I had a wonderful experience with Axis Africa Safari and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a Kenya safari. From start to finish, everything was well organized and enjoyable.
A special mention goes to our safari driver, Raymond, who was excellent throughout the trip. He was professional, friendly, accommodating, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. Kilimanjaro Magic
These guys are ultra professional, dedicated, caring and tremendous fun. Right from the off they showed excellent communication skills led by Onesmo. They were very thorough checking every item of our kit to make sure we were safe and comfortable. They measured our blood oxygen and heart rate twice a day and were always looking out for us.
They were inspirational and gave a wonderful set off dance on day 1 and on summit day. The only thing that beat that was the farewell festivities at the end. Many of us commented how well they motivated us on the toughest sections of the hike up Kilimanjaro. As a 66 year old, they made sure somebody was with me every step of the way, especially on the trick descents. I would highly recommend Eco Africa.

Amazing safari experience
We had an amazing time on our safari :) Julius was great from the first day, very friendly, always in a good mood and really determined to help us see as much wildlife as possible.
You can tell he has a lot of experience, and somehow he seems to know everyone along the way!!
He also made sure everything was clean and we were comfortable throughout the trip and was an incredible driver on some pretty rough roads.
We really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend him.

From the very beginning, our guide was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the wildlife and the Serengeti. He always knew where to go, communicated constantly with other guides, and put in a huge effort to make sure we had the best possible experience.
Thanks to him, we saw an incredible variety of wildlife and had some truly unforgettable moments. What impressed us most was that he never just “drove us around” — he explained animal behavior, shared fascinating details about the ecosystem, and always took the time to position the vehicle perfectly so we could watch, photograph, and enjoy every sighting without feeling rushed.
We spent several days together, including Ngorongoro and both Central and Northern Serengeti, and throughout the entire trip he was friendly, attentive, flexible, and always in a great mood. Even during the long drives and quieter moments, he kept searching and doing everything he could to make each day special.
Beyond being an excellent guide, he is simply a wonderful person to spend several days with. By the end of the safari, it genuinely felt like we were traveling with a friend.

An amazing team that made our Kilimanjaro climb and safari truly unforgettable!
Ndoto Kubwa organized our Kilimanjaro climb and Northern Serengeti Great Migration safari, and we couldn't have asked for a more unforgettable experience!
The Kilimanjaro team (Saidy, Meddy, Faraji, our amazing cook, Athuman, our wonderful waiter, and all the porters) were absolutely incredible! Their support, encouragement, and care made all the difference. They always made sure we were feeling well, had everything we needed, and were prepared for the challenges ahead. Reaching the summit would not have been possible without them. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did for us!
Our safari was equally amazing! Our guide, Cha Cha, has an incredible knowledge of nature and wildlife and a real passion for what he does. He took us to the most amazing places and made our five days together truly unforgettable. We were lucky enough to see lions, hippos, cheetahs, zebras, crocodiles, buffaloes, and even a wildebeest crossing at the Mara River — and so much more!

Consistently delivers what we want - without us having to ask!
This was our 3rd trip with Tailormade Africa. In truth, we have never asked Clyde to organise a specific itinerary. He talks to us, listens to our thoughts, understands what we want and then puts together trips that constantly exceed expectations in terms of the safari experience but also the ambience and style that we prefer.
His planning is detailed and prompt. He always explains in detail how he thinks the itinerary will work for us and what we will get out of it. He is never wrong. For example, he knows we don't like crowds and prefer the expansive safari experience so this year he recommended Southern Tanzania, far away from the crowds of the north. We stayed at Laba Siwandu in Selous followed by a bush walking safari at the isolated Kichaka camp in Ruaha. Both were stunning in every way possible.
Clyde tells you he monitors your travels from home 24/7 and we can confirm he does just that. Problems in the Gulf meant we missed our connection in Dubai to Dar. We arrived in Dubai around 6am UK time to messages from Clyde and Josh advising us of our options. By the time we arrived at our Emirates layover hotel, 45 minutes later, they had rearranged our internal flights in Tanzania. We therefore only missed a half day of our safari as a result and, more to the point, relaxed in Dubai knowing that all was good!
An often overlooked point travelling in Africa is the chaos and confusion in some of the airports. Not helpful if you're chasing a connection. On arrival in/out at Dar, Clyde arranged airside help to take us through the terminal as quickly as possible. Invaluable! He always messages at each camp to check in and ensure there are no problems. There never are.
The service that Clyde and his team provide is outstanding. He treats each client as though they were a close relative, ensuring they have the best time possible. His knowledge of Africa and the various suppliers is immense. I always look forward to tapping into his brain and seeing what he suggests.
In short, Tailormade Africa provide an invaluable service and great value.
