Magical and timeless experience
We spent 3 unforgettable days on safari in the Masai Mara, and everything was perfectly organized by Axis Tour. They were very responsive and attentive to our needs from start to finish.
Our guide, Kevin, was absolutely incredible—truly an expert in his field. During each safari, he took the time to explain every animal and did everything possible to help us see as much wildlife as we could. Thanks to him, we saw an amazing variety of species, including 4 out of the Big Five!
Kevin was not only highly professional but also extremely kind to my sister and me. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better guide.
Finally, the accommodation was excellent and ideally located close to the park entrance. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience with my tour guide, Mr. Emmanuel, the owner, he made our visits to see mgahinga and explore some of the beautiful spots in Kisoro truly unforgettable. He is outstanding, very friendly, courteous, and genuinely passionate about what he does.
He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, always checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really made the trip special.
You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in delivering top-notch service. I will definitely be back and will look for him again!

Very satisfied with the safari — I saw all the animals I wanted to see. Extremely happy with the driver, who drove safely and was very friendly. The place we stayed was nice, with great food. A perfect experience!

Omary was an excellent guide, he gave us lots of interesting info as we went around Tarangire and found out answers to questions we asked. He was friendly and fun, and made our day very enjoyable.

The safari of your dreams and more.
We’ve had a great 7-day tour of Uganda that included the Rhinos, the Big five at Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth , Chimpanzees, as well as Gorilla tracking. Annet did a great job at organizing our trip on a short notice.
Our guide Isaac was a fantastic tour guide - he was very friendly, organized, an excellent driver and incredibly well connected with the rangers and other guides at the parks, which helped a lot in seeing all animals we wanted to see.
We’re already planning to come back next year with a bigger group and more Safari days with Tubale Safaris.

Great experience
All went great.
Despite our initially booked lodge backseat unreachable due to floods in the very last minute, Black Santa managed to arrange another lodge lodge.
In terms of pricing, their proposal was much better vs another tour guide (similar itinerary and lodges).
Our guide James was very polite, responsive and did his best to make our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend.

An Amazing First Safari Experience
It was our first time visiting Africa and we were very excited to have our first safari experience in Masai Mara, Kenya. Our guide/driver Albert made our experience very fun and exciting. We saw a lot of animals - 4/5 of the big five, 5/5 of the ugly five. It was indeed a great first experience - an experience to last a lifetime.

Due to floods our initial lodge became unreachable so Black Santa promptly arranged an alternative one.
In terms of pricing they were much cheaper compared to one another offering we had (with similar itinerary and lodges).
