Excellent, professional and reliable service! Janet from Adventures on Wheels met us (4 ladies) when we arrived in the city of Victoria Falls, and drove us to and from our hotel daily till our day of departure . She prepared an itinerary for activities of our choice , and made all the bookings for us. Most enjoyable include the amazing Falls, Sunset River Cruise, Simunye Spirit of Africa show, the road and river safaris. Janet also accompanied us through much more sightseeing, fine restaurants, and loads of entertainment!

This camping safari exceeded all expectations. The trip was exceptionally well planned, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I was in contact with Phil since end November 2025 for our safari trip in June 2026, Phil was very patient and we even have several calls to discuss about the itinerary and to clarify any doubts that I have.
A special thank you to our tour guide - Phil whose attentiveness and eye for detail made a huge difference throughout the journey. Whether it was spotting wildlife that most of us would have missed, making sure everyone was comfortable, or adapting plans when needed.
The food was another pleasant surprise. Despite being in remote locations, every meal was delicious, varied, and well prepared. We have freshly baked bread- crocodile shaped bread!
One of my favorite parts of the safari was what many affectionately call the “Bush TV”—gathering around the campfire each evening. After a day of adventure, it was the perfect place for everyone to relax, share stories, laugh, and get to know one another. Those conversations under the African sky became some of the most memorable moments of the trip.
I would highly recommend this safari to anyone looking for an authentic, well-organized African experience.

Emanuel did a great job getting us to see the most animals possible and explaining about them.
Our guide made sure that our itinerary was fulfilled, was well prepared and on time. We were told each day what was going to happen and when. The guide was fun and had funny stories to tell. Accommodations were very nice.

Tapestry of Africa is great at planning Safari experiences and their personnel are wondeful
After running the Cape Town Marathon, our group traveled to Kenya, where we started our safari adventure with Tapestry. Matt and Albert came personally to receive us at the airport. Since we arrived early, they took advantage of the extra time by taking us to a sanctuary where we could feed Giraffes. It was a fantastic experience. We stayed the night at a beautiful hotel by Serena. We then drove to Amboseli Park for our first safari, it was awesome and our driver, Kim was great! We stayed at the Amboseli Lodge, which was cozy and had a beautiful view of Mt Kilimanjaro. Next, we traveled in landcruisers to Tanzania, where we hiked 5km up Mt. Kilimanjaro. Our group returned home the next day, but my wife and I arranged for 2 more safaris at Lake Manyara and at Tarangire for 2 extra days. Our driver, Yuda, was stupendous. We saw many animals at beautiful Lake Manyara, but Tarangire was impressive with its many Baobab trees. There we even saw a Leopard resting on a branch of a tree! We stayed the night at the Lake Manyara Serena Lodge, which has wonderful accommodations, a beautiful mountain view of Lake Manyara, and cozy environment. Meals were all included in the package and were very tasty. Our safari trip with Tapestry was indeed an amazing experience of a lifetime! Thank you Matt, Albert, Kim and Yuda for a fabulous adventure!! You guys are awesome!!

Wonderful travel destination, particularly for people looking for up-close wildlife encounters.
We had a wonderful safari experience in and around Kruger National Park organised by Wildlife Safaris. We booked their 6-day/5-night Kruger Park and private lodge tour and we found the backroom staff to be most helpful throughout the booking and payment process. We were picked up at our Johannesburg Airport hotel at 7am on the first morning by our wonderful guide Simon and he drove us across country to enter the park in the early afternoon. Straight away the spectacular wildlife sightings began. We had up-close encounters with herds of elephant, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest and various antelope species. Simon has encyclopaedic knowledge of all the animals including the wonderful Kruger birdlife which greatly enhanced our enjoyment. We stayed at three different lodges, starting with 2 nights at Sabie River Bush Lodge in the southern part of the Park, one night at Satara Camp in the central part of the Park and the final 2 nights at the privately owned Mohlabetsi Lodge near Hoedspruit. All of the lodges were excellent with comfortable rooms and great food. A particular highlight was at Mohlabetsi where the local guides tracked a pair of male lions which had just killed their prey. Then we saw the immediate arrival of a pack of hyenas who encircled the lions at a safe distance and settled down to await the scraps that would be left behind hours later, it was a truly unforgettable experience. A final word for our guide Simon who looked after us so well throughout the six days, he truly made the trip memorable for us with his friendship, knowledge, good humour, safe driving and so much more from beginning to end of our adventure. Highly recommended tour!!

Excellent guide, amazing animal sightings, memorable tour
On a 4-day Spectacular Tanzania Safari. I was fascinated by the beauty of the forest of Kilimanjaro Region. I still remember the thrill I used to feel while going out on safari every morning.
The biggest attraction of this tour is to see all the Big 5 as well as endangered rhinos and wild dogs. We saw a lot of animals. Guide Lameck was very experienced and friendly. He explained everything in English so beautifully that there was no difficulty in understanding anything. We didn't have any problems throughout the trip.
