The Planning:
From the initial inquiry, the office staff was incredibly responsive. They helped customize our itinerary to include a stop at Lake Nakuru, and the pricing was transparent with no hidden fees.
The Guide:
Our guide was the highlight of the trip. His knowledge of wildlife behavior was impressive—he managed to find a leopard sighting within our first two hours in the Masai Mara! He was also a very safe driver on the bumpy roads.
Logistics:
The 4x4 Land Cruiser was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with plenty of water. Pickup from our hotel in Nairobi was prompt at 7:00 AM.
Accommodations:
The lodges they recommended were stunning and offered great service.
I will hightly recommend Joymark Tours & Safaris!

At no time during my tour in Ethiopia did I feel unsafe and although it was my first time there never did I feel isolated or lost with my new environment as a visitor. Everything was prepared in advance for my group with the guide and company . The locations, meals, hotels, shopping areas were nicely planned and I was extremely impressed with how well it worked out. I would recommend this company with Mulia my guide as top of the line for people like me who are foreign to the environment and Ethiopia. I left feeling like I was in my vacation home with nothing missing from my life. I made new friends. I was able to see and experience new foods and the warm and welcoming people with a beautiful culture! Thank you so much!

I was unlucky to get rain during my safari so it was trickier to see the animals, but the expertise of Mr. Khalifa as a guide, his friendliness, and his super good vibes made me have an incredible experience despite the bad weather. I was travelling alone, and I truly appreciated the care that both, Mr. Khalifa and Tabitha from Axis Africa Safaris gave me. Also, the booking was very uncomplicated, the fees were clear from the start (and stayed that way), and I can’t say it enough: I had the best time. Thank you for this experience!

wholesome funny day with Lambs
We booked our Kruger Safari day tour & Lambs picked us up. We had a little bit of delay because some guests didn’t arrive on time. The drive overall was very interesting. We were a group of 7 people and Lambs explained a lot!
We were very lucky to see a lot of animas in the Kruger nationalpark. The morning drive was a little bit chilly. Lambs provided warm blankets for us. By the time we arrived at the park he converted our car.
The explanation and entertainment was a lot! We joked around and learnt a lot about animals and the Kruger Nationalpark.

Great and reliable service
My friend organized a transfer from Houdsprout to Neisprout. Thomas picked us up at the accommodation and greeted us very kindly! The drive was very safe & he provided us some drinks.
Although we initially booked our drive to the Airport, he kindly took us to our stay.

Fantastic experience
We had an amazing safari experience with the 5-day safari trip, during which we visited Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. Each of these parks was absolutely fantastic in its own way, and we were able to see everything we could have hoped for, including the Big Five as well as many other incredible animals. We were also very lucky to have an excellent guide, Athuman Simba, who knew so much about the animals and always knew exactly where to drive to give us the best chance of seeing them. His knowledge and experience made the trip even more special. In addition, all meals were included and everything was very well organized. We never went hungry, and the food was always delicious. We would like to sincerely thank Marhaba Escape Safaris for this truly unforgettable and wonderful experience.

Amazing experience
Great value for money with amazing organizational skills from our tour guide Brighton! I would really recommend him to anyone for his great knowledge, experience and communication skills along our 8days trip in Uganda.
