Amazing! Above & beyond in every way possible!
We were a group of 3 who booked a 6 day Safari to Mara, Amboseli & Nakuru with Ramja Safaris. Steve, the owner, was constantly in touch with us from day 1 and answered every question we had diligently (we had a lot!). Additionally, he helped us design our trip since we were a bit short on time and wanted to focus on the highlights. They are very flexible with the itinerary and I felt like our needs and preferences always came first.
The tour started with our guide/driver Leonard picking us up in Nairobi, big shout out to Leonard! He was extremely knowledgable about the flora/fauna and individual parks themselves. Not a single game drive was boring and we ended up seeing pretty much every animal possible. We highly recommend Ramja Safari's for their professionalism, flexibility, friendliness & overall value for money.

- an amazing driver (Athuman). He has a lot of knowledge on flora and fauna and takes into consideration our wishes and interests.
- Rose also listens to our travel wishes; for example, we wanted to spend time with the locals.
- contact with Rose was also very smooth, quick response during booking and she came to visit us during our trip.
- the activities were well planned with the major highlights more towards the end of the trip so we kept on being surprised.

Serengeti's smile is very good! When we communicate with them in the early stage, they will give professional advice according to our needs and ideas and adjust the plan in time. Not only that, their reply is very timely, which allows us to know the relevant content as soon as possible. The guide Ibrahim is very professional and friendly. He can find animals at the first time and help us find the best place to see. Coupled with his professional explanation, we have a deeper understanding of animals. The best experience we could ever had
The best experience we could have. The safari was great and all the services provided (hotel, camping, food, tour guide) were spectacular.
The experience started if the pick up at the airport and we stayed one night in Arusha (Jevas Hotel Encore) where we were well received and the room and food was good. We started the safari tour the day after and we saw so many animals during these 4 days. Edgar, our tour guide was great and very friendly as well. He patiently answered all our questions and was carefully looking to find the best views and animals. We were camping and James was our chef. I have to say that the food was delicious.
We had an amazing experience during the four days. I highly recommend Suricata Safaris. They are very committed to their clients and during the whole time they checked on us.
Daniel and Chuke were also very friendly and they did the check in and check out of the tour to ensure we had a great experience (and we for sure did)

My partner and I loved the tour. We were doing the 4 day safari tour and we had a great time. We managed to see a lot of animals and all the animals we wanted. Our driver/guide Edgar made our trip incredible, sharing a lot of information, drove really well and also very funny and really nice guy. Also, the food was incredible and delicious, thanks a lot to our chef James who was very kind and cooked very well all the meals we had in our tour. Great camping accommodations! I would highly recommend Suricata Safaris and I will definitely will use them again for my next African trip. Also, I would like to thanks Daniel and Chuke for their help on the checkin and checkout of the tour from the briefing of the safari to getting everything sorted for us to go to the airport.
