Our Kilimanjaro climb (Machame Route) was an incredible experience. From the first day to the summit, everything was organized professionally and smoothly for a very reasonable price by our tour coordinator William. The guides (Rashid and Nicholas) were very knowledgeable, friendly, and always focused on safety. They monitored our health daily and encouraged us through the toughest sections of the trek.
The porters and camp crew worked tirelessly and always greeted us with smiles. The food exceeded expectations, with fresh meals every day. The equipment and camps were well maintained, making the journey comfortable despite the challenging conditions.
Reaching Uhuru Peak at sunrise was a moment we will never forget. The support and motivation from the guides played a huge role in our success.

Amazing safari experience!
We had an amazing 4-day safari tour and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Anton guided us on the first day, while Melita was our guide from day two to four. Both were incredibly friendly, passionate, and very knowledgeable about the animals and the surrounding nature. They shared lots of interesting information and made the experience even more special.
A major highlight was seeing all of the Big Five, which exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious throughout the trip, and spending the nights under the stars was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable.
Overall, this was a fantastic safari experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Definitely worth 5 stars!

My wife, kids, and I recently went on a Masai Mara safari with JungleRoam, and from the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful. They assisted us in planning everything, including our accommodation for both the Masai Mara and Lake Naivasha portions of the trip.
Since we were traveling with young children, we didn't want to do a long 5–6 day safari. The JungleRoam team was very accommodating and helped us customize a 2-night, 3-day safari, which turned out to be the perfect length for our family.
A special mention goes to our driver and guide, Solomon, who picked us up in Nairobi and accompanied us throughout the safari. He was outstanding—kind, knowledgeable, supportive, and always made sure we were comfortable. His enthusiasm and dedication truly enhanced our experience.
The highlight of the trip was Solomon's determination to help us spot as much wildlife as possible, especially the Big Five. Thanks to his expertise, we were fortunate enough to capture some incredible photos of lions, cheetahs, and leopards. We even witnessed and photographed lions hunting a buffalo and an impala—an unforgettable experience!
Overall, I would highly recommend JungleRoam to anyone considering a safari in Kenya. The accommodation they arranged was excellent and perfectly suited for our family of five. Kudos to the entire team, and thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

It has been one of the best trip in Tanzania, the hospitality here is just top notched!! Truly one for the keeps! I went there with my sisters and brother-in-law and we had such an enjoyable time, we didn’t want to leave!
My sister was the one that liased with Aishwarya and she has been so forthcoming to help us throughout our plans for this trip.
On the first day, we had a short hike up on Mt Kilimanjaro with Samuel (guide), Arnold (junior guide) and Fabien (driver). He shared the history and lots of interesting facts , accompanied by his good vibes.
Then the remaining of the trip, we did a 7 day safari circuit through Tarangire, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, with Serengeti Wakanda Tours and Safaris, with Andrew! With his years of expertise, he managed to bring us up close to the animals, so versatile with his plans just so that he could bring about the best experience to us. His way to narrate stories of Tanzania captivated our hearts through good sense of humour. Even made us coffee though he is not a coffee drinker. Abdullah and his wife also prepared meals for our picnic lunches daily. We definitely appreciate that!
For the tribe experience, we had Musa that took us on this journey, it was a wild one! Hah, we even managed to run along with the tribes there!
Can I also mentioned the hospitality at all our accommodations?! Under the Shade Safari, Ngorongoro Mareira Mountain View Lodge, Lala Salama Camp, Moonbow Lodge & Kibo Palace Hotel. We were greeted by Jumbo Bwana, nice food, great company and warmth in all the places we went!
Everyone we met along the way, gave the best Tanzanian hospitality. Our safety and comfort was very much assured. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again!! We loved it!! 💕

Me and my two teens had an unbelievable gorilla trekking! We saw Tindatine family which has 10 family members. The gorillas were so close to us! The one year old girl was very playful and hilarious. She was wrestling with her three year old brother. My teens were laughing out loud when watching her. The silverback took a nap when we’re visiting the family. This means that the gorillas were very comfortable even when we were around.
Everything was done super professional. Dennis, our driver, was taking so good care of us. He was kind and caring. All the people in the Bwindi national park were extremely professional. We got good briefing how to do the trekking and the whole trekking took totally 4 hours. This was the biggest nature experience we have had and our family has traveled a lot!

We contacted Bavuma after a warm recommendation we received from a traveler who went on their honeymoon. Bavuma organized our entire trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar, including choosing hotels and the itinerary. When we arrived in Tanzania, we met the company's team who picked us up from the airport and drove us to the hotel on the first night. They are a team of friendly people with whom we immediately became friends. The next day, we went on a safari in a dedicated Toyota vehicle, accompanied by a driver/guide with extensive knowledge and experience in the safari area. We managed to meet most of the types of animals that live in the safari area and spend the nights sleeping in excellent quality accommodation. At the end of the safari trip, the tour guide drove us to the airport, and from there we flew to Zanzibar. At the airport, one of the company's employees was waiting for us, who drove us to the hotel and accompanied us throughout our stay in Zanzibar. There is no doubt that if I repeat such a trip, I will do so with the help and through Bavuma.
