We have just returned from our first trip with Luxury Safari and I have to say from start to finish they were just incredible.
This was a big trip for us as a family, something that was years in the making in our minds and Rose and her team just made the whole experience magical and effortless. It was our first time doing a trip like this with our young children which initially felt a little daunting but Luxury Safari took all of those worries away.
I am so pleased we didn’t try and do a trip like this on our own - without doubt we will use Luxury Safari again.

We were a group of six from Spain and contacted Cornelius via WhatsApp to arrange everything from here. He speaks Spanish and answered all our questions before the trip. He also worked within our budget and made it as easy as possible for us to customize the safari to our liking. Cornelius and our guide (Laurian) were fantastic! We would definitely recommend them.

Relaxing and Well-Organised Wasini Island Trip – Highly Recommended!
I recently went on a trip with Tedio Tours and Travels to Wasini Island, and it was a fantastic experience overall. As it was my first time visiting Wasini—and my first time back in Mombasa in nearly 20 years since i've been living in Shanghai—it felt incredibly refreshing and memorable.
The journey to the island took about an hour, but it was absolutely worth it. Everything was well organised from start to finish, including a smooth pickup and a thoughtfully planned itinerary. The activities were enjoyable and well-paced, creating a very relaxed and easygoing atmosphere rather than a rushed schedule.
The boat experience was particularly enjoyable, with a skilled and professional operator who made us feel safe throughout. While the scuba diving guidance could have been a bit more experienced, there were still plenty of ways to enjoy the water—I personally had a great time wading and soaking in the surroundings.
The overall vibe of the trip was one of the highlights—very chilled, friendly, and perfect for unwinding. The activities were interesting and suited a group setting really well. The only small area for improvement would be the food options, but aside from that, everything else was excellent.
A special mention to Michelle, who was incredibly hardworking and made a great impression with her dedication and energy.
I would absolutely recommend Tedio Tours and Travels to anyone looking for a relaxed, enjoyable group trip. I’m already looking forward to my next trip with them to Malindi!

Umkumbe lodge rocks
We have nothing but praise for our bush experience with Umkumbe and our guide Pieter and our tracker Phineas. The game drives were exciting and successful in finding all the big game we hoped for. Pieter has deep knowledge of the wildlife and got us to some awesome viewing positions. We always had a refreshment break, one morning even fresh crepes with fruit and whipped cream. The camp itself is top shelf with very helpful and pleasant staff and excellent meals. I have no suggestions for improvements. It was all so great.

Excellent all round!
We had a very seamless experience with Nhlalala Travel. We actually found them through reviews and they were not lying. Norman really was so good with communication from start to finish. It was great value for money and we would definitely recommend. We were picked up from our hotel in Joburg and driven to Kruger gate hotel with two lovely drivers - one of which was Normans brother (only tiny feedback was quite fast and erratic driving!). They were lovely and chatty in the car and so polite and welcoming. But also respected when we wanted a little nap.
The organisation of the safari drives was seamless and on the Saturday main drive, we were actually the only people in our vehicle so felt very special.

Excellent tour, well designed, great tour leader
Our full day tour of Soweto with lunch and then the apartheid museum was excellent. Carson our tour leader did a fabulous job of providing interesting history and folklore about our various sites. Additionally, he was an excellent driver and answered a lot of our general questions about South Africa and the Pretoria and Johannesburg area. We had an excellent lunch of Local fare. Throughout our trip, we felt well cared for and safe. I would highly recommend this store company, and if I had more time in Johannesburg, I would ask for Carson to be my guide again.

Flexibility & Excellence in Execution
So we chose to go to Diani on holiday in Feb this year. Got Lilian of Ruby Voyages to do all the bookings (flights, hotels, transfers). Super-efficient, Lilian is. Every detail booked as per our requirements with no fuss. Then on date of departure, there is an airport workers strike at JKIA! Our flight to Diani cancelled by the airline (same to other flights!). But Lilian stayed calm, and lo and behold, she quickly arranged for us to travel down south by train (SGR!). Pick up from the train station to the hotel was waiting for us when we arrived. No fuss, and we got to our hotel as planned, and our holiday went on as planned. Best part? Lilian arranged for me to get the refund from the airline for the cancelled flight. Again, no fuss. A message just arrived on my WhatsApp: "Your refund is ready, how would you like to get it" (bank transfer, Mpesa mobile wallet, etc).
Wow! Really excellent experience with Ruby Voyages. I would strongly recommend them, and I will definitely use their services again!

Savannah is a very good travel agency — it offers competitive prices, also has WeChat customer service for Chinese tourists, and has a great team of guides. Isaac is an excellent guide: friendly, reliable, hardworking, and a very steady driver. He understood our needs, and we are truly grateful that with his help we saw so many animals — three leopards, ten rhinos, as well as many lions and cheetahs. We basically saw almost every animal!
