We booked tge trip already back home (made a reservation) snd when we arrived in Uganda just finished all details. The driver picked us up at the right time drove us safe to the park and also provided drinks and snacks. When we returned he took us to the restaurant for lunch which was delicious! We were party of six and I can recommed in the name of all of us to book the Gorilla trip with this tour opertator.

February is the off-peak season in Kenya, and we, six adults from USA with one ADULT from Kenya, embarked on this journey. Although we opted for a shared itinerary, there were no other guests, so the seven of us had a vehicle all to ourselves, making the trip exceptionally comfortable. Prior to the trip, Fredrick Director,from the travel agency was extremely patient in answering all my questions via email. The camp accommodations throughout the journey were just as promised at the time of booking, truly excellent. After a long day of Safari, we were all well taken care of with great service. I would especially recommend our guide, His driving skills are top-notch, and he is incredibly adept at spotting animals, ensuring we saw all the wildlife we wished to see. He also sought out the best spots for photography, catering to our photographic needs. Moreover, He was warm-hearted and cheerful, always ready to assist other drivers during the trip, gathering more animal intelligence, and sharing his knowledge with us in a very professional manner. I have already recommended Him to my friends, and we are likely to visit again! It was truly an exceptional trip!

I travelled to Rwanda for work but did not want to leave the country without doing a Kigali city tour and visit the famous Volcano National Park - home to the famous mountain gorillas, golden monkeys and the resting place of Dian Fossey. Good organized and for the price a very good tour
We booked the 6-day tour and can 100% recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend 5000 euros on a safari. Everything was superbly organized and ran smoothly. You should be aware that you have to be prepared for long distances in the car. In the 6 days, we definitely spent 20 hours in the car (to get from one place to another, excluding the safaris). It wasn't a problem for us, but you should be prepared for it. The accommodations were basic but clean, and the food was typically African (mostly rice with vegetables/meat). In the morning, there was bread with jam. We usually met at 6 AM in the morning. All in all, we had a great time with Robert and recommend the trip to all low-budget travelers. Just Amazing!
The safari was well organized! All was great, from transfer, flight, safari, and back to the hotel! If you need info you can reach Plex very easy!
The safari was amazing! We saw 4 of the big 5 (5th not living in this area). The guide was very kind and explained a lot! He also took care that the animals aren’t disrupt in their natural habitat!
There was water, soda and some beers available in the truck.
We recommend Plex 100%! This adventure you don’t want to miss!
