An unforgettable family safari and beach holiday, seamlessly organized by Francisco!
We recently booked our family trip (4 adults and 2 kids) to Kenya with Spirit of Kenya, and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish! Francisco handled all the organization for us, and everything went completely smoothly—from the airport pickups and seamless hotel transfers to the coordination between destinations.
Our highlights were definitely the breathtaking safaris in the Maasai Mara and Amboseli, followed by a wonderful, relaxing time down at the coast in Diani.
A special shout-out and massive compliment must go to our driver and safari guide, Mr. Karasha. He was truly amazing! He was a wonderfully responsible driver during our long, multi-hour commutes between locations on some tough roads, always keeping us feeling safe. Beyond his driving skills, he was so kind, polite, and full of fascinating information about Kenya and the wildlife. We were especially impressed by how deeply respectful he was of the animals and nature during our game drives, keeping a safe distance and prioritizing wildlife well-being while we watched other drivers rushing around recklessly.
Spirit of Kenya delivered an incredible, well-paced family adventure, and we look forward to traveling with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

We believe they are scammers
We believe we've been scammed by Congema Safaris and Constantine. We paid a deposit in January 2026 for a Rwanda trip in August 2026. We didn't get updates from April onwards, despite constant messages to them, they just ignored us. Luckily, we contacted the hotels we were supposedly booked into and found payment wasn't made and that the gorilla permits we paid for weren't booked.
We were told in June that we would receive a refund by 10th August for our deposit (over $4000), but it is now the 14th and they are again not responding to any emails we send.
Please be careful and choose a more reputable and well reviewed provider so the same issues don't happen to you.

Outstanding experience with the nicest people !
Waw !! What a incredible experience whe had during our 5 days safari. Guided by John, one of the most experienced safari man you could find in Tanzania 🇹🇿, we completed our big five, but not only. We assisted to some of the rarest show the wildlife can provide. John is one of the nicest, most flexible, helpful and patient people you can find in the country. Before coming, we had some very important information and advices from Diana, who organised the best planning, lodges and food we could ever had. We can never thank you enough for what you’ve done. Thank you, thank you. If I could rate a 6 stars, I would have given them, they deserve it. Take care everyone.

Extremely professional guide, very well prepared and flexible
Our guide, Collin Sempele, has contributed to let us live a wonderful vacation. From the first day he has been flexible to fulfill our desires, still suggesting which timing is best to see wild animals (early morning and late afternoon) and the best mood to have in safaris (it us important to be patient and keep in mind we have not power on nature).
Collin is very well prepared on animals and Kenyan history and was happy to tell to us every detail we were curious about.
Our guide was always carrying of making our experience the best as possible, finding the best spot to see animals, and the best place to eat.

A nice caring guy
For every safari drive, Nickson tries to find something for us to look at, he points to every wildlife that newly and oldly seen.
He is caring too, two of our companions are not feeling well with eyes and the stomach, he correspondingly drive to the pharmacy , take us there and buy the medicine which is pretty kind.
He will negotiate with the hotel with our concern of security( Staff going in the room for cleaning or putting down the net without telling).
He will adjust the problem at once when he knows them.
However, his briefing can be clearer. He will talk about what will we go tomorrow, for some schedule adjustments , it will be better if he can talk about precisely in advance and talk about why we are changing it. ( like there is misunderstanding when going to Tsavo taita hill wildlife sanctuary and Tsavo west national park).
And his campanion( according to him is his relative). As being told it is a private trip with only the guide and us. It is ok for us to to have someone helping with moving the luggages at the beginning of the trip( that is what he is always doing throughout the whole trip), but we should know it IN ADVANCE. We only know the man is going with us the whole trip when initiatively asked, having a feeling of encroaching of personal boundary, especially he took my potato chips and ate them all without asking(not sure whether he knows it is my potato chips). We told Nickson about the potato chips issue and it did not happen ever after.
In short , we care about the clearness on the details of schedules, which is the person following, the schedule adjustments.

Collin Senpele has been the perfect guide for our first trip in Kenya. He has been extremely professional, in explaining animals characteristics and answering all our questions. He has been very kind since the beginning. He was happy to talk with us and tried to fulfill all of our demands and dreams. Our holiday has been a better holiday thanks to Collin.

Fantastic Tour Operator in Rwanda/Uganda
We had the most amazing time with Dav Safaris. Kato Gracious our guide took care of us the whole time and made the experience truly a once in a lifetime. Everything went smoothly at the border and we managed to see an amazing family of gorillas right up close. Highly recommend to anyone coming to safari in Rwanda/Uganda.
