Lovely and trustworthy person with a great sense of humour
5/5

We went to Bongani safari and stayed there for a week at his ressourt.
It had been lovely and joyful experience for my wife, our 9 year old and me. He and his team are very gentle, caretaker and cone with a good sense of humour though.

He was referred to by my former manager (as a student I worked in Cape Town 20 years back from now).

Everything else, like the food, the accommodation with bathroom and sleeping as well as the surrounding like safety and accompany was well and appreciated.

Should you think of going to see the Kruger and ask for a well skilled team to support and guide you, then this will be your place!!

Well organised, personalised and really informative
5/5

We went on a 15 day safari in February. We ( my wife and I) were worried we had overdone the safari bit and might get bored - not a bit of it. Every day was different, varied and exciting. John our guide and baby sitter for the whole time was extremely patient (stopping the truck for every bird in Kenya) always managed somehow to get the best spot and rather than bagging animals was happy to stop and spend time absorbing both the animal and the environment. The lodges were all great to fantastic ( Especially Sopa Lake Naivasha and Maisha at Ol Pejeta). Only downside was the travelling in between parks but I don’t think Earthlings can do anything about that!! Stand out park for us was Samburu, the landscape and variety of animals and birds was out of this world. Thanks to Earthwings and especially John for looking after us so brilliantly.

Very warm and pleasant experience
5/5

I traveled solo for 4 days to Victoria Falls. I chose Customise Travel because it matched my preselected highlights and offered a very good balance of everything.

Here is my summary:

1. The tour was perfectly structured with time to relax and enjoy activities.

2. Fully customizable – I requested a different lodge and one extra activity.

3. Truly private – this isn't a big agency, so I received full attention. This fact should be advertised more.

4. Brian is a great host, very caring and attentive but not overly so. 😊

5. You get this all for very reasonable price (comparing to big agencies with no flexibility, with big groups and standard services)

Thanks to Brian and his lovely family

The Best in Tanzania
5/5

Planning our trip with Amos the Director Migration Venture Africa was smooth and easy. We loved that he was very patient during the back and forth of emails, voice calls and everything that it took to get all the details right. We are a large family and traveling together with my parents and our teenage children (12 pax) required a lot of fine tuning to get everything right with rooms, dietary restrictions, allergies and the many little details. I am happy that we went with Migration Venture Africa because Amos got everything right, down to the last detail.
We are really happy with our guides - Bonny & Peter. They were careful and solid in their driving on the public roads and in the parks too. They gave us an enjoyable show of the best in Tanzania. We saw countless wild animals, different birds species and held amazing picnics in locations that can only be found on the National Geographic.
The resorts were totally first class. We particularly fell in love with Lake Ndutu Luxury Tented Lodge and Entamanu in Ngorongoro. They were out of this world and spared no effort to wow us.
I highly recommend Migration Venture Africa. They are the real deal!

Went the extra mile to assure we got memories for life
5/5

Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We saw all big 5!
Lion, Buffalo, Rhino, Elephant and the Leopard.

And a lot of other animals including Zebra, Giraffe and wild beast.

It was so easy to communicate with Oscar beforehand and after, and definitely went the extra miles to meet our needs and make it as smooth as possible for us.

Further on the Guide did a great job sharing his knowledge, building the excitement and making sure that we got to see the animals as close as possible and getting the angles for the photos.

Would definitely use this company again, and so should you

A Family Safari to Remember – Thank You, Viccation!

Our trip to South Luangwa was truly the adventure of a lifetime, thanks to the incredible planning and attention to detail from Viccation Travel. From the moment we inquired about the trip, Sihle, our travel planner, made everything effortless. She carefully crafted an itinerary that suited our family, ensuring we stayed at a wonderful tented camp that was perfect for our 8-year-old and 11-year-old children.

The camp itself was beautiful and welcoming, offering just the right balance of comfort and adventure. Our kids were absolutely thrilled—watching elephants wander near our tent and listening to the sounds of the wild at night was an experience they'll never forget.

Every game drive was an unforgettable experience. We were lucky to see lions on a morning hunt, a herd of elephants crossing the Luangwa River, and even a leopard on a thrilling night safari! The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and made every sighting even more special with their storytelling and deep understanding of wildlife.

After five magical nights, we all agreed—this was the best safari we’ve ever had! Thank you, Viccation Travel, for making this trip so seamless and memorable. We will absolutely be back for another adventure soon!

Highly recommended for families and safari lovers alike!

The most special and exceptional trip
5/5

From the moment we decided to book our honeymoon with Habitat Adventures Travel the communication was excellent from the team. When I initially reached out to them I received a personalised itinerary within a few hours which included the entire cost breakdown and a description of exactly what each day would include and what accommodation we would be staying in. This made the booking process very easy. We booked a 7 day luxury honeymoon safari. Any question I had prior to our trip was answered promptly from Mangia from the office team, and any query was sorted out extremely promptly. The team were easily contacted via email and WhatsApp.

We arrived at the airport and were greeted by a driver who took us to our first hotel - Meliá Arusha. This transfer was organised by the company and was smooth. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were met by Mangia and Cornelia who presented us with a beautiful personalised wedding gift from the company and gave us the safari brief. We were blown away by such a warm welcome and we felt incredibly welcomed to Tanzania.

The following day we met our guide, Fredy, at the agreed time in the hotel lobby. Fredy was our safari guide throughout our trip and words cannot describe how good he is at his job. His knowledge and passion for wildlife was inspiring. Fredy went out of his way to ensure we had the most special experience. He was so professional in every way and nothing was ever too much trouble. His English was exceptional and he was also great fun. Fredy met us every morning with a smile and his energy and excitement for our game drives was fantastic. Fredy took us around the national parks including Serengeti, lake Manyara and Ngorongoro and we managed to see not only the big 5 but also 7 cheetahs! Fredy knew exactly what routes to take in order for us to have the best chance of seeing as many animals as possible. We could not have imagined a more special experience and by the end of the trip we felt like friends. Fredy left us to the airport and even took us to see a local art centre to bide some time when our flight was unexpectedly delayed. He even waited until we got through security before leaving to ensure everything went to plan.

We stayed in 3 hotels during our stay - Meliá Arusha, Kilimamoja Lodge and Four Seasons Serengeti. All 3 properties exceeded our expectations. Meliá was clean, comfortable and of a high standard in Arusha. Kilimamoja was in a superb location with breathtaking views and exceptional service from the staff. Four Seasons in Serengeti was unforgettable, with views of the animals from our rooms and from the restaurant.

The food we had during our trip was great, the food in all of the restaurants was excellent and the packed lunches we had on safari were also of very high quality.

In terms of value for money I couldn’t recommend this trip highly enough. For what we received in this trip I think it was extremely good value for money. The price was reasonable particularly given the luxury hotels we were staying in, game drives all day every day, and all of our meals. There were no hidden costs.

Overall - if you are thinking of booking with Habitat Adventures Travel - do not hesitate, book now! A company which is reliable, trustworthy and genuinely cares about its guests. We will never forget our experience!!
