Africa Zim Travel & Tours were incredible throughout the entire process of the holiday. From booking, to the lead up with our many questions, when we arrived and throughout our trip. They were willing to help and provide as much info as possible and were always very quick with their responses. We were lucky to be paired with our wonderful guide Stanford who was waiting for us at Victoria Falls Airport. Stanford is made for this job he is so knowledgeable and welcoming. He became part of the family by day 2 of the trip. We were a family of 6 and this will be a trip we never forget and that’s thanks to Africa Zim Travel & Tours! Exceptional experience! Incredible guide and tour
We loved our trip to Chobe! Everything was seamless from the booking process, to the pickup and drop off. Our guide Opi was incredible, he has been working in Chobe for 18 years and his knowledge was phenomenal. We had incredible sightings, including 3 leopard and 12 lions! Camping in Chobe was an awesome experience! We will not hesitate to book again :) We highly recommend this trip :)

Memorable and Magical
Our trip started in Cape Town at a beautiful hotel on the waterfront. We spent a day in wine country which I would highly recommend. Although, next time, I think we would stay in the winelands for a couple of days as there is so much more there than just wine tastings. The scenery is peaceful and vast. We traveled with a small group tour to the Cape of Goid Hope along the scenic winding western Atlantic coast with a stop in Simon's Town for lunch and on to Boulders Beach to be entertained by the penguins. Our last day, Saturday, our morning was spent at the most amazing outdoor market, lunch and fabulous shopping at the waterfront and another fabulous dinner. The food and drinks in CPT are excellent and very reasonably priced. We were not able to do the Panoramic Route in White River because our plane was routed to Johannesburg due to rain and poor visibility at Neispruit airport. Staying at Oliver's was so relaxing and pampering it almost made up for what we missed. The last 4 days of our trip we will never forget. I cannot even begin to express how outstanding the game drives, knowledgeable skilled guides and trackers, luxury accommodations, 5-star dining at the Savanna Private Game Reserve was. The Big 5 were an everyday siting, plus leopards feasting and mating! Elephants of all sizes, many species of antelope and birds abound. We experienced a herd of cape buffalo that numbered over 1000. Out private waterhole was a constant afternoon parade of zebras, rhinos, a hippo, warthogs, kudu, buffalos, and birds. One night our dinner was a BBQ around a large fire, next in the open spaces surrounded by 100s of lanterns and another in the dining car of a historic train. You must book this place! It is worth every penny spent and we are not affluent an affluent couple. Splurge on this one. I've only touched on the service and luxury you will experience.

Do not use this tour operator cancel trip on the day of our departure and took our money
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS TOUR OPERATOR!!!!!!WARNING !!!!! Six of us ladies decided to take a Safari trip in Kenya. I selected this tour operator and we paid full in advance 6 ladies at $3000 per person. Prior to leaving I was emailing and calling on WhatsApp no answer from Mwanje. On the day of our departure he emailed me to cancel the trip.

Very friendly and did his best to make our trip special - forever grateful to him.
The tour guide was very friendly and did his best to make us see all the animals and areas of the national parks. We managed to see all of the big 5!
Our accomodation was fantastic, especially the one near Maasai Mara. The staff were very friendly.

An amazing encounter! For those of us who were experiencing GIRAFFE SIGHTS AFRICA and this magnificent country for the first time, it was an ideal journey. You will be astounded by the breathtaking vegetation and fauna during the excursion. We appreciate GIRAFFE SIGHTS AFRICA's vacation planning experience. He gave us an introduction to the regional delicacies, the various animal species we saw, and the answers to all of our inquiries concerning Ugandan customs, habits, and culture. I suggest Herbert and GIRAFFE SIGHTS AFRICA to learn about Uganda.

Very relatable and professional
I flew with my two children for a one-day safari from Zanzibar to Mikumi.. I was impressed that the company is very, very reliable and professional. The pickup from the hotel was on time, while the company representative professionally took care of everything required until we boarded the plane. Eric, the great safari guide, was very professional. He was waiting for us at the Mikumi reserve. We spent an amazing day that left us with an unforgettable positive experience. Later, Upon our return to Zanzibar, the driver was just as impressive, waiting for us at the airport and driving us towards our hotel. The service we have experienced was mentioned, was kind and professional. LeKobe is Highly recommended!!!

Better than we ever expected
Our guides Chris and Goodwill gave us the experience of a lifetime! We saw an amazing variety of animals in awe inspiring numbers thanks to their excellent spotting. Chris never seemed to run out of new information about what we were seeing. I have never eaten so much excellent food. I had high hopes for my dream trip to Africa, and this trip far exceeded my wildest dreams.
Extra points to Chis and Goodwill for treating our rowdy group of 6 women like queens all week long.
