He was incredibly reliable, always punctual, caring, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire journey. Karim has an excellent sense of when guests want privacy and when they are interested in learning more, always giving us the space to enjoy the safari exactly the way we wanted.
His knowledge of wildlife was outstanding. He was exceptional at spotting animals and explaining their behavior, habitats, and characteristics in great detail. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five during our safari!
Another huge advantage was having a guide who is also a mechanic. Along the route, Karim was able to assist other travelers who experienced vehicle issues, which gave us even more confidence in his abilities. Combined with his very safe driving style and friendly personality, he was simply the perfect guide.

Great Safari
3 day tour Tarangire, Ngorongoro crater and lake Manyara. We were impressed by Ngorongoro crater. It's such an amazing place. We had a great time and saw so many animals😊 Also wanted to say that cook who was serving food all 3 days was very good. Food was delicious. Driver/guide Peter is the best. He knows so much information about Tanzania and animals you can tell he loves his job. Very friendly and helpful guy. Asante Sana❤️

Really easy booking experience. Emails were answered promptly and with good detail. The tour itself exceeded expectations with the sense of being well looked after in a rustic bush environment. 7-day safari in northern Tanzania
I had a fantastic 7-day safari with Get Together Adventures, led by Emmanuel, who is a guide and the owner.
Together with Emmanuel, i had the opportunity to see the Big Five, as well as plenty of other wild animal and bird species in the amazing savanna of northern Tanzania.
Emmanuel is a very experienced safari guide and driver with extensive knowledge of animals and nature, and has excellent manners. He was very patient, attentive and calm during the game drives, taking plenty of time to let me watch the animals from the best possible angles.
I am more than satisfied with my choice of Get Together Adventures and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a safari in northern Tanzania.

Breathtaking
The safari was an incredible experience from start to finish. Everything was very well organised, making the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. Our tour guide, Eric, was extremely patient and very knowledgeable, which really enhanced the experience and made us feel well taken care of throughout the day.

Perfectly planned Safari and Beach Vacation
I went through discussions with several Safari agencies before eventually deciding to go with ‘Beyond the Plains’, primarily because of their immediate responsiveness and really curating the trip to fit our needs and requirements.
The trip was perfectly planned and Andrew was available at all times to answer any concerns or questions, even during the trip itself allowing us to pivot, change itinerary details and extend our stay.
From the accommodations to the dietary requirements, everything was booked as per our expectations and on raising a concern about a mild frustration with a room, it was immediately taken care of.
Beyond the Plains has restored my faith in depending on a travel agency to plan a vacation.
The safari itself was immaculately arranged and in a single all day safari, our guide Duncan helped us view all the animals giving detailed explanations and characteristics of each such that it wasn’t touch and go but quite informative as well.
The Diani beach was the perfect second half and by virtue of getting a few hours of layover at NBO, Andrew helped arrange visits to Nairobi National Park where we got to see the white rhinos, the elephant orphanage and the Giraffe Center making it the perfect end.
10/10 would recommend. Also for future travellers you can communicate your exact needs so that it is a personalised experience like ours was.
