Godlisten, Our Guide, Made the Difference
We had a fantastic safari with Ozon Light Tours through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Our highlight was our young guide, Godlisten. He is truly passionate about his job and, thanks to his wildlife studies, has incredible knowledge of animals, their behavior and the ecosystem.
The organization was excellent. Letson was always available on WhatsApp and responded very quickly. The lodges were great, especially Tukaone Serengeti Camp. Njiro Legacy Hotel in Arusha was rather average.
One recommendation: ask for a newer, well-maintained 4x4, as the vehicles face very demanding road conditions.
Overall, a fantastic experience and a clear recommendation for Ozon Light!

We would recommend your company to our friends because everything was of a good quality. We would like to see more migration, but unfortunately, the program didn’t provide for that. We did the Gorilla Trek in Uganda with MuzBag Safaris, and from the moment we were picked up from our hotel in Rwanda to our arrival at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, everything was fantastic.
Our guides made us feel safe, looked after and genuinely welcome throughout the entire experience. They were knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole journey so enjoyable.
The gorilla experience itself is something that will stick with me for the rest of my life. Being so close to the gorillas in their natural habitat was an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
I would recommend doing the gorilla trek at least once in your life, and I would definitely recommend MuzBag Safaris to anyone looking to do it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Absolutely Amazing company
Absolutely amazing company! From start to end of our 2 day safari, the professionalism of the staff were 5 star. A member of staff met us the evening before for briefing, and was waiting for us at our accommodation on return. It was a lovely touch, that they provided us with T shirts & hats! Along with a bottle of wine/beers/cola & orange juice. For our safari. We seen all the big 5 plus many more wonderful animals. I would highly recommend booking with Joyful.

We chose Golden Rwanda Safaris to organize our trip to Rwanda, and we could not have made a better choice.
From our very first contact, Frank listened carefully to our requests and created a trip that perfectly matched our needs. He followed our instructions in every detail and personalized the itinerary according to our wishes. The result was an amazing 11-day journey, during which we traveled across Rwanda from Kigali to the northern part of the country and discovered many different aspects of it.
All the accommodations recommended to us were of an excellent standard, and we felt very comfortable in every one of them. The guide chosen by Frank was also exceptional—we were truly lucky. Always available, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive, she made every day even more enjoyable.
The trip was filled with unforgettable experiences. We went on a spectacular safari, during which we were fortunate enough to see many animals and almost all of the Big Five, as well as enjoying a boat excursion on the lake. What we particularly appreciated was that the journey went far beyond the usual tourist experiences. We visited villages, took part in traditional dances, wore traditional clothing, and had the opportunity to learn more about the country’s culture and traditions.
We also learned a great deal about Rwanda’s history, from the monarchy and the darkest periods of its past to the country’s remarkable rebirth. This allowed us to return home with a much deeper understanding of Rwanda than we could have gained from a standard organized tour.
Another aspect we greatly appreciated was the availability and speed with which Frank helped us obtain the permit to visit Five Volcanoes National Park, even though we had made the request at relatively short notice, after already organizing the gorilla trekking experience. During the trek, Frank and his team were also extremely thorough in communicating our preferences and wishes to the trackers and everyone involved, while fully understanding that, since gorillas are wild animals, these requests could not be guaranteed. We appreciated this attention to detail enormously.
Overall, what impressed us most was the care with which every detail was organized and, above all, the genuine ability to listen to the client. Throughout the entire trip, we felt supported, heard, and well looked after, without ever feeling that we were simply following a standard itinerary.
We wholeheartedly recommend Golden Rwanda Safaris to anyone wishing to visit Rwanda. It is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive company, and it played a fundamental role in making our trip an experience we will remember forever.

Meticulous and very professional
We had an amazing 5 days private luxury safari. We truly lived the dream of a lifetime and Serengeti Smile has provided an amazing service, fulfilling all of our needs and answering all of our questions before the arrival to Tanzania. The tour was very well organized, everything from game drives to accommodations was nothing but excellent. A special mention needs to go to our tour guide Nicholas, a truly amazing professional, full of enthusiasm, knowledge, passion and also discretion. Wonderful safari. Our driver Collin Sempele was fantastic, extremely kind and very knowledgeable. He met all our requests with a smile, and was very attentive to our daughters. Beyond being an excellent driver, he’s also a fantastic guide. With him we visited Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Masai Mara. Along with sharing lots of interesting information, he managed to get us so close to all the Big Five that we could almost touch them. He also speaks excellent English and very good Italian.
