Amazing experience
The safari started by the booking which was clear and simple, I used the offer I received to ask for my visa.
The general organization was perfect every section of the itinerary was handled by our guide (Francis ) no need to worry for anything. He knew very well the place and took us to see all the animals the big 5 and others , he was respectful and organized.
In terms of hotels I got the mid range and I definitely recommend their was amazing food, room and service (sopa loge massai Mara and Naivasha , Nakuro loge hotel )
Price/ quality in my case was really worth it, only to take into consideration may is the rainy season so in the afternoon you have frequent rain.

Beyond expectations
I have done many wonderful trips that were professionally organized. Naomi offered a Mozambique trip to Villa Santorini in Vilanculos. The organization was seamless Naomi responded swiftly to all queries before going timeously. This has always been my experience with Explore Plus.
The Villa itself is spectacular right on the ocean with breathtaking views, makes you think you are in a travel magazine. The care and anticipation of your requirements required requires a book on its own and the food was 5 star. Nicholas the host was always available and ready with suggestions and seamlessly altered any change of plans. Thank you Nicholas. Neve took care of me regarding menus and beverages again faultless.
I unfortunately got a bug on plane so I was man down for a few days. The one trip I did was snorkeling at Bazaruto island. A trio on a catamaran helmed by Paulinho and assisted by Thomas who accompanied us on our “dives”. We saw dolphins, turtles, flying fish, and even had sighting of a dugong the had lunch on the beach with a nap. 5 star again.
It is quiet understated luxury although apparently full you not ever were aware of other people. It’s a place where you recharge, quietly find your centre and everything is taken care of.
Having travelled extensively it has been a unique and pleasurable experience. I am ready to book again in September.

The early morning pick up by Sibu was smoothly done and it was a good drive to Pilanesberg by him. We swapped into a safari vehicle with Martin and had a great day. The BBQ lunch overlooking the lake was delicious. We saw different animals. It was a great day out.

A responsible guide and an amazing experience! The only regret was not finding the leopard among the Big 5 attractions; everything else was fantastic! I highly recommend Lemala and Melia hotels; they truly showcased the charm of luxury wilderness accommodations. Serena, in comparison, was rather average. Our guide, Abudu, was highly professional and had his own unique approach to planning the itinerary, ensuring a very well-organized and efficient trip.

Maasai Mara miracle trip
We took our Safari on Jan 3rd. Started our day early and immediately came face to face with the amazing wildlife at Maasai Mara! Amazing. The day just kept getting better. Stops for tea, and lunch between multiple groups of Giraffes or Elephants and so much more. Our driver seemed to know every area to visit and never failed to impress. Intelligent and well informed. Cooperative and compassionate! This really made my trip an unimaginable experience. I've never seen such beauty in the United States and I recommend Kifaru Discover Safaris to any American visiting the Mara to be sure they share in the amazing experience I did. Our Tanzania Safari with Aglow Safaris was absolutely unforgettable! From the view of the sunrise in Serengeti to the amazing view of the Ngorongoro Crater - everything was perfect.
