The tour just finished exceeded our expectations. We visited everything as planned. Our guide, Hamza, is extremely reliable and safe, attentive, and patient. Great Well Organised Safari
Splendid Vacations did a great job organising our safari. They listened to our requirements and budget and suggested great options for us. Despite visiting Kenya and Lake Naivasha before' the Crescent Island visit suggested by Splendid was a real highlight. Our vehicle was well driven with a knowledgeable driver and we had great animal sightings. Splendid vacations communicated well and quickly. We have done lots of safaris and we would thoroughly recommend them and use them again.

Our safari to Lake Nakuru and in the Masai Mara was simply a dream experience – we couldn’t have imagined anything better! From the very first minute, everything was perfectly organized and we felt completely cared for and warmly welcomed.
The game drives were breathtaking: we were able to see (almost)the “Big Five” up close - lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalos and even a cheetah and many, many other amazing animals.
Our guide Shaddy was incredibly knowledgeable, warmly, passionate, and had an impressive instinct for locating the animals. Every drive was exciting, educational, and full of magical moments.
We were especially impressed by the flawless organization of the entire trip. Transfers, schedules, and activities were perfectly coordinated, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the safari to the fullest.
This safari was a once-in-a-lifetime experience filled with emotions, adventure, and unforgettable encounters with wildlife. We wholeheartedly give it 5 stars and would book this trip again anytime – an absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to experience the Masai Mara in an authentic and immersive way!

I strongly advise against booking with this agency due to a major breach of contract and dishonest dispute management.
The Dispute: We paid a $2,000 supplement for a specific Kilimanjaro extension (Horombo Hut). This service was never provided. We were kept on the basic 1-day itinerary, simply spread over two days, and never reached the promised altitude or refuge.
Bad Faith: Although the agency admitted in writing to an "editorial error" in their program, they refuse to refund the overcharged amount. They only offered a derisory $400 compensation (20% of the cost), which is unacceptable for a service that was simply not delivered.
Customer Service: Management refuses to take responsibility for their billing errors. Keeping $1,600 for a service that did not exist is not a "gesture of goodwill," it is an unjustified enrichment.

Going on this safari with Mountain Warriors was such a wonderful way to start our honeymoon. Despite it having rained, Idey our tour guide expertly navigated the Serengeti mud to make sure we had a chance to get up close to lions which was a highlight. Safari with Jacmiya Safaris was the adventure of a lifetime and the fulfillment of our dreams. Kenya has something truly extraordinary about it and will remain in our hearts forever—we will definitely return one day with more friends. She was able to respond to all our questions, changing itineraries time by time until we were fully satisfied with what we wanted. She could even send us messages during the safari just to ensure we were safe. We really felt at home with them ,a very hospitable team indeed.

Witnessing the great herds of wildebeest and zebra in Ndutu during calving season was absolutely breathtaking.
