Excellent and accommodative
Firstly , Paul was amazing as we have been regularly communicating since few months and has been extremely helpful in planning the trip. He also has been superb in suggesting the key things to look out for and provided the required documentation needed for our visa . On arrival we had the program run as per schedule with no delays. Sam our guide and driver was also excellent in giving us wonderful memories to cherish for life . He was very helpful and accommodative throughout our stay . Highly recommended .

What an amazing tour operator
We were four friends that travelled with Ranger Buck Safaris and I was tasked with organising the trip.
I contacted Archie who gave me an insight into Rwanda and what he recommended we do, and he put myself and Lindsay together to finalise the tour.
Lindsay was fantastic. Nothing was too much or ever an issue for her. She got my brief immediately.
My friends and I changed the itinerary a couple of times before we began our holiday to ensure we packed our days with exciting things to do.
And each time I phoned her with additional requests, she made sure they happened.
From the minute we arrived in Rwanda, we were treated like VIPs with our own guide/driver the entire holiday. He made sure we knew what time our tours were taking place. He would be waiting for us at the end of each tour. And he would be ready at our beck and call to take us on our next tour. He taught us so much about Rwanda, the people and the country. He was so professional and experienced.
The hotels that we stayed at were really special. The service that we received was next level.
They were more organised than we were with regard to our trekking with the gorillas.
They provided us with snacks, water, gaiters and rain jackets.
We were lucky enough to trek for a second day. The hotel had our shoes and socks from the day before cleaned and dried for us and ready to be used on our second day of trekking.
If you are thinking of going to Rwanda, I would highly recommend you going with Ranger Buck Safaris.

Safari Nyerere well organized (via online) with Uwanta Tours and Safaris.
We were picked up from our hotel in Zanzibar for 2 days: transport, safaris, hotel, meal.. On the 1st day we had a safari from 8am to 5pm and saw many animals : hippos, impalas, elephants, hyenas, baboons, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wild dogs... and one lion. The fist day, we were lucky to have a guide Raphael who spoke French. Fascinating and very professional he shared with us his great knowledge of the fauna and flora. The 2nd day, safari on the river, much less rich in discoveries.

Everything was organized very well. A really reliable company even when organizing a trip before arrival online. Interesting experience and great impressions during the trip. Exceptional service & an unforgettable experience!
Our trip to Tanzania was perfectly curated by Wendy and her team at Ker & Downey, with top notch service and exceptional care on this unforgettable journey. Not only were the accommodations magical and bespoke, but our tour guides at every location gave us amazing glimpses into the terrain and animal activities during the safari. We can’t say enough good things about the animals we saw at arms length, but more than that, when one of our party had a serious health issue that required medical attention throughout the entire 8 day journey, Wendy was there to amend our schedules, ensure that medical attention was given and helped arranged a Medevac air flight for our friend. She went through tremendous inconvenience ( this was during the Chinese New Year holiday when she should have spent it with family undisturbed) to give us attention even at odd hours of the night. For this, we are extremely grateful and in awe of how she went above and beyond to keep us safe. We really have to say that a tour operator that keeps you safe in Africa and is accessible and available when unforeseen things happen, is truly the kind of company you want to write a glowing review for. And if we could give Wendy 10 stars instead of 5, we would! Thank you Wendy and team!
