Good travel agent organisation very quick at responding
Lucy from Global Connect Travel and Tours booked our trip to Zanzibar for the family, she was really quick and responsive to messages and was able to send me all the necessary confirmations required. I really admired how prompt she was at helping us and getting things done.
However, there were a few things I think that a travel agent could have sorted out in advance such as informing us that we needed to add a child ticket to our plane ticket as this caused us to miss our flight. Overall great service but somethings could be improved to ensure smooth travels.

Very kind people!
We had an amazing experience with the guides and the scenery! The information given by the administration wasn’t the best.

Good
Good tours. I will improve on detail info the day before. On what to expect and times of arrivals and departure.
Good guides.

Amazing Travel Planner
The ASM/Trekkup team were amazing during the enirity of the trip. From the beginning to the ebd we enjoyed the trip. I cannot comment enough about their hospitality and accommodating nature of ASM team. We loved the game drives, the evening crusie.
I personally would ahve preferred to spent a full day in Zambia and Bostwana.
It was a well packed schedule. The visit tk the Victoria falls on the Zimbabwean side could ahve been done on the last day but again it is a personal preference.
We appreciate everything Arthur and the team has done for us.
Thansk again for organising a beautiful trip.

Review about Tarangire National Park by Laura & Marc
Tarangire surprised us with its beauty and charm. The abundance of baobab trees and the large elephant herds made it stand out. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the park, as it felt less crowded compared to others. Simon ensured we had excellent sightings of giraffes, birds, and even a few lions. It was the perfect end to our safari adventure.

BEST MEMORY OF OUR LIVES
I would like to thank the Safari with Us team for their professionalism. We came across their site by chance after searching for a tour operator for several days. It was a great discovery, with a responsive and professional team.
Thank you for this moment.

Reliable and fun tour operator with a good value for money
Our Budget Group Safari was an unforgettable experience. During the 6 days went to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli. Our highlight was Masai Mara. We were able to see the Big Five 😊
Our guide Moses knew everything about the animals, was very motivated in finding them and kept the group enterntained with his humour.
The car was a bit old though.
We were a bit surprised that we did not stay with the same group for the whole Safari. It makes sense, but sometimes you might lose some time waiting for new people to join. It did not bother us, it is just something you maybe should be prepared for when booking the group safari. We think it is the same with all Budget Tour Operators.
The accomodations were good, we especially liked the Mara Enkorok Camp (it was an upgrade which we don’t regret). We can also recommend the massage at Hills Court Hotel!

Kenya is an amazing country to visit
The trip itself flowed seamlessly and we didn't have to think about any logistics, we could just enjoy the experience. Our travel planner Susan was attentive to our likes/wants/needs and made sure our trip came together wonderfully. We were a small group of 7 people in the same 4x4 which is enough in terms of space. Please note that we bring max. 70 cm luggage per couple. Otherwise there is no more room for the luggage in the vehicle. The driver was young and attentive and good to follow up animal leads. We saw big 5, Ugly 5. The roads in Kenya are not good and there are separated roads only in the large cities. While traveling between camps the driver needs to pass lots of trucks in a row. Hotels were 4-star except one in Naivasha which is changed at the last minute. It was not a good hotel although its location is perfect. Amboseli part is far and difficult road, better to think twice. I believe after visiting Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara no need to go Amboseli as the number of animals are much less than both reserves. Well I can recommend a more slower pace such as 8-days only Masai Mara and ake Nakuru.

Review about Lake Nakuru National Park by Emma
We saw Rhino in this park. It is one of the best places to see them in Kenya!
