Awesome Support On Our Kilimanjaro Climbing Trip
5/5

Climbing Kilimanjaro was an incredible, life-changing, and rewarding adventure. Our hosts at Zara Tanzania Adventures handled everything, removing any stressful, unsafe, or emotionally draining moments from our trip. The crew was excellent, from the guides and porters to our cook, Stephen. They were all stand-up gentlemen who took our safety, comfort, and successful summit attempt seriously. They played a huge part in our successful summit. I also appreciate the excellent equipment provided, sufficient food and supplies, and we were blessed with good weather. We are happy to have chosen Zara because they are the best!

🌍 Family Trip to Tanzania & Kenya with Beyond The Plains
5/5

Our recent family trip from India to Tanzania and Kenya with our 6-year-old was truly unforgettable, thanks to Linet from Beyond The Plains, who took care of every single detail — from our accommodations, domestic flights, meals, drinking water, to private vehicles and knowledgeable guide-cum-drivers at every destination --- making our journey completely seamless.
We had requested specific meal preferences (only vegetables, eggs, chicken, and fish — no meat, pork and beef), and Linet ensured this was perfectly taken care of everywhere we stayed. The food was always fresh and well served.

We loved exploring both the Serengeti National Park (Tanzania) and Masai Mara National Reserve (Kenya) — each offered breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife. In Tanzania, Serval Wildlife was a must visit with kids! In Kenya, we also enjoyed Lake Naivasha and Amboseli National Park.

A special mention to some amazing people who made this trip even more memorable:

Renga (Tanzania) – our friendly driver in Arusha who made our transfers comfortable and pleasant.

Issac at Serval Wildlife (Tanzania) – a wonderful host who made our stay truly special. He was extremely caring, ensured we covered the maximum possible experiences in a short time, and looked after our daughter throughout our stay — something we will always remember.

Aaron (Tanzania) – our guide and driver at Serengeti, who impressed us with his deep knowledge of wildlife. Every time we encountered an animal or bird, he shared fascinating insights. Thanks to him, we spotted more than 25+ species during our Serengeti safari!

Ben (Kenya) – a nice guide-cum-driver who accompanied us throughout our Kenya journey from Masai Mara to Amboseli, making sure everything went smoothly.

The only thing we missed was spotting a Rhino in the open wild. They have been moved to protected zones for safety, which would require another full day’s trip — something we weren't aware of and hence couldn’t fit into our packed itinerary. Hopefully, we’ll return in a few years when our daughter is a bit older to complete that circle of “Big Five” sightings!

Once again, heartfelt thanks to Linet and the Beyond The Plains team for organizing such a seamless and memorable family adventure and even helping us share our appreciation tips with our guides, as we couldn’t carry cash during travel.

It was a truly special experience that we’ll cherish forever! ❤️
Highly recommend Beyond The Plains for a seamless, family-friendly African safari! 🌍✨

Magical Stay at Aklahama Reserve planned by Indigo Safari
5/5

It was our first stay in South Africa and we were just overwhelmed with the different places to go for a safari. So we found Indigo Safari online and contacted them for some advise. Our tour planner (Matthew O'Brien) got in contact very quickly and asked for our individual wishes and then prepared a few options for our safari. We quickly picked one near P.E. because this was the end of our Garden Route Tour. Indigo Safari also planned the transfer from P.E to the Woodbury Lodge in Aklahama Game Reserve - which was perfect for us and everything went like planned.
We told Matthew that it is our honeymoon and also my 30th birthday during the stay - they actually told the lodge so that we had some surprises during our time in the lodge - we love everything about the tour. We had a a lot of fun with the rangers and during the Game Drives. The Lodge had everything we asked for and was super comfortable. The service could not have been better.
So an overall 5 Stars for our Safari stay planned by Indigo Safari - and even though its not the Krüger Nationalpark - we did see soo many animals.

A special thanks to Matthew, who was always available for all our concerns. We definitely recommend to plan with Indigo Safari.

Very helpful with everything.
5/5

This was the most perfect safari tour. Mary slopes prepared everything for us during the whole tour, food, drinks, tents and sleeping bags. We didn’t have to worry about anything more than just enjoying the views. We had the best guide, chef and group. It was definitely worth the money. We had contact with Jerome prior to our tour and he was very friends and answered all of our questions.

Excellent tour guides and competitively priced.
5/5

We had an amazing time on the 3 day Safari of Maasai Mara with our driver Brian! We organised this at late notice - and managed to get a great price and the booking process was very easy.

Brian was an excellent driver and guide during our tour. He is very friendly, laid-back and informative and he always had a smile on his face even after a whole day driving. Brian had great knowledge of the Maasai Mara and where to find all the animals. I can't really think of any animals we didn't manage to see - as we saw lions, zebras, wildebeasts, leopard, cheetahs, elephants, vultures, impalas, antelopes and elands, hippos and crocodiles. Brian was very accommodating to what our tour group wanted to see each day and made sure everyone was happy.

Brian's driving was very professional - especially having to navigate some of the trickier roads in and around the Maasai Mara. His car had WIFI which was a nice bonus and I would recommend requesting his playlist of Kenyan reggaeton. I would highly recommend Brian as a your safari tour guide and will certainly be recommending him to my friends when they come and visit Kenya and the Maasai Mara.

Very friendly tour guide and always in a good mood to accommodate everyone’s need and keeping everyone happy.

We did a 3 day tour with Axis Africa Expedition & Safari. Our guide Kush was a brilliant driver and was very knowledgeable. With his help we were able to see the big 5, including an amazing up close encounter with lions feeding, a memory that will last forever! I highly recommend this experience. Thank you Kush and Axis Africa Expedition & Safari.
