We were connected with Mi Travel Agency via another booking website, but wish we had found them sooner! From start to finish (or airport pickup to dropoff 🙃) Mialy and her team took care of us every step of the way. We did a 14 day trip covering the East and West, and had nothing but the best experience for our first time in Madagascar! Our guide, Hasina, was one of the most professional guides we have ever met in the travel industry and is a true gem 💎 We are used to doing a lot of remote travel involving diving and Hasina mirrored that same level of detail, even giving us “briefings” every night for the next day’s adventure 😊 We felt completely taken care of as he was thoughtful, caring, kind and proactive - and he was so excited to share Malagasy culture and words with us. It was unforgettable and we can’t wait to come back again to see another region with him! Axis Africa was great. Tabitha in the office helped me so much and was very prompt with emails it was so reassuring. I had never been to Africa and I was a bit intimidated. I went on the 6 day Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. I asked for Sopa lodges. Every sopa lodge was so beautiful. I can not say enough about our driver Albert! He was always so calm, cool and collected! He negotiated all of the roads with such expertise! Then on Safari he worked really hard to get close to all of the animals. Then he was patient while we focused on our cameras! This trip was a life long dream for me and Axis Africa made it all possible! Thank you

Great experience with Africa Incoming organizing our tour in South Africa April 2026
Our group of 10 from Bulgaria had an amazing trip to South Africa with Africa Incoming in April 2026. Everything was well organized. Nelly, the travel coordinator, was very well organized. She did everything possible to meet our needs and wishes. She was highly responsive, answering our emails almost immediately. Her suggestions for the itinerary were very interesting, so we gladly took advantage of them.
We loved Cape Town (Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront) and the Cape Peninsula, including Boulders Beach. Our local guide, Shuaib, was caring and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to meet our needs. We are truly very thankful to Shuaib for his kindness and excellent driving and guiding skills.
The Kruger safari and Panorama Route (God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes) were unforgettable. Overall, we highly recommend Africa Incoming and Nelly as a tour coordinator for anyone wanting a great mix of scenery, wildlife, and culture in South Africa. Attentive, organized, on time and educated about wildlife
Me and my husband did a 15 days tour with ngoni safari in Uganda, in which we visited murchison falls , gorilla trekking , tree climbing Lions and more . Our guide was attentive and educated about wildlife. We had the best accomodation everywhere we went . Thanks to Cedric for making it an amazing , memorable trip to us .

Our experience with Julius was truly unforgettable. He guided us during our trip to see the golden monkeys and gorillas in Uganda, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to share this adventure with.
Julius was incredibly kind, patient, and always looking out for us. He shared so much about the culture, history, and daily life in both Rwanda and Uganda, and was always happy to answer our endless questions. You can really feel how much he cares about people and about what he does.
The golden monkeys were such a special experience, and seeing the gorillas was absolutely magical — something we will remember forever. Julius even helped us get boot covers when we realized we were missing them, which says a lot about how attentive and thoughtful he is.
