Excellent service. Excellent driver, and they gave me a guide in Spanish
It was all excellent. Before the trip, Juventus was very attentive to everything. When I arrived at the airport, he waited for me at the exit along with the driver and the guide. Later on the safari, The driver (Max) was a damn genius at driving. And our guide in Spanish (Daniel) assisted us and informed us of everything we asked him, always with great humor! I strongly recommend this company!

These guys are awesome
Daniel is great. He was completely transparent and accommodating from when we started planning the Safari in May to when we arrived in December. He answered all our questions via Whats app as we applied for visas and travel insurance which is required to travel to Zanzibar on the final leg of our tour. And the quoted price only changed as we added activities like a dawn ballonride over the sarengeti.
All of his booked accomodations including the Safari Camp and Hotels and guest houses where top notch and everything exceeded our expectations. All the accomdations were all inclusive including breakfast, lunch on safari and Dinner. which made the trip so enjoyable as we didnt have to consider where or how to eat. Food was great everywhere as well with vegan, and gluten free options at every meal.
Fisoo our safari driver was also such a good guide and so knowledgeable and aware of our comfort. Everyday he showed up the Landcruiser was completely clean and detailed. He really takes pride in everything he does. He even took us to a market to puchase a new suitcase and did all the haggling for us. We now consider them both lifelong friends
We are already planning another trip back and this time adult kids in tow as we really want them to share in this fabulous experience

The best guide for Mont Kenya!
We had an amazing moment with Tillman during our 1 day tour of Mont Kenya. He took the time to explain us everything: what we see, the flowers, the weather. He answered all our questions. He adapted the rythm regarding our level and we spent an amazing day!

An amazing time on a 7 day private Safari, staying both inside Kruger in 3 camps in ensuited Bungalows with airconditioning (which we needed), and outside Kruger in a private gamepark, so we had the best of both worlds. Because of our timeline and where we wanted to go we had to use a tour operator that could organise this. I had concerns about that but with a few emails back and forth Thale had everything planned for us. The experience of a private tour was good. We flew from and back to Johannesburg rather than do the road trip to Kruger. Rafael, our guide/driver inside Kruger was so knowledgeable about everything, plants, insects, birds and the animals. The big animals are what most people come to see and we did have great success with that but birding (which was of interest) was great too with our guide. Through Kruger the days were long. We had gamedrives at 4.30am and then often moving between camps so drives through the day and then evening also but there is always the excitement of seeing wildlife. It was also very hot when we were there. We saw the big 5 but also much more. The gamepark allowed for a different perspective with their group drives and experiences. She understood the balance I wanted exploring Cape Town and safari and the ensured as a solo traveler I had tours and transferred pre booked. I felt safe the whole time and loved all the accommodation and tours/ safari booked. Most of all Susan made me feel really well looked after, she was responsive when I had questions and contactable when some weather issues arose ensuring a plan B was available while luckily I didn’t need.

Once in a lifetime experience!
To celebrate my mother's 80th birthday, our family embarked on an 8-day safari trip with Lionking Adventures. There were 15 of us, ranging in age from 10 to 80, traveling in three cars with three guides/drivers. We visited Tarangire National Park, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. We stayed at five different lodges and on January 1st, we flew over the vast Serengeti plains in a hot air balloon.
In Tarangire National Park, we saw a variety of wildlife. In the Serengeti, we witnessed the vast landscape and the migration of hundreds of thousands of zebras and wildebeests heading to the southern plains to have their babies, with other animals scattered everywhere. Our final park visit was to Ngorongoro Crater, where the landscape was incredibly beautiful. Among other things, we saw five rhinos, completing our search for the Big Five (elephant, buffalo, black rhinoceros, lion, and leopard).
The lodges we stayed in each had unique characteristics, with Manyara's Secret and Nyota Luxury Camp being the most amazing. Sitting outside the lodges and watching animals like zebras, giraffes, and buffalo casually roam around was incredible. Flying over herds of zebras and wildebeests on the first day of the year was indescribable, with people below shouting "Happy New Year" from below.
I give Lionking Adventures my highest recommendations. The office (Pendo) who planned the trip for us was very helpful in organizing the trip for our group. Our guides Ozzy, Salehe, and Geoffrey were amazing. They did everything they could to give us the best experience. They knew everything about the animals and did an amazing job of sharing it in a way that made everything interesting and easy to understand.
The cars were extremely clean and well-equipped, always filled with cold drinks, and the meals were very good. They planned the days well and went above and beyond every step of the way to make them as interesting as possible. Salehe, who was in charge of the children's car, deserves a medal for his patience and for giving them so much fun the whole time.
We will cherish this trip for as long as we live.
