He met us at the airport when we arrived along with our tour guides Joseph and Peter. Joseph and Peter made the tour so much fun we had a great time with them, it was very relaxed and they made us feel right at home. Maasai Mara is an unforgettable place and seeing our tour guides Peter and Joseph having fun with us made the trip that much more memorable. First and foremost, a massive thank you to Leonard, who organized our tour with absolute perfection. He is a true master of his craft. The accommodations he selected were top-notch, luxurious, and comfortable, and the entire itinerary was executed seamlessly.
We had a major mix-up with our arrival date—our tour was scheduled to begin on July 26th, but we actually arrived a day early, on July 25th. We only realized this at the very last minute, which could have been a disaster. However, Leonard stepped in like an absolute hero. He handled the situation so brilliantly, swiftly, and effortlessly that we didn't feel a single second of distress or inconvenience. His problem-solving skills and customer care are simply world-class.
And the biggest round of applause goes to our extraordinary guide, Bariki. With over 10 years of expert experience, he is hands down the best guide you could ever ask for! Thanks to his unbelievable knowledge, keen eyes, and deep passion, we were blessed to see every single animal and natural wonder we had ever dreamed of. Beyond his incredible professionalism, Bariki is a deeply warm, empathetic, and wonderfully thoughtful person with exceptional emotional intelligence. He didn't just show us the wildlife; he made us feel completely safe, cared for, and cherished every step of the way.

Incredible experience - well organised and incredible safari guide Fidelis!
Our 4-day, 3-night safari with Avocet Tanzania Safaris was genuinely one of the highlights of our entire trip to Tanzania. We visited Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end.
Our guide, Fidelis, was absolutely superb. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, funny and genuinely passionate about what he does. His knowledge of the wildlife and the parks was outstanding, and he always seemed to know exactly where to go. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, whether we wanted to stop for photographs, spend longer watching an animal or ask yet another question! He made the whole safari feel relaxed, personal and incredibly enjoyable.
We were extremely lucky with the wildlife and saw all of the Big Five, several of them on multiple occasions. Some of the encounters were absolutely unforgettable, and Fidelis played a huge part in making sure we had the best possible experience.
There were six guests in our vehicle — ourselves and two other couples — and it worked perfectly. There was plenty of room, everyone had a great view, and we all got along brilliantly.
The accommodation throughout was excellent, but the Luxury Sightseeing Tented Lodges were a particular highlight. Staying out in such beautiful surroundings after a full day on safari was an experience in itself. The food was also fantastic throughout the trip — fresh, delicious and very well prepared, which was especially impressive considering some of the locations.
For the quality of the safari, accommodation, food, guiding and overall experience, we thought it represented fantastic value for money.
If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania, we couldn’t recommend Avocet Tanzania Safaris highly enough — and if you have the opportunity to have Fidelis as your guide, you’re in exceptionally good hands. An unforgettable four days and an experience we’ll be talking about for years to come!

Amazing safari with Anthony!
Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The safari was extremely well organized, and the communication before and during the trip was excellent.
Our guide, Anthony, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly reliable. He did everything he could to make sure we saw as many animals as possible, and he made the whole experience truly unforgettable. We always felt safe and knew we could completely rely on him throughout the safari.
The organization and reliability of Suricata Safari were outstanding. Everything was handled perfectly, and the experience was absolutely worth every dollar.
A special mention also goes to our chef, Salim, who prepared delicious and authentic meals for us every day. The food was amazing and made the whole experience even more wonderful!
We had an incredible time and saw so many amazing animals. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

The tour was amazing! Communication before and during the tour was great. This company has very competitive options for campings and lodges. We chose the camping (4 days/3nights) and it was simply perfect. Emanuel is very responsive. The driver Timo and the chef Emanuel are super kind and happy to explain when you have questions. Overall, I highly recommend a safari experience with crater explorer!

An unforgettable safari with outstanding support
We had a wonderful two-day shared safari with Wild Experience Safaris, visiting Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. Everything was well organised, communication was easy and personal, and our guide made the safari a great experience.
What impressed us most was how the company handled a major complication at the end of our trip: we missed our flight from Kilimanjaro back to Zanzibar. The owner personally took care of us, was always reachable and was there on site to help. He organised and fully covered our accommodation, food and new flights back to Zanzibar.
This level of support went far beyond what we expected and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. Despite the complication, we look back on the whole experience very positively and would definitely book with Wild Experience Safaris again.
