Personal service and advice!
Untamed Safaris were excellent to deal with from first contact. They came highly recommended by a friend who had had a similar experience for their Africa trip booked through Untamed Safaris. Rosanna and Ryan helped organise and book our trip. They were both great at working out what we were most interested in and how to make the most of our relatively short time in South Africa. They had excellent knowledge about flights, connections and a range of suggestions to consider. Their recommendations for day trips around Cape Town (where we were attending a conference) were excellent and they helped organise and book additional people from our conference to join these day trips, setting clear expectations of what they would involve (one was a hike up Table mountain which required a reasonable level of fitness, which was superb). The safari experiences they booked for us with Simbavati Hilltop Lodge and Simbavati Trails Camp were unbelievable. The first was a very luxury experience and the second was in a trail camp setting, but if anything was even more amazing in terms of hospitality and personal service given its remoteness. We highly recommend this company if you are contemplating a trip to Africa.

Well organized ... highly recommended
We have just returned from an overland trip through SA, Zimbabwe, Botswana up to Victoria Falls. It was amazing, several game drives, saw all the big 5 plus an abundance of wonderful wildlife. Great guides and excellent quality accommodation. Experiencing the landscape and people was also incredible.
Richard our Kiboko guide/driver was awesome. Always there for us with a smile and shared his knowledge of the history and regions. His driving skills through some very tuff days and atrocious roads was a credit to him. We always felt safe and trusted his instructions and he was always considering our needs. He organised our days to get the most out of them without being rushed and pushed around.

The safari was really nice, we are very happy with everything! The service, the guides (especially Habibo) and the food was ecxellent! It feels like you get a luxurious service the hole safari!

Great animals, great fun, great guide!
Had the best time on safari with our guide, Christian. He had great knowledge of the area and the animals, asked us what we wanted to see each day and travelled accordingly. He had great energy and humour and we felt like he was part of our group not just a driver/guide. We saw all the animals our group wanted to see and more.
We were also well fed with food and refreshments each day as part of our package.

This South African safari swept me off my feet.
I recently had the absolute privilege of staying at Ku Sungula Lodge for a 7-night safari experience, and it was worth every single penny. This is a true hidden gem that delivers far beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spectacular views and the incredible variety of wildlife. We saw practically all the animals we had hoped for — big cats, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, and an endless parade of plains game. The scenery is simply breathtaking at every turn. What truly sets Ku Sungula apart is the quality of the safari experience. This is not a commercialised safari where you drive on tarmac roads with dozens of other vehicles. Instead, we explored true wilderness terrain on exciting off-road drives that felt raw, authentic, and deeply immersive. The variety was outstanding too — we enjoyed terrain safaris around the lodge, wonderful water safaris, and fantastic day trips into Kruger National Park. The accommodation in the traditional rondavels is superb — stylish, spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly blending with the natural surroundings. Every detail felt luxurious yet authentic. The staff is exceptionally kind and professional, and our rangers and trackers were simply outstanding. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and ability to find animals were world-class. They made every drive an unforgettable adventure. If you're looking for an authentic, high-quality safari experience with heart, I cannot recommend Ku Sungula Lodge highly enough. This was the best safari we’ve ever had. We’ll be back!

Excellent and amazing experience
Our 7-day Kenyan safari was nothing short of extraordinary. Traveling with my spouse made the experience even more special. Every day brought new adventures, from watching lions in the wild to witnessing breathtaking sunrises over the savannah.
The itinerary was well planned, the lodges were excellent, and the entire team ensured that we were comfortable throughout the trip. Our guide-Caleb expertise and enthusiasm helped us appreciate Kenya's incredible wildlife and natural beauty.

Excellent tour - again
This was my second time travelling with bluerange connect, and once again they delivered an excellent experience. From the very beginning, the communication was smooth and efficient – arranging the travel plan was straightforward, and all my questions were handled promptly and professionally.
During the tour itself, I had a few occasions where I needed to clarify things with the driver. Each time, the bluerange connect was quick to assist and provided helpful support, which made the whole journey much more comfortable and reassuring.
Part of my trip was a private tour, and I couldn’t have been happier with how it was organized. The program was thoughtfully designed, and the accommodations along the way were outstanding, exceeding my expectations throughout.

We had a 3 day tour in Tanzania. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable about the animals and surrounding area. Luckily we managed to spot all the animals possible! Accommodation and food was great. Definitely worth the money!

John was Friendly and extremely helpful
I did the half day birding tour and it far exceeded my expectations! Not only did we see countless species of birds but also some of the big 5. As a bird photographer I need to work with the light, fight sticks in the middle of the bird and get a good clear shot. John and his driver did everything they could to ensure I could get the photos I was after. I could not praise them enough for their friendliness, patience and overall knowledge of not just the birds but Kenya and its wildlife. It is great value for money and I would recommend anyone looking to see this amazing countryside and its wonderful wildlife to give these guys a call and book.
