Incredible safari that was expertly organised
We had a fantastic time in Kenya visiting Meru National Park and Samburu with Apodiformes Adventures.
From the very start, they were responsive and highly organised, providing all the information and advice we needed to organise our trip.
Syprose, who organised everything for us, was brilliant, responding to emails immediately and always finding a solution for everything.
Our guide, Justus, was outstanding - his knowledge of the wildlife, but particularly the birds, was excellent, and he tailored the safari to our needs perfectly. He was genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about the wildlife and places we were visiting, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide - I would highly recommend him for anyone, but particularly those with a keen interest in birding.
Apodiformes were professional and helpful throughout, and helped put together an absolutely unforgettable safari, with amazing wildlife sightings, friendly people and beautiful lodges - I would recommend both iKweta lodge in Meru and Ashnil Samburu in Samburu area.
Nairobi masai Mara
Nairobi was the start of our 18 day East African tour. We started with a trip to the giraffe centre, city tour & lunch. Next day we headed to the masai Mara, wow what an amazing experience! Our accommodation at Ol Motman ( only electricity for 2 hours in the morning and 4hrs at night) no cold beer & terrible showers was not so great but the game safaris certainly made up for that!! The village tour was also meant to be part of our tour but we had to pay for that again not ideal

Brilliant safari. Lions hippos and rhinos!
Brilliant safari and holiday! Wiston our guide is a very knowledgeable thoughtful and kind young man. He gave us the best experience to see the wild animals which included lions, hippos and rhinos! Wiston was able to tell us about their behaviours and habitats making the trip even better. We saw lots of different types of birds which were beautiful to photograph. Our accommodation was gorgeous and supports the local people and economy which is important to us. We stayed a night in a Masai camp learning about their lifestyle and culture. Wiston made sure we were always comfortable and having the best time. I can’t recommend this safari , guide and holiday enough.

Fantastic Safari with an extraordinary wildlife experience
Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The tour operator did an outstanding job, taking care of every detail and ensuring that communication was always clear, prompt, and easy.
Each day was thoughtfully planned, and our tour guide Michael consistently checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable with the itinerary and enjoying the experience. The lodges we stayed in were truly luxurious, the food was excellent throughout the trip, and we experienced no health issues at all. The staff at every location were welcoming, professional, and friendly. We had an absolutely fantastic experience and couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this tour to others.

It was the most amazing experience I ever had.
We had an absolutely amazing safari with Lobo Africa! It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were lucky enough to see so many incredible animals, including giraffes, zebras, elephants, lions, and even a leopard. Every day was filled with unforgettable moments and breathtaking wildlife.
A special thank you to our fantastic guide, Chris, who made our safari even more memorable. His knowledge, passion, and ability to spot animals were exceptional, and he always made sure we had the best possible experience. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our trip perfect.

Good communication from start to finish, good pace during tour we selected and excellent lodging
It was a wonderful trip! The first communications with the tour organizer and then with our guide. He was very kind and also did make a bigger effort to make sure we saw the big five! I was only sad it ended after 4 days! We loved our lodging at ENKOROK Mara camp and Lake Nakuru Lodge. The food at Enkorok was especially good. (And as a vegetarian they catered to us!) The grounds at both camps were stunning.

Excellent communication, great value for money, and good customer care
I feel very lucky that I chose Kale for my safari. When I first started contacting different agencies through SafariBookings, Oscar was one of the very first people to respond. Throughout the whole booking process, he was always quick to reply, patient, and very positive, which made me feel confident and reassured. I also received a recommendation from a friend, and that helped me decide to book with Kale.
Unfortunately, Oscar's own group was already fully booked. Even so, he went out of his way to help me by arranging a place with one of their trusted partner companies. Everything worked out smoothly, and the whole trip turned out to be a very enjoyable experience.
The safari offered excellent value for money. Although we stayed at campsites, the overall arrangements were much better than I had expected. One pleasant surprise was the food. I knew that camping meals can often be quite basic, but every dinner was freshly prepared by a chef rather than being simple fast food, and the quality exceeded my expectations.
The only downside was that there was no hot water for showers at the Serengeti campsite, and the camping facilities were fairly basic. However, considering the price, the itinerary, the communication, and the overall experience, I think this was a fantastic safari and definitely worth it.
Overall, I really appreciate Oscar's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help, even after his own tour had filled up. His support made the whole booking process easy and stress-free. If you're looking for a safari with great value, reliable communication, and excellent service, I would definitely recommend Kale.
