A well-managed, and rewarding Kilimanjaro experience
Our Kilimanjaro climb with Kilisa Tours & Safaris was an excellent experience from start to finish. The trek was well organized and professionally managed, with strong attention to comfort, safety, and overall quality.
The equipment provided was reliable and suitable for the mountain conditions. The four-season tents were warm and sturdy at higher elevations, and the sleeping mats allowed for decent rest after long days of hiking. Trekking gear such as poles, jackets, gloves, and rainwear were all in good condition and helped us stay protected as the weather changed.
The crew played a huge role in making the trip successful. The guides were knowledgeable, supportive, and experienced in handling altitude-related challenges. They kept a steady pace and regularly checked on everyone’s well-being. The porters worked extremely hard behind the scenes, setting up camp efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the climb.
The food was another pleasant surprise. We were served hot, satisfying meals each day, along with snacks and enough water to stay energized. Considering the environment, the meals were well prepared and helped keep our spirits high.
Safety was clearly a priority. The team emphasized proper acclimatization and hydration, monitored our health using pulse oximeters, and carried emergency oxygen as a precaution. This level of care gave us confidence during the entire hike.
Overall, Kilisa Tours & Safaris provided a safe, well-managed, and rewarding Kilimanjaro experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable local company to guide their climb.

Very good, extremely nice and responsive.
Very well planned and everything was thought out and researched well. The safari was amazing and we saw the Big 5 and ugly 5. The tour guides was very informative and friendly, when I said I wanted to see a leopard our guide showed it to me within 2 minutes. Was a great experience and I recommend Pedaso Safari to anyone.

An unforgettable adventure in Tanzania! * Safari + Kilimanjaro*
I organized this trip for our group of six Swiss climbers and was also part of the team. Choosing a Moshi based fully Tanzanian company was important to us and Zara Tours exceeded our expectations from the first day.
We climbed Mount Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho Route with an outstanding team led by our guide Yesse. The weather was excellent with clear days while the nights were cold and windy. Small comforts like coffee brought to our tents great food at every meal and a portable toilet made a big difference. Step by step pole pole we moved from camp to camp and all of us successfully reached Uhuru Peak via Stella Point.
After the climb we enjoyed a five day safari. We saw large herds of elephants in Tarangire and many lions buffalo a cheetah and a leopard in Serengeti Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. The lodges and tented camp were excellent.
Our safari guide Suleiman spoke excellent German and together with our driver Festus was extremely knowledgeable and always one step ahead which allowed us to witness unforgettable wildlife moments. Isdory was always available and handled everything perfectly.

Perfect experience with Dallas Africa Safari
We had an absolutely incredible safari experience with Dallas Africa Safari, perfectly organized for our group of 13 people (6 adults and 7 children/teenagers). It was truly one of the most amazing highlights of our trip to Tanzania!
The adventure started with an exciting flight on a small propeller plane, which was already an unforgettable experience on its own. Flying over the African landscape and seeing the savannah from above was breathtaking — especially for the kids, who were thrilled!
Once we arrived at Nyerere National Park, we were immersed in stunning scenery and had the chance to see so many animals in their natural habitat: elephants, giraffes, hippos, lions, and much more. It was a truly authentic and magical safari.
A special thank you goes to our wonderful guides, Abduli and Joseph — outstanding professionals: knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and always available. They made the experience enjoyable for both adults and children, sharing interesting information with great passion and making us feel safe and well taken care of at all times.

Exceptional Safari Experience with Serengeti Smile
Great safari experience with Serengeti Smile. The lodge arrangements were comfortable and thoughtfully selected, which made a long day of game driving truly enjoyable and restful.
Our guide and driver, Justine, was exceptional. He has incredibly sharp eyesight and an amazing ability to spot animals and moments worth seeing from far away that we would have completely missed on our own. He consistently positioned the vehicle perfectly for photo opportunities. His skills, patience, and professionalism made the entire experience smooth, exciting, and memorable.
