A Truly Life-Changing Safari Experience!
As a veterinarian and someone deeply passionate about wildlife, conservation, and animal welfare, my experience with Dazzle safaris was truly exceptional. This was so much more than a safari—it was a trip of a lifetime that allowed my family to experience Zambia while directly supporting the people, wildlife, and conservation efforts that make this incredible country so special.
The two-safari-a-day format was fantastic, and the beautiful accommodations made the experience both adventurous and incredibly comfortable. We saw an extraordinary variety of wildlife—almost every species we hoped to see (e.g., elephants, zebras, lions, birds, a ton of hippos, monkeys, baboons, etc.), including the incredibly rare and fascinating African wild dog. Every game drive brought something new and unforgettable – especially because the guides were extremely knowledgeable and amazing!
What really set Dazzle apart, however, was its genuine commitment to conservation and the local community. Throughout the trip, we heard directly from local conservation organizations that Dazzle supports, giving us a much deeper understanding of the challenges and successes of wildlife conservation in Zambia. As a veterinarian, I particularly appreciated seeing conservation work firsthand and being able to participate in some of those efforts.
We also had the opportunity to see solar panels and other infrastructure Dazzle helped install to support local conservation efforts, as well as participate in education and community initiatives. It was incredibly rewarding to see exactly where the money from our trip was going and how it was making a tangible difference.
There are many safari companies, but what makes Dazzle special is knowing that your travel dollars are helping protect wildlife, support conservation, educate communities, and create sustainable opportunities for local people rather than simply contributing to a for-profit operation.
I cannot recommend Dazzle highly enough. If you want an extraordinary African safari and want your trip to have a meaningful positive impact, Dazzle is the organization to choose. Five stars without hesitation!

It was very well organized and we made such wonderful memories
We spent six days with our driver James and had the best time. We saw the Big Five and learned so much more about the animals. The camps and the hotel during the tour were fantastic. Everything was clean, the food was good, and the staff was very friendly.

This was the best experience I could have ever asked for
It was a truly amazing trip. Our guide Johnson, was exceptional, he managed to spot every possible animal and generously gave us all the time we needed to capture photos. Seeing how enthusiastic we were about finding the Big Five, he didn't stop until we had seen them all. Additionally, our chef, Adam, was fantastic, and the food he prepared was delicious. Thank you for everything.

Elias took total care of us: highly safety-focused, deeply knowledgeable, and truly passionate!
Our Serengeti safari with Safari Soles was hands-down a 10/10 experience, perfectly organized from start to finish! From our initial pickup to the final drop-off, every single detail was handled seamlessly.
A special shoutout to our incredible guide, Elias—he made this trip truly unforgettable. Elias took care of us every step of the way with endless patience, amazing warmth, and captivating stories about the wildlife and culture. Beyond his deep knowledge and sharp eye for spotting animals, what stood out most was how safe we felt with him at all times. He is a skilled, calm, and deeply attentive guide.
If you are planning a trip to Tanzania, book with Safari Soles and definitely ask for Elias! Thank you for giving us memories that will last a lifetime.

Amazing Tour in Beautiful Uganda
We had an absolutely wonderful 7-day safari with Kajie Safaris and our guide, Johnson. From start to finish, everything was perfect.
Even before the trip, communication and organization were easy and smooth. Throughout the safari, Johnson was always punctual, kind, professional, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure we could see everything we hoped for and have the best possible experience.
The lodges we stayed at were lovely, and the food at the lodges and at the restaurants on our ways was excellent. We were also extremely lucky during our chimpanzee and gorilla trekking experiences and on safari.
We absolutely loved Uganda and had so many unforgettable experiences. We are already looking forward to coming back!
We would highly recommend Kajie Safaris and our wonderful guide, Johnson, to anyone planning a trip to Uganda. Thank you for an incredible journey!

Awful experience from Day 1 to Day 7
DO NOT BOOK WITH WILD SERENITY SAFARIS
I would strongly advise anyone considering Wild Serenity Safaris to look elsewhere. My experience was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, the company was beyond unprofessional from start to finish.
I booked and paid for a 7-day safari, including single-room accommodation. What I actually received was substantially different from what I had booked.
Day 1
Our driver was 55 minutes late. When he eventually arrived, he was driving a Tanzania pilgrimage jeep, despite us booking with Wild Serenity Safaris.
Even more concerning, he didn’t know who we were or which company he worked for. He had to go outside and make a phone call before coming back and confirming that we were the people he was supposed to collect.
This was an unacceptable start to an expensive safari.
Day 2
The driver was again approximately 40 minutes late.
There was also considerable confusion because our 7-day safari was effectively being operated by two different companies. The other company had a 6-day itinerary, whereas I had specifically booked and paid for 7 days. It was unclear who was responsible for what and why my booking was being handled this way.
Day 3
We were supposed to have a game drive in the Central Serengeti. Our driver refused to stop at two locations where multiple other safari vehicles had stopped.
When you’re paying a significant amount of money for a Serengeti safari, being driven past potential wildlife sightings while other vehicles are stopping is extremely frustrating.
Accommodation
I specifically paid for single-room accommodation, but instead had to share a double room for two nights with a person I had never met.
At the same lodge, things became even worse. Our driver dropped us at the wrong lodge and left us there, despite apparently not knowing what was happening himself.
At approximately 11pm, drivers from the lodge had to take us to the correct accommodation. This was not their responsibility — they were having to resolve a problem caused by the safari company.
To be absolutely clear: I had no problem booking a shared safari. That is not my complaint. My complaint is that I paid for single accommodation and a specific itinerary, and those were not provided.
Day 6
We were picked up at 5am, but the safari vehicle didn’t have enough fuel.
We had to wait for another driver to bring fuel. We then waited approximately 40 minutes at the top of the crater for another driver to arrive with our luggage and fuel the safari vehicle.
We subsequently had a 4-hour drive.
These are basic organisational issues that should never happen on an expensive, pre-arranged safari.
Attempting to resolve the situation
After all of these problems, I personally met Derick to discuss a refund.
Unfortunately, he refused to provide a refund and instead blamed me and continued giving excuses.
One of the things he repeatedly said was:
“It is a shared safari.”
This completely missed the point.
I KNOW it was a shared safari. I booked a shared safari and was perfectly happy with that.
The issue is that the actual experience was materially different from what I had booked and paid for.
If the itinerary and accommodation I actually received had been what was advertised when I made the booking, I would never have booked with Wild Serenity Safaris in the first place.
Final verdict
This was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime safari. Instead, I experienced:
* 55-minute late pickup on Day 1
* 40-minute late pickup on Day 2
* A driver who initially didn’t know who we were or which company he worked for
* Confusion involving two different safari companies
* A 6-day itinerary being mixed with my 7-day booking
* Missed stops during the Central Serengeti game drive
* Being dropped at the wrong lodge
* Being left there without the driver knowing what was happening
* Having lodge staff transport us at approximately 11pm
* Paying for a single room but sharing for two nights
* A safari vehicle without enough fuel on Day 6
* Further delays waiting for fuel and luggage
* A 4-hour drive after these delays
* Poor communication throughout
* Repeated excuses instead of solutions
* Refusal to provide a reasonable refund
* Being blamed when I raised legitimate complaints
This is not simply a case of being unhappy because the safari was shared. I knowingly booked a shared safari.
It is about paying for one service and receiving something substantially different.
I would not book with Wild Serenity Safaris again and, based on my experience, I strongly recommend that other travellers DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
0/5 — completely unacceptable.

Incredibly fast at responding, well organised and very helpful to make our dream holiday package
We cannot thank the team at Live in Love enough. From the start with Peter creating a bespoke package for us, to the preparation for this with such ease and then the experience itself. Our trip included: Nairobi to Masaai Mara to Lake Nakuru to Amboselli and then on to Mombasa. All the lodges we have stayed in have been immaculate and met our needs perfectly. We cannot give enough credit and thanks to our amazing guide, Chris. Chris worked tirelessly to meet our every need, he got to know us both personally and this made a huge difference to the trip. His knowledge or the local areas and safari parks and animals was inspiring and really made the trip special. He knew where to find the animals we wanted to see, drove with great care and made it a really enjoyable and unforgettable experience. He has contributed to making our honeymoon dreams come true, and we couldn’t recommend him or the tour company enough!
