Appreciation for the Honest and Sincere Support from the Staff and the Leopard Orchid Safaris
We were scheduled to join the 8-Day Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru, and Masai Mara Expedition with Leopard Orchid Safaris in September 2025, as a family of three — my wife, our two-year-old son, and myself.
Before booking, we compared several tour companies, as this was going to be our very first safari trip with a small child. We were looking for a company we could truly trust.
Our consultant, Mr. Elijah, responded quickly and always answered our many questions with patience and professionalism. His honest and thoughtful communication made us decide to book with Leopard Orchid Safaris.
Unfortunately, several days before our departure, I suffered a serious injury, and we were forced to cancel our long-awaited safari. The doctor confirmed that traveling was not possible.
Even though it was a last-minute cancellation, Leopard Orchid Safaris handled all hotel and tour cancellations promptly and kindly arranged a refund of most of our deposit, which we had not expected at all.
We were deeply moved by their sincerity and fairness in handling the situation.
Once I fully recovers, we would love to book our safari again with Leopard Orchid Safaris.
We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks once again to Mr. Elijah for his understanding and genuine support throughout this experience.

Vowland is marvellous!
I just got back from three unforgettable days exploring Dankil and the Tigray churches. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences of my life! The Erta Ale volcano, with its constant smoke and glow, was breathtaking. Dallol and the salt lakes were beyond stunning like being on another planet.
The whole trip was amazing, especially the hike up to Abune Yemata Guh, the incredible skyscraper church climbing up those rocks to reach such a sacred place felt unreal.
I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Attentive, thoughtful and efficient.
Our safari with Good Secrets Safaris was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire 11 day trip felt so well planned. Elsy worked diligently to create a private itinerary for our group of 4 that flowed perfectly. We opted for slightly better lodging which she found for each of our overnight stays. Each lodge we stayed in was comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully chosen. The lodge at Ol Pejeta, Sweet Water Serena Camp was by far our favorite.
What stood out most was how safe and cared for we felt the entire time. Our guide was not only knowledgeable and professional but also warm and attentive, making every day both fun and meaningful. Solomon became a part of our group and not just our guide. We never had to worry about a thing — we could simply relax and enjoy the incredible wildlife and landscapes of Kenya. Solomon especially made the experience with the elephants in Amboseli amazing, getting us very close to a variety of herds and of course Micheal, one of the oldest elephants in the park.
We came home with amazing memories and a deep appreciation for the care and thought that went into creating this experience. We highly recommend Good Secrets Safaris to anyone looking for a truly personal and memorable safari adventure.

A proper representer of African and Kenyan people, such a great guy.
It‘s a lifetime experience that not everybody get to have. I was left speechless by the wild nature in Masai Mara national park and that thanks to our amazing guide Papa Johns. This guy made our trip here unforgettable and enriched it not only with the professionalism shown during the tour, but also with the genuine connection he established with us, showing the true spirit of African people.

Mournic Adventures provided an outstanding travel experience
We travelled to Kenya for a luxury safari that was exceptionally well coordinated by Mournic Adventures. Our journey took us to the Masai Mara, where we thoroughly enjoyed the game drives and experienced nature at its finest. The same remarkable experience continued at Lake Nakuru National Park.

Horrible Customer Service
I have only bad things to say about our experience and I would genuinely advise people to book with any other company than this one. Maureens inability to communicate caused so much stress on our trip that I seriously regret ever booking with them.
In an attempt to summarise; she cancelled our multiple day safari less than 24hrs before (our whole trip was planned around it). BUT, she actually insisted that we cancel, meaning I couldn’t get my money back for a week since it looked like I was cancelling, and needed us to rebook on a different system now, with money I didn’t have ($1,000+ of unplanned cost). All this while we were on an 18hr bus with limited internet, after which we were supposed to be picked up for this now unlikely to happen tour.
Maureen is worse than a robot. She lacks any empathy or customer service ability at all. I constantly had to repeat myself 5+ times and still she would get it wrong. It took 8 hours of back and forth communication to rebook the trip. After 6hrs it had been said easily 10 times that we would definitely be doing it, she took our dietary preferences and options choices (again) and I reconfirmed once again when and where the pickup was.
Only for me to find out 2hrs later she had in fact not booked us in. The website doesn’t work, especially with bad internet. They have no problem cancelling last minute, and they will bring you only stress if you’re unfortunate enough to ever speak to them.
Please please please do yourself a favour and book literally anywhere else. Our trip would have been so much less stressful if we had. As a broker of local safari guides they offer you no benefit for their hyper inflated price.
After her causing us the worst, most stressful day of our trip, by sending us confusing messages for 8+hrs in the knowledge that we were currently travelling to the safari with little to no internet, I think shame on her and have since hoped that some manager would please read that chain of messages to see how bad of a job was done that day. Unacceptably low standards.
You can understand my shock too when I got a final message from her today asking for a review. I normally keep things positive, but in this case I’ve nothing positive to add.

Reliable and responsive. Everything was planned out well. Felt safe.
Frank was very responsive by email. Since we have to pay a deposit pretty well in advance, even if we had credit card protection, it is well over 90 days. This company is very trustworthy and everything was planned out well and as expected. Communication is key and they’ve done it very well.

He was really helpful throughout the whole thing
Great communication even before the plan. We had tochange our plans a lot still they were really understanding towards us and kindly changed plans in a convenient way for us. Really great value for the money. Our tour guide Rickus was really amazing and very much reliable. The tour was also really amazing we had so much fun got to see a lot of animals they also tried their best to show us most of it. Would hundred percent recommend this.
