For my first trip to Africa, I chose a classic 5-day safari with 2 days in the Masai Mara, followed by Nakuru, Naivasha, and Hell's Gate.
A huge thank you to our amazing driver, Jacob, who drove and guided us perfectly. He's incredible; he knows every nook and cranny of every park and does his utmost to spot the Big Five! The safari was well-organized overall, but be warned, the days are long.

Our driver Shija and the guide David were truly exceptional — not only were they incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but they were also wonderful people. They were kind, friendly, patient and always willing to answer every single question we had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience.
They did everything they could to help us find and see as many animals as possible in the park. Their knowledge, experience and dedication made such a huge difference, and thanks to them we were able to see so many incredible animals and enjoy every moment of our safari.

We had an excellent safari experience. The office responded promptly to all our questions and tailored the itinerary to our requests. Excellent Safari Experience with Makini Tanzania Safari
We had a fantastic safari experience with Makini Tanzania Safari and can highly recommend the tour.
The organisation by Lissa and Naomi was really great. Everything was easy, well organised, and offered at a very reasonable price. Communication and planning were smooth from start to finish.
Our safari guide Raymond did an outstanding job. He guided us safely through the national parks, shared a lot of interesting information about the wildlife and nature, and made sure we got to see as many different animals as possible. His knowledge and experience really made the safari special.
Our chef Saidi was also a great part of the experience. He was very kind, attentive, and highly committed to making sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious and definitely exceeded our expectations, especially considering that we were camping in the national parks.
All in all, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Makini Tanzania Safari to anyone looking for a well-organised, affordable, and memorable safari in Tanzania.

This tour was excellent and you pay for what you get. It was very expensive for us as South Africans that do not earn in dollars but no corners were cut and everything was safe and on time. We were in very capable hands of Klaus. They do have many option that can fit your budget as well you just have to ask and they provide options
Everything was transparent and honest as well as upfront. Nothing was left to chance and even though we had a small hiccup at the beginning it was the way in which it was handled that made us confident that these people know what they are doing.
The food was amazing considering we were vegetarians and the choice of lodges was also lovely.
We had a great time and the game viewing was superb.
A very honest and respectable company.
