The driver is very professional. We saw all the animals! The people in the company are also very enthusiastic!! We also gave us customized cups and clothes, which are very cool!!

AMAZING TOUR WITH JACKSON
Jackson is a master. He is super professional, never forgetting to completely satisfy clients needs.
We got a chance to visit Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro always with Jackson by our side and it was the best choice we could ever made. He truly did everything to make us witness every aspect of those beautiful lands, including the Masai culture. He is a very good driver, we all always felt safe. And that is something special.

They are very involved in the tour!
The tour was amazing! Everything was organized and there were no worries (hakuna matata!). We had food, good nights and an amazing guide (Kisamu).
The communication was done properly, service was good, we got what we paid for and tour was reliable. Only sometimes we had to be alert if the tour was going like our itinerary said.

This was one of the best trips i have booked. Kevin our guide was great. We got to see lots of animals and 4 out of 5 of the big five. He answered all our questions. The hotel accommodation booked were great and was over all a great experience.

We enjoyed one of the most amazing family trips-of-a-lifetime thanks to Tanzania Horizon Safaris, a Tanzanian-operated company. I was glad to be able to work directly with a local company instead of adding another layer of a US travel agent – and to work with people who knew their staff and locations well.
Super kudos go to Elizabeth, the guest/sales manager, who helped tailor our schedule to facilitate specific travel interests and needs. Our trip took us to Gombe; followed by a multi-day stay in Taranguire National Park, Serengeti National Park, the Southern Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater; and a final stop in Moshi to see Mount Kilimanjaro. Elizabeth proved to be an excellent communicator who had great insights into travel times, medical needs, price requests, and a separate trip up to the Kenyan border so that one of my daughters could return to her work. She answered countless questions and was patient and thoughtful throughout. Payment for the trip was easy and secure and the Trip Plans ap was useful. I also appreciated being able to contact Elizabeth during the trip when I had questions – and her responses, per usual, were timely and helpful. I had read about Elizabeth’s top-level service when looking for safari companies – and I can confirm that she is really that good.
The two-day trip to Gombe was a highlight as we ended up being the only overnight visitors to the park. The guide and cook were fantastic. As a bonus, we ended up meeting with one of the researchers at the Jane Goodall Institute onsite to learn about the ongoing studies. Viewing the chimpanzees was truly magical – and the two hikes plus waterfall hike were strenuous but breath-taking.
Our trip through Taranguire, the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Conservancy and Crater were also amazing. Our guide, Kazi, works directly with the company – and has served as a guide for 16 years. Kazi proved to be an excellent driver as we went through everything from dusty roads to torrential rainfalls. He became part of our family trip as we asked him to join us for our breakfasts and dinners at the lodges. We had wonderful conversations with him and enjoyed his sly sense of humor. We saw the animals up close – including a cheetah – and even got to experience part of the great migration (not in of our plans) with thousands of zebra and wildebeest returning to give birth in the area. Our lodgings during the safari were simply amazing – even though we opted for basic lodging that provided overnight electricity and WiFi. That Elizabeth knew these places personally and could recommend them was an added-plus.
I highly recommend Elizabeth and her team at Tanzania Horizon Safaris. They made our trip a phenomenal experience.

Clinton is the best, This tour was not possible without his professional help while booking.
Ozon Light tours did a great job arranging and tailoring our trip according to my needs and budget. They have a strong office team and very genuine people who will work for you to make your trip memorable. I will definitely book with them to see their beautiful country once again in future.
Pros:
1. Very punctual and responsive backend office team with any questions you have. I worked with Clinton and he is the best, Taking all my queries and getting back on time, If it was not for him, I wouldn’t have booked the tour.
2. Office team is in constant check with you through out the tour period to know if everything is going on fine and they try their best to make your trip great.
3. The package price is affordable compared to other company quotes and provides great service for your buck.
4. Our ride to and fro from airport was handled by Peter. He was very punctual and on time always. Clean and nice transfer vehicle.
5. Had a very good experience watching animals during safari with our guide. Had a special talent to get animals attention, which made up for couple of things which did not go well as per our expectations (described in the cons section)
6. You wont believe the toilets are very clean everywhere and kudos to the attenders who are on top of it. I am from America and I dont get to see this clean restrooms in some forest preserves or National parks here.
Cons:
1.Wish my safari guide was more punctual on time . Ozon tour should have some company logo shirt for the guide, so that travelers can identify them easily during pickup. My first day was horrible when he was late and not picking the phone, no communication from him either. We just passed by each other without knowing he is my tour guide.
2. My safari jeep was not par with the standard, kind of old which needed a serious upgrade. It broke down the very first day of my tour. Had to wait 2 hours in the middle of nowhere to get a replacement.
3. Charging port was broken in the jeep . I requested to get it fixed as access to power is critical even in the middle of the bush when you are out 10-12 hours for game drives and it was not fixed till the end of our tour.
4. Opening and closing the jeep windows and jeep doors as well was a pain because it was not lubricated properly, when asked my safari guide just put water on it, which made no difference.
5. There was a food mix up when beef was provided in our lunch when I specifically said NO BEEF!. They did their best to rectify the mistake from next day but I hope they paid some attention to my meal restrictions, which was very important to my family.

Exceptional organization and great experience!
We booked our honeymoon through Susan at Discover Africa and had a fabulous experience. The number of choices for lodges, activities, and places to go in southern Africa were overwhelming at first glance, and we found it really useful to have an experienced local talk us through some recommendations. They were very helpful and provided a range of options based on price and desired comfort level. In the end, we decided on going to South Africa, Zimbabwe (Vic Falls), and Botswana across a 2.5 week period. The organization of the tour was amazing, with Discover Africa providing a detailed itinerary and making all bookings ahead of time. We didn't ever need to worry about looking for taxis, which was particularly useful when arriving at the airport in a new country for the first time. Susan checked in with us via whatsapp every couple days to make sure that everything was going smoothly, and quickly responded to any of our questions. My wife and I agreed that one of the best things about doing the trip with Discover Africa was that they helped us book accomodation that was more intimate, which made the honeymoon really special. The safaris, the views, the food, and tours were all amazing - a small taste of southern Africa that has made us want to come back as soon as we can. Thanks to Susan and the team for a great trip!

Serengeti smile is professional—Jeremiah gave us excellent planning advice and booked the hotel we wanted, making the trip perfect. Dedicated drivers Ima and Domy guided us to find all the animals we hoped to see with their sharp eyesight, even introducing them through books. We witnessed a thrilling hunt, which was unforgettable! Despite the tiring safari, I felt completely satisfied.
