Experienced, flexible, knowledgable and welcoming tour provider
We booked a private tour with Ramja Safaris. They arrived very promptly at our accommodation to collect us and Steve also came to welcome us. Our guide, Patrick, was extremely knowledgable about all things Mara as well as offering us excellent extra information about Kenya that was really interesting. He was above and beyond in being welcome, friendly and made us feel right at home on the trip and in Kenya. Patrick was an excellent driver and knew all the spots, best ways to get photos if that's what we wanted, and accommodated the animals that we wanted to spend time seeing more of.
Ramja were very flexible with timings and how we arranged our different days, and booked us an incredible lodge to stay in. They are an incredibly experienced team and it really shows.
The whole experience was above and beyond what we could have hoped for, thank you Steve and Patrick and the whole Ramja team!

Zanzi Trekking and Safaris was amazing! Justin and David were great guides and were very helpful and kind all throughout our climbs of both Mt. Meru and Kilimanjaro. They were very motivating and felt more like friends because of how personable they were from eating with us to talking with us as we were hiking. The rest of the team was also wonderful. Calvin, Dominick, Lazaro, Preygod, Tumaini, Elisha, Matayo, and the chef were always on time and we could not have done it without them. I highly recommend this company!

The tour started right on time and my guide, Thomas, was a fantastic companion for the day. We have done the whole programme in a way that accommodates for your needs (for example, spending more time in the Apartheid Museum, to really view all the exhibition) and being flexible when we were seeing other sight! So accommodating, fun and courteous.
Brian was the best! He made sure we were able to have an amazing experience in our grad student budget. He scheduled everything perfectly and made sure we were taken care of the whole trip. Traveling abroad as two young women can be daunting and Brian made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. He is so kind, friendly and informative about the area as he is a local Zimbabwean. Could not recommend him more or have had a better experience!

The 4 day luxury package was a wonderful experience. The highlight was the Panoramic Day Trip. It was wonderful and our trip director, Great, was the best!!! He made our day go from good to GREAT!!!
