We even experienced the wildebeest river crossing. Wow! Along with his professional skills, his warm personality and great sense of humor made every hour in the Jeep (the beast) a joy. Best safari experience in Kenya
This was our first ever safari, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, the booking team were incredibly helpful, straightforward and honest. We really appreciated that our expectations were never oversold or exaggerated. We opted for the friendly budget option, but were still very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation, vehicle and overall experience.
What really made our trip exceptional, however, was our tour guide Yasin. He consistently went above and beyond to put us in the right places at the right times. Of course, with nature, nothing can ever be guaranteed, and wildlife sightings are always a matter of luck. We were incredibly fortunate to experience some genuinely rare and unforgettable sightings, and a huge part of that was down to our guide’s exceptional navigational skills, experience, and connections with other staff and guides.
Beyond that, Yasin's enthusiasm and knowledge were fantastic. He was able to explain not only the animals and their behaviour, but also the surrounding flora and fauna, which gave us a much deeper appreciation of everything we were seeing.
Thank you for making our first safari such a memorable experience. We came away with some incredible memories and a real appreciation for the wildlife and the people who work so hard to make these experiences possible. We would happily recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable safari experience.

Very professional, organized, and reliable.
What an incredible week! We did the 7-day primate tour with Rwanda Eco Company and Safaris and absolutely loved every minute of it. It included a Kigali city tour, Mountain Gorillas, Golden Monkeys, Chimpanzees, Nyungwe National Park, Lake Kivu, and Twin Lakes.
Rwanda is a beautiful country, and the wildlife and primate experiences were truly unforgettable. But what made the trip even more special were the people who made it all happen.
Our guide, Faustin, was the man — warm, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, patient, and always looking out for us. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Having hot water rags to clean up and cold beer were amazing touches after each trek. He was also very flexible as we wanted to make a few changes to the itinerary along the way. We learned so much from him about the wildlife, the country, and everyday life in Rwanda. By the end of the week, it felt more like traveling with a friend than being on a guided tour.
A special shoutout also goes to Jules, the Sales Manager, who did a wonderful job planning and organizing our trip. Everything came together seamlessly, and we really appreciated his personal touch. He even came to our hotel to welcome us to Rwanda when we arrived — such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful way to start our adventure!
The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we came home with so many amazing memories.

The best organization ever
I highly recommend it; we saw hundreds of animals and birds, had close encounters, and received a wealth of information. Our wonderful guide, Daniel, looked after us throughout the entire trip—his knowledge and skills are impressive—and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts ❤️. Kennedy arranged fantastic accommodation with great views and amazing food. And the price for our 6 was really good. Everything was excellent, from the airport pickup to the drop-off at our hotel in Mombasa; we even received help buying train tickets for a safe return to Nairobi. Many thanks!

I had the pleasure of using PawMac Safaris' services during my two-week trip to Uganda. Renting a car with a driver was quick and convenient; unlike many other agencies, there were no surprise extra fees at the last minute. A huge plus to PawMac for their transparency.
