Great experience
We had a great time on our safari. The employees were very welcoming and accommodating. We were really disappointed that the trip to the Serengeti was removed from the trip at the last minute, but the parks we visited were hard to beat. The day at the crater was especially enjoyable because of the variety of wildlife we saw. Our driver, Wilbert, was very good about trying to get us to every animal he could, he provided interesting information about the local area on the way, and he took excellent pictures and videos for me when the best views were on his side. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent from start to finish.
From my very first contact through the end of our safari, Benjamin, our coordinator, our guide Kassey, and our photographer Joe were absolutely amazing. From the moment they picked us up, any apprehension I had completely disappeared. They immediately made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited for the adventure ahead.
We were a fairly large group, and they handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. They were incredibly accommodating, offered thoughtful suggestions throughout the trip.
This safari is truly an experience I'll never forget. Benjamin strikes the perfect balance between being professional and personable. I loved every moment I spent on safari and getting to know this incredible crew. They helped create memories that I'll treasure for a lifetime.

Today was an excellent experience! Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and so fun! We saw so many animals and learned so much! If you can, make sure you get Martin as your guide - he is a legend!

No complains, Martin was a perfect guide, explained us everything. The lunch was delicious! And if you are coming in July, it's cold!!! Be prepared!! I wasn't!!

I genuinely loved this trip, it was my first safari and these guys made it very special. They were so helpful when it came to finding animals and answering my questions. The truck was very nice and always stocked with cold drinks. We also had older passengers and the drivers were very accommodating. They were so enthusiastic and excited to do their job and make the experience special for me. When I come on another safari, I will definitely be choosing them. I would say this safari is better for adults and older people. I think it is better to do as a group and not by yourself.

Everything was perfect! Wouldn’t change a thing
This was our first time traveling to Africa, and we did not really know what we were doing or what to expect. We found Kojuu Safaris through safaribookings.com, and we could not be happier! From the first contact to the very end of our trip, our safari consultant, Edson, was truly amazing. Prior to even booking the trip, he worked with us on multiple itinerary options to find the best fit for what we wanted to see and our budget. He was incredibly quick at responding, and he answered all our questions as they arose. We arrived a little late to Arusha, but Edson was still at the hotel to meet us in person. He checked in with us all throughout the trip and made sure everything was going as planned. The accommodations he booked for us were better than we could’ve imagined. When we had an issue at a hotel in Zanzibar after the safari part of our trip concluded, Edson was quick to call the hotel and sort out the issue with our meal plan. I would love to book another trip using Edson and Kojuu!
As for the actual safari, it was a dream. Emmanuel, our safari guide, was the perfect guide for us! He made sure we had the best experience possible, and we saw all of the “Big Five,” even though we didn’t go with the expectation that we’d see everything. We loved spending the week with Emmanuel and getting to know him and a little about his life. Any question we had, whether it was safari related or otherwise, he was happy to discuss.
This is not something that we learned until we had already booked with Kojuu, but it is owned by a Tanzanian woman. We learned that there are a lot of international safari providers and lodge owners while we were in Tanzania, so we were thrilled to learn Kojuu is owned by a Tanzanian.
I would recommend Kojuu to anyone wanting to plan a safari in Tanzania!

An unforgettable safari with an amazing guide and a wonderful travel agency!
Everything was well organized from the very beginning. Xavier was always quick to respond and patiently answered all my questions before the trip. Our guide, James, was fantastic—he had incredible eagle eyes and always got us to the best spots for wildlife viewing. He shared so much about the animals and gave us a deeper appreciation of Kenya. Highly recommend!
