It was a pervct tour and our guide Mohammed and our driver Christian made a perfect job
All we can say is that it was perfect. We had an german speeking young man his name is Mohammed and a young driver christian. This two smart guys want to show us everything of the beautiful places of the nationalparks, Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngororo Crater.
We saw all the BIG FIVE and much much more.
The only thing you want to go for a safari have to to know that you are not the only one at this place. At the parks there are many of jeeps on the way with tourists to take a look for the animals. So it can happen that there are 20 to 30 jeeps at one plce to look for a leoporad. But this is the buisness and not like 20 years ago. And this crowding ist everywhere. So you have to know it and dont be surpised.
Otherwise i want this trip and it was wonderful.

Exceptional personalized service and unforgettable wildlife adventure
Our experience with Habitat Adventure Travel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we reached out, their customer service was top-notch. They went above and beyond to modify the standard itinerary to meet our specific needs and wishes. Goodluck was incredibly prompt in our communications, ensuring daily during the trip that we were enjoying our experience.
Our guide, Erasto, was the best! He was not only a very skilled guide and driver, prioritizing our safety, but also answered our thousands of questions about local culture, guiding, and animal behaviors. He catered to our every need with a smile. Habitat Adventure Travel even surprised us with a birthday song and cake for one of our party's 78th birthday, making the trip even more special.
The sheer number and variety of animals we observed made every moment a positive and educational experience. The only thing they can't help us with is sorting through our thousands of photographs!
We are already planning a follow-up trip based on Erasto's recommendations and will not hesitate to recommend Habitat Adventure Travel to any prospective adventurers.

Excellent safari
Thanks to valley rocks tours for a well organized safari.
It was totally an amazing safari with Peter our guide who is well informed about animals and sceneries. Me and my friend met more than our expectations and would highly recommend the company.

Clarity, customization, responsiveness
Had a 3 nights tour in Nairobi-Masai Mara, with stay in a hotel in city centre in Nairobi and lodge in Mara North, several safari drives (half day in conservancy, full day in Masai Mara, walking safari) and tour to some key attractions (giraffe center, elephant orphanage)
Splendid Vacations with Rachael was very available from the beginning to customize our tour and keep it in line to our needs / budgets, finding the best possible options; proposal was indeed very custom made, and accompanied by all necessary details and info; once on the ground, Julius and Simon took us around on time / being at the right place when expected.
Very recommended!

Unforgettable experience tailored to our needs
The adventure of a lifetime. Derick is a great guide and tracker who will even track down travel companions. A campfire in the middle of the Serengeti would not have been the same without his stories. He always made sure that all our needs were met, so I brought back beautiful photos of wildlife from the trip. I ate better on the trip than at home. Adapting dishes to an individual diet was not a problem. Sulej in the kitchen is a magician and prepares incredibly tasty dishes. Anyone who gets up in the morning in the Serengeti and doesn't have warm buns baked by Sulej is missing out a lot. Sulej was also an invaluable help when shopping at the local market - he advised on products and helped negotiate prices. Alan showed us the charms of Arusha and made sure we had an interesting, comfortable time and that we brought home nice souvenirs. Thanks to the tireless work of our guides, we brought home tons of good memories.

This company is wonderful!
This tour was amazing from start to finish! I think we as far as time cut it soooo close doing a 3 day tour- We should have done a four day! But our travel guide, Precious made it possible!! We absolutely loved it, it’s a trip of a lifetime!

We had an amazing safari experience in Mikumi National Park! Our guide, Apollo, was fantastic—very f
The entire safari was extremely well-organized by the tour operator. The transfers—from the hotel to the airport, to the national park, and back—were smooth and hassle-free. Everything was perfectly planned, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without any worries.

Great service - very responsive - tailored a great bespoke itinerary to fit our timings and budget
We’d already booked our travel and had two and a bit days that we wanted to fit a Pilanesberg safari tour into. Shaun was very responsive, came up with useful suggestions and put together a great package for us. What we went for wasn’t cheap but felt like good value. We had an amazing time! Only minor criticism was that our driver was a new guy who wasn’t used to airport pickups and was quite late, leaving us hanging around at Jo’burg airport for a while. But I suspect we were just unlucky on that - and he was a good driver with some interesting stories (and fluent in 10 of the 11 official ZA languages!)

Absolutely amazing time with Josh Dreamland Safari
I have just returned from a 7-day safari with Josh Dreamland Safari (JDS) and I had an absolutely amazing time! I can honestly say that JDS is the best! JDS has all the necessary documents like a TALA license to carry out tourism activities in Tanzania, a TIN certificate, and BRELA registration, which they can send upon request.
From the first time I contacted Elizabeth and Angel regarding the safari until the end of my trip, the communication was excellent. Every day I had a message from Elizabeth to check if I was happy with the food, accommodation, etc. during my 7-day safari, which I thought was a nice touch.
Our safari guide (Godfrey) was great. He was our safari guide for a week, cultural and language educator, animal spotter, and most importantly, our new friend. We had a lot of fun and many laughs. Godfrey had more than 15 years of experience and knew where all the animals were. We saw all of the Big Five and much more--even some rare animals.
When talking to other guests in lodges that booked through big safari companies, we had definitely seen more animals.
I visited in February during the wildebeest and zebra migration, cub, and bird season (December to March). I saw so many cute baby elephants, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and giraffes. Many birds change to bright colors to attract partners during this time.
My trip was as follows:
Day 1 - Lake Manyara NP
Day 2 - Tarangire NP
Day 3-5 - Serengeti
Day 6 - Ngorongoro Crater
Day 7 - Hike to Materuni Waterfall and coffee plantation
Accommodation: We selected mid-range lodges, and all of them were different, but each was very special. If you are staying in lodges, a 40% deposit is payable and 20% if you are camping. We paid the deposit by credit card and the rest in cash when we arrived in Arusha.
Please be mindful that changes to the schedule do occasionally occur due to various reasons and feedback received from previous guests regarding the accommodation, food, etc.
Parks:
Lake Manyara National Park - small and cute but has many animals per square meter.
Lots and lots of animal sightings, too many to list. We pretty much lived in the 4x4 during game drives every day.
Tarangire NP - probably my least favorite due to very bumpy roads and fewer animal sightings per square meter, but it has pretty landscapes.
The Ngorongoro Crater was definitely a “don’t miss” park and was the only place I thought we would see a rhino. We also had a very close encounter with a few lions, large elephants, and later saw a herd of them quite close as well.
In the Serengeti, our sightings were unmatched, and in the evenings, we were serenaded every night with hyenas outside the tent. Escorts were mandatory here and for a good reason. One night I saw a large hippo munching on the grass on the walking path outside the tent.
The Materuni Waterfall hike and coffee plantation was a fun full day that I didn't want to end and say goodbye to my new friends from JDS.
I’ll end by saying one more thing I liked about Josh Dreamland Safari: the company is run by a woman (Angel) who is passionate about animals and giving back to the community. I had an absolutely amazing time in Tanzania with them and hope you do too.
