Memorable experience
5/5

Our guide was very friendly and attentive. He assured that we had all the context during our tour.

It was an unforgettable experience, being able to see so closely how great nature can be. Lions, zebras and elephants, this company allowed us to emerge in the daily life of wildlife without disturbing the beautiful animals.. we were so close that we could almost touch them, something I never thought possible.

The professionalism and attention to detail, only got better when they ensured all recording with the highest technology, so that later we could remember, ensuring we were fully enjoying each moment of our memorable experience.

Amazing Safari in terms of Wildlife , experience in group not what I expected.
4/5

This wasn’t my first time in Africa, as I’ve done several safaris before—but always private tours.
What was new this time was joining a GROUP TOUR with other travelers: my family of three and five additional people. I liked the idea of sharing the experience with others.

ARIPHINE TOUR organized everything for us, nothing to complain about.

I would like to emphasize that this was my personal experience and my following review is based on what Arephine Tour and Safaris organized for us when TRAVELLING WITH A GROUP.

1) I was surprised to find that when you travel in group not all of us were staying in the same lodge. Sometimes the lodges were up to half an hour apart, which meant very early mornings for some of us just to pick up the rest of the group. This often delayed our entrance into the parks, so we rarely started earlier than 7:30–8:00 am and back in the lodge around 5pm . This was disappointing, as the best times to see animals are the first hour in the morning and the last hour before sunset.

2) We chose the budget, but “budget” should not mean poor quality. None of the lodges we were originally indicated were available; we were placed in alternatives that were inferior. I would strongly recommend spending a bit more to secure the accommodation you actually choose, rather than relying on “or similar” options.

Seeing wildlife is always incredible, but what truly makes the difference is having a guide who engages with the group, shares knowledge, and allows you to fully enjoy the moment. Unfortunately, our guide John often seemed in a rush to move from one sighting to another, which didn’t allow us to fully experience what we were seeing. Our driver, John… well… he was often distracted by his phone or social media, which affected the quality of the experience. This was not only my own impression it was shared by the rest of the group too. He had the knowledge of animals and birds, but his attention was frequently elsewhere, so questions from the group were answered only briefly.

Visiting places like Masai Mara, Amboseli, and Nakuru is always wonderful because of the wildlife itself.
That said, in hindsight I would have chosen a private tour for a fully satisfying experience. Group tours can work well if you are very very flexible, easy-going, and open to adjustments, but for those seeking a higher-quality experience, a private safari is definitely worth it.

Despite the challenges, seeing these incredible animals in their natural habitat is unforgettable, and the trip still offered moments of true magic. Next time we come back we will still contact Ariphine Tour but choose a private tour :-)

Unforgettable
5/5

My experience with Rafiki Tembo Tours and Safaris was simply wonderful. A well-organized safari, a very professional, responsible, and well-coordinated team. The photography team made all the difference, capturing unforgettable moments that will remain in my memory. My jeep guide was Anold, whom I describe as attentive, astute, and very kind. He made me feel like I was part of Tanzania. For all this, a big thank you, and I recommend this team without a doubt to anyone who wants to live this experience safely and comfortably.
All the luck in the world to you. Best wishes to everyone without exception. I hope to hear about this company in the future as a reference in Africa.

Amazing experience, highly recommend!

Our safari to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru with Beacon Safaris was a fantastic and enriching experience. We had the great pleasure of having Carlos as our guide; a man with a warm personality and infectious laugh who made us feel very safe and well taken care of. Without his driving skills and sharp eyes, we certainly would not have spotted all the amazing animals we’ve seen (lions, cheeta’s, rhino’s, hyena’s and even a leopard). Overall, a 10/10 experience with Beacon Safaris and Carlos!

Best driver
5/5

Our early morning safari was an unexpected experience for everyone. It was raining and the roads were in poor condition, a few cars got stuck, cars had to be helped out and others had to be moved on the same road. Looking back, it was a very cool experience. A safari in different conditions for a full price. Everything was well organized and on time. Thank you!

John was very welcoming, funny and answered all our questions. I can warmly recommend him as a guide
5/5

We were very pleased with the overall experience. From the start, communication with the organizers was clear, efficient, and dependable, and everything was well coordinated.

Our guide was enthusiastic and went out of his way to ensure we saw as much as possible. He shared our excitement—whether it was witnessing lions take down a buffalo or spotting a rhino—both truly unforgettable experiences.

The budget camp met our expectations for the price, and the meals were better than anticipated. All in all, we felt the tour offered excellent value for money and would happily recommend it to other travelers.
