The safari was great!
Everything was perfect besides two small details... during the safari we had two drivers. The first one drove us during the time we were in Masai Mara. Althought our package said that water was included he didn't provide us any. Also the last day we were supposed to have an early game drive in Masai Mara but instead he told us we were driving directly away from the park.
The second driver was great, and the overall experience really good!

Quest Horizon is a big family that makes you feel like you are a part of it.
The organization was adequate: we had everything we needed, they were on time, they were professionnal.
The people were great: the guide was friendly, the communication was easy.
The food was incredible.
I went to Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park with Quest Horizon. The people were always great, the service was adequate and the overall experience was amazing. The guide really worked hard to make sure we see everything we wanted.

Well organized and customer oriented
Me and my family did a two day Safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro National Park. Since African Travel Tour is a very small organization I was directly in contact with the managing director and owner Abraham Akyoo. The communication with him was very smooth and he organized everything we requested. Another plus was the price-service ratio. African Travel Tour offered the best price because they organize shared Safaris which is more fun anyhow, because you get to know people and you are not alone in a big car. One minus, which all the agencies do, they bring you to these fancy tourist shops where you can buy highly priced crafts which usually cost a portion of it. Otherwise me and my family were happy to have booked our trip through African Travel Tour.

Safari camping tour
We are a couple and went on a 5 day safari - 3 nights camping. We were accompanied by four other people in the car + driver and cook (knowing that we spend a lot of time in it, the place was a bit limited). The safari was definitely worth it, we saw all the animals of the "Lion King" as in this movie. We were amazed every day!
Regarding camping, it is very basic and the facilities are rudimentary. The kitchen was not always up to standard (sometimes not enough, the lunches to be absolutely reviewed and the nonchalance of the cook). The guide is obviously more of a driver than an experienced guide but he was very kind and attentive.
Overall we enjoyed Safari for everything we discovered, nights spent in the savannah with the starry sky and beautiful encounters.
Good value for money.

Enjoyable safari vacation.
We had a good time visiting Uganda. We saw the chimpanzees in Kibale, lions and other animals in Queen Elizabeth National Park, and zebras in Lake Mburo. The highlight was our time with the gorillas in Bwindi. Dan - thank so much!

Overall, it was a very good trip planned in a very short time.
For a weekend trip, planned in 2 days, this was a good trip. Beautiful scenery, perfect weather, managed to see 4 of the big five. Transport and accommodation as expected.

Awesome experience
All good except few areas of improvement.
1. Electricity should be available in the camp 24 hours
2. Trash can should be available all arround in the camp
3. Food quality can be improved

Mikumi has a lot to offer
Watu Safaris is a professional organization. They listen to your needs and make the reservation easy.
The guide / driver drives safely and has a lot of knowledge about the wild animals, which of you will see a bunch at Mikumi National Park. The broken English of the guide can at times be hard to follow.
You really can see the animals Watu Safaris list on their website. Mikumi National Park is great for getting an overview of animals living in the savanna.
