Splendid organisation of the tour with a heartful team
The office is very responsive on WhatsApp and open to any questions about the tour. The drive to/from the hotel is very reliable and on point with good drivers. The team on the tour readily answer any questions regarding the tour/animals/scenery/food and are very hearty people and fun to spend a few days with. For the price you pay you get that and more than expected. Can only recommend! Thanks to the team of Daniel, Naftaly, Stephen, Simon, Stephen, Sammy, Mary and Stella for the wonderful experience!

Reliable, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make my trip unforgettable
I had an amazing experience with Mwalim Tours and Safaris, and a big part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Ernest.
From the very beginning, Ernest was professional, reliable, patient, and incredibly accommodating. He made communication easy and ensured everything went smoothly throughout my stay. He didn’t just take me from one destination to another, he made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable.
He took me on an unforgettable safari, to Carnivore Restaurant, Village Market, and several other shopping centres, making sure I got to experience the best of Nairobi at my own pace. He was always punctual, knowledgeable, and happy to adjust plans whenever needed, which made me feel comfortable and well looked after.
The service was excellent and offered great value for money. Lacking
Our driver Freddy M. Was exceptional at finding wildlife. Freddy was dangerously aggressive driver as squeezing a lady on her pedal bike onto a truck(happened). Freddy did not hear or chose not to hear my request for lunch box( fruit) till I got upset. The transfer of drivers to get to the airport was surprise and not agreed on, caused us concerns and unnecessary trouble, stated in emails guide to take us to airport period. Freddy only talked to our daughter and basically ignored Donna and I.

Unforgettable and authentic experience
The experience exceeded all my expectations and provided a wonderful introduction to Uganda, its breathtaking landscapes, and its rich culture and history. Andrew was an incredible guide, always making sure everyone in our group was comfortable, knew the plan, and was enjoying the experience. Surreal
The tour was an exhilarating experience especially if you love nature. The tour guide was educating us about the animals as we came into interaction with them or spot them. She was also very friendly, kind and thoughtful she gave us blankets in the morning as it was cold.

Superbly organised, great value for money.
We’re so happy we chose Nafika for our Kilimanjaro climb. Everything was superbly organised, with Swiss-level punctuality, and the guides were incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely made every day of the trek a pleasure.
Their singing during the final summit push kept us motivated when we needed it most, and it will stay with us forever.
A huge thank you to our guides, Justin and Frenki "Meru", for leading us safely to the summit, to Elias for the outstanding organisation, to Jonas for some of the best food we've ever had on a trek, and to all the porters for carrying everything up the steep Umbwe Route. Your hard work and positive attitude made this adventure possible.
Two tips if you're planning to climb Kilimanjaro:
The portable toilet that Nafika provides is absolutely worth it. Trust us—you'll understand why once you're on the mountain. (Not every company provides one.)
If you're fitter than expected and descend earlier than planned, be aware that the extra hotel night in Moshi is not included in the package, as it replaces a night you would otherwise have spent on the mountain.
If you descent earlier go and experience Moshi for a true glimpse of what is life looking like in this part of the world.
