We had a truly wonderful safari and can wholeheartedly recommend KiliClimb Africa. From our initial enquiry to the final debrief after the safari, the entire experience was highly professional, personal and reliable.
We received a response within just a few minutes of our first enquiry, followed by a detailed and professional offer. Throughout the planning process, the team was always available via WhatsApp and answered all our questions very quickly. Communication was consistently friendly and helpful without ever feeling pushy. The team was also extremely flexible in adapting the itinerary to our preferences, including changes to the parks and accommodations, ensuring that the trip was perfectly tailored to us.
Before the safari, a representative from the agency met us at our pick-up location and gave us a thorough and professional briefing. We also received branded T-shirts and safari hats as gifts. He stayed in close contact with other guides to make sure we reached important sightings and had the opportunity to observe many animals from a very close distance.
Melk speaks excellent English, has extensive knowledge of the animals and national parks, and is a very safe and comfortable driver. Beyond his professional qualities, he was simply wonderful company, and we always felt completely comfortable and well looked after with him.
The safari vehicle was in excellent condition and very well equipped. In addition to water, there were soft drinks, beer and wine available, which is not standard with every safari provider. There were even tissues and baby wipes, which were extremely useful after a dusty day on safari. Melk cleaned and restocked the vehicle every day before we set off.
Another highlight was the warm lunch served each day. The meals were prepared by our accommodations, and Melk carefully set everything up for us at the picnic spots. While many other safari guests only received packed lunches with sandwiches, we were able to enjoy a proper warm meal every day.
Throughout the safari, the agency contacted us via WhatsApp twice a day to ask how everything was going and whether we needed anything. After the safari, a representative also met us at our hotel for a personal debrief. They asked in detail about our guide, accommodations, food and overall experience, and openly invited us to share suggestions for improvement. This showed us how seriously KiliClimb Africa takes guest satisfaction and how committed the team is to continually improving its service.
Overall, our safari was an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. The organization was highly professional while still feeling very personal, and we could not have wished for a better guide than Melk. My wife and I went on this safari for our honeymoon and then continued on to Zanzibar.
It was my very first visit to Africa, and the safari was incredibly impressive—simply amazing! It was better than I had imagined; I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!
I can't say much about the booking process itself since my wife handled that, but she said everything went smoothly and without a hitch!
The on-site organization was excellent; the tour operator had everything under control and took care of every detail! All transfers and luggage handling were perfect!
As for the safari itself, our small group was incredibly lucky—we saw absolutely everything: elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, hippos, and more!
A huge shout-out to our tour guide, Steve! Aside from being an excellent driver, he was charming, funny, helpful, and attentive, and his knowledge was truly impressive.

I was able to see almost all the animals up close, especially the Big Five, which was one of the highlights of the safari. The whole experience was exciting and unforgettable.
The accommodation was also a wonderful experience. At first, I was a little worried about staying in tents, but after experiencing it, I found it to be one of the most enjoyable parts of the trip. Sleeping in a tent while hearing the sounds of animals around you was an incredible and unique experience. Despite being in the middle of nature, I always felt completely safe.
The camps were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities were better than I expected. The service was excellent, and the whole trip was well organized and reliable.
Another great advantage is the price. I found the prices very reasonable compared with other safari companies, especially considering the quality of the service and the overall experience.

Once in a lifetime trip
Our Tanzania safari and Giraffe Manor stay was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more memorable trip.
We visited Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, and both were absolutely incredible. Our guide was amazing — so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, and he really made the safari special for us. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. All of our transfers were there waiting for us, everything ran so smoothly, and the whole trip felt completely effortless from start to finish.
And then there was Giraffe Manor… what an unforgettable experience! It really was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and we loved every single second. Having the giraffes wandering around while we enjoyed our stay was something we’ll never forget.
The little touches made the experience even more special too. Arriving to beautiful flowers, T-shirts and cosy blankets was such a lovely surprise and made us feel so welcomed.
We’re so grateful for the memories we made and would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking for an unforgettable African adventure. 🦒❤️🌍

Lovely experience, we enjoyed 4 days safari and they take care of every detail.
Jordan was our guide, he was always so helpful and he always get the best spots to see the animals being so respectful with the environment and the wildlife.

Amazing Kenya and Tanzania Safari Experience!
Zanzi was responsive, flexible, affordable and easy to work with. They helped us book and customize a safari that was exactly what we were looking for (8-day Kenya to Tanzania safari with budget accommodations, seeing Masai Mara, Amboselli, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater). They were flexible and helpful during the planning process. While we were on the safari, they were very communicative and checked in several times to make sure things were going smoothly. The agent Lydia answered any questions we had and was able to resolve minor issues quickly, both while planning and during the safari. The contracted guides were all knowledgeable and safe, highly competent drivers.
A couple things could have been clearer when booking, like expectations with lodging (a lot more rustic in Tanzania with no provided mosquito nets) and extra costs (e.g. tipping private cooks that we didn't know we'd have in Tanzania).
Something thing we would consider next time is that while going to multiple different parks provided great variety, we had less dedicated safari time than if we had stayed in one area. Of our 8 day trip, most of 4 days were spent traveling between parks. Crossing from Kenya to Tanzania also involved a lot of waiting and took up most of one day.
All in all, though, we had an unforgettable trip, and we would recommend Zanzi to any safari-goer!

I completed a 4-day safari from September 23–27, and it was an incredible experience. Our guide, Jordan, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. Unlike some other operators, he showed immense respect for the ecosystem. Clear communication, great value, and excellent camping facilities.
