Great value for money, cheaper than everyone else but great service. Great care while driving - very safe - lots of information shared, very responsive on the safari drive with a lot of great information. Will definitely use his service again.

Wilfred took us on a brilliant day trip to Ol Pejeta - he was absolutely determined for us to see all the animals we were keen for and made it interesting along the way. He gave great recommendations for lunch and was pleasant and professional at all times. Much recommended, thank you Wilfred!

Absolutely out of this world
We were lucky enough to stay at Chobe House with our friends for what was an absolute once in a life time holiday.
Charles (game viewer driver) picked us up at the airport in the truck and took us to Chobe House and it was a welcoming like no other, all the staff were outside singing and dancing to welcome us which was amazing !
The house is out of this world with a huge social area, plunge pool, BBQ area , a floating restaurant/social area on the river and the fantastic bedrooms which are massive and so secure (to the point we never locked our room or felt the need lock things away).
The staff are super friendly and nothing is any hassle and will go out of their way to do anything for you ( I put some clothes in the wash bag in our bathroom to keep bedroom clean until we left - coming back one day to find they had all been washed and cleaned and folded laid on our bed - I mean you can’t get any better it’s the little things)
The game drives were absolutely breath taking in the reserve wether it was in the truck or the boat - Charles went out of his way to show us the animals and their surroundings getting up close but yet feeling so safe. His knowledge is unbelievable of the animals and area. We never for a minute thoughts we’d get to see what did let alone be so close to them to sit and admire.
We were also lucky enough to go camping twice and this was something else to be out there in the wild with the animals at night hearing every sound from elephants walking past to lions roaring in the distance and all the amazing staff up all night keeping us safe with absolutely no worries just mega nights to remember forever.
This was one of the most amazing holidays we’ve ever had all down to the host and staff of Chobe House making us feel special and providing us with a once in a lifetime experience, We will definitely be coming back.

Deciding to travel to Africa was a very tough call for me. Given the long‑distance journey and being in a foreign land, I learned from social‑media posts that your tour operator and guide largely shape your entire safari experience. That made me quite nervous ahead of the trip.
As it turned out, however, it was absolutely the right decision. From our initial outreach and itinerary planning all the way to final confirmation, the coordinating staff were incredibly patient and always responded promptly. No disagreements or conflicts arose throughout our trip; every detail was thoughtfully arranged.
I also want to give our guide Rodger my strongest recommendation. Our smooth, fulfilling journey would not have been possible without his dedication and company. Even when our English was disjointed and confusing, he answered all our questions patiently. He enthusiastically shared insights about local culture and natural science throughout the tour. Whenever we raised questions, he would explain things one by one in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
We spent long hours on the road during the trip, and Rodger would drive for seven to eight hours at a stretch, which was extremely demanding. He was also highly responsive to all our requests. We felt truly fortunate and privileged to have Rodger as our guide. He turned our Kenya safari into a lifelong, unforgettable memory. I cannot thank him enough. Wish him every success in his work and all the best for his life.

The way the 6-day, 5-night safari is structured is very well thought out, with great and even very special accommodations! Our guide Hoppy was a great friend, fun, and passionate about nature; we learned about the wild animals and the particularities of each one, and we had a lot of fun with the witty observations he kept making. We encountered many animals and became even bigger nature lovers! I took the trip with my children to celebrate turning 50, and this time together with Hoppy will always be remembered because it made our trip full of great memories! My kids loved him!

Exceeded Expectations
I cannot recommend jocky tours and specifically our tour guide James Gichina. From start to finish everything was organized for us and the value for the money was stupendous. Our accommodations were clean and functional and super kind staff. But our highlight was our tour guide James. He got us super close to every animal we saw knowing how to approach to make us feel comfortable and as if we were with them in the wild. We was knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly helped us see way more animals than I was expecting! Booking jocky tours was definitely a right move. And if you can, ask for James. You won’t regret it.

Excellent organisation of our tour including visits to community groups
Victoria was very good to deal with. Our tour was bespoke as we wanted to visit 3 ugandan women's groups I support. He communicated with the groups to enable us to visit them whilst also visiting the National.Parks and the treks.
We chose Budget accommodation and it was all nice with friendly staff and close to the Parks.
Our driver Hussein was great and a very good, safe driver who was also great for identifying animals.

From the very beginning, Jocky tours made the whole planning process incredibly easy. They helped us choose the perfect itinerary and was always available to assist us with everything we needed, from arranging our hotel pick up to assigning us an experienced English -speaking guide. His professionalism and kindness made us feel well taken care of even before our adventure began.
Our safari started in masai Mara National reserve , and right from the first day we were amazed. We saw so many animals, including a beautiful cheetah trying to hunt and with the sunset. It was an unforgettable sight!
On the second day we were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife, including the famous wildebeest migration and the crossing of the Mara river . It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The third and fourth day We were lucky enough to see countless lions, leopards, cheetahs, and many other incredible animals, including some very rare species. Every game drive was full of surprises and unforgettable moments.
The accommodations in all the parks were simple but very nice , in Masai Mara we stayed at Lenchada camp, the staffs were very friendly and accommodating , the food was also simple but delicious, in lake Nakuru we stayed at Buraha zenoni resort, it was sooo nice , good showers , clean beautiful rooms , very good variety of food and professional staffs, the last accommodation is Mountain View camp in Amboseli , very beautiful camp near mt Kilimanjaro with clean beautiful tents , tasty food and very good staffs.
A very special thank you goes to our amazing guide Francis , who made this journey the most incredible experience of our lives.
Francis ,thanks to his excellent English , explained so much about Kenya , its wildlife, and its fascinating culture. We learned about the traditions of the Maasai and other local tribes, making the safari not only exciting but also deeply enriching.
Francis was an outstanding driver with exceptional knowledge of the parks. Thanks to his experience, patience, and incredible tracking skills, we were able to find not only all of the Big Five but also many rare animals. He always knew exactly where to go, even in the most challenging situations.
Thank you once again to the entire Jocky tours team for giving us memories that will stay with us forever. This was, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives, and when we come back to kenya we will definitely choose Jocky tours and Francis again.
