Great safaris with Meijo and Assad
The four of us contacted several local guides for our safri trip, and finally chose Meijo. Their pricing was reasonable, and their sales team responded promptly. They were the most comfortable with us in terms of both determining the itinerary based on our schedule and designing hotels according to our budget.
Our safri trip was with Assad, who was very professional, humorous, and had an incredibly sharp eye. As a Muslim, he led us on this trip during Ramadan, fasting from sunrise to sunset, usually while we were still on our way back to the hotel. Under these conditions, he accompanied us for over ten hours of safaris each day.
Throughout the trip, we collected all sorts of Tanzanian animals – the Big Five, the Ugly Five, and the Beautiful Five – completing all the must-sees.

I would say this is the best experience of holiday that I ever had in Tanzania so far. Start with the detail quotation and information. After that with great guide and portal. The guide is providing information from during the hiking from time to time. Briefing us every day on the itinerary and what is the expecting to happened. The portal is always pack after we leave and arrive before we arrive at new camp site. The waiter always serve us by bringing the hot food from kitchen's camp to our camp. Fill up our camel begs. Guide also help us take photos when is necessary or on request. Without the them, probably we would failed to reach the peak. Thanks !

Throughout the journey, he demonstrated incredible driving skills and an excellent knowledge of the routes. We saw a total of 35 lions, 6 leopards, and 14 cheetahs—an impressive number, I believe, for a six-day safari. We also witnessed many fascinating animal behaviors, such as lions mating and impalas fighting. Secondly, Suphian's service was impeccable. He was very polite and patient, not only taking the time to explain animal knowledge but also preparing delightful picnic meals for us. We had an amazing experience on our safari in Arusha National Park! We explored the park both on foot and by car, which was the perfect combination. The walking safari made the experience feel more personal and immersive, while the game drive allowed us to see a wide variety of wildlife up close.

This trip was overall fantastic. Our safari driver, Walter, was extremely professional — the strong, silent type. Every day he took us to see cheetahs, leopards, and lions. We saw so many animals each day — can you believe it? I honestly lost count of how many we saw. Unlike some of our previous safari experiences, he also shared a lot of knowledge about birds with us.
Our sales contact, Patricia, was also generally very good. The only minor issue was a small mix-up with the airport pickup arrangement, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I would still recommend this company.
