We had an absolutely wonderful day and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for the excellent organization.
Our hotel pick-up by our driver was absolutely punctual. We were greeted very warmly and were immediately asked how we were doing. Afterwards, guests from other hotels were picked up as well, and everything went smoothly and perfectly on time.
During the drive, our driver continuously provided us with interesting information and explained where we were and which sights and attractions could be seen in the surrounding area. This made the journey itself a very pleasant and informative part of the experience.
The handover at the game reserve was also perfectly organized. Our ranger was already waiting for us, so we were able to change vehicles without any problems. The entire game drive through the reserve was extremely well organized, and we felt very, very safe throughout the whole experience.
Our ranger made a tremendous effort to show us as many animals and as much of the wildlife as possible. You could clearly see how dedicated and attentive he was and how much he cared about making the experience special for his guests.
The local lunch afterwards was also very well organized and was absolutely delicious.
We would also particularly like to mention the exceptional friendliness and politeness of all the staff. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel until the very end of the tour, we felt very well looked after and genuinely welcomed.
An absolutely wonderful day from beginning to end! Both the hotel pick-up and the safari/game drive through the reserve were exceptionally well organized. We can therefore wholeheartedly and confidently recommend this tour.

Our amazing guide Job, welcomed us in Nairobi and guided us through all the experience giving insights and explorations on everything and more. He speaks perfectly English and Spanish so it was very easy for us to communicate. He pleased all of our requests and thanks to his expertise we managed to see all the big 5!!
I absolutely recommend Jungleroam for your safari. The accommodations were as described when booked, we were picked up from our hotel in Nairobi and brought back to our hotel after the 4 days.

Very smooth, and our safari guide was fantastic.
The booking process was easy and clear, and Gideon kindly and patiently picked us up from the airport after a very long wait because of immigration. Everything went well from then: we arrived to do an evening game drive and all of the other activities were fun. I would like to highlight our guide especially. We are a group of one English girl and two Spanish boys and our guide, Geoff, spoke both languages excellently. He was kind, thoughtful and passionate about the animals and landscape. He answered all of our questions and gave us so much knowledge about Kenyan people and culture. It was a pleasure to be guided by him. I would only recommend that Jocky Tours make the extra costs a bit clearer when giving a quote. For example, on two occasions we paid about 30$ when we weren’t expecting to. This is not the company’s fault, but a bit more transparency would have been good.
