safe and leisurely tour
we felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip. be ready for accommodations that do not necessarily have all the comforts of city hotels, but meet the basic needs of a traveller (clean tents/rooms, adequate water, limited or 24-hour electricity). despite some very minor inconveniences, Kennedy and Maxwell made sure we are well taken care of and safe. we enjoyed the trip. Kenya is beautiful!
