Excellent tour operator who was able to organize my trip at the last minute.
I am a single woman who is travelling around Africa without having booked any tours or guides. A few days before I left for Masai Mara I emailed a few tour operators to see if they could provide transportation. Gofan was the only one that replied and did so in a timely matter. I was able to coordinate with them to get exactly what I wanted instead of some package tour with strangers. They were very flexible as I was up in the air as to the dates I wanted to go as I was still in Uganda. My guide Frances was picking me up on Jan 1 and he took the time on NYE to come see me at my hotel when he couldn’t reach me via phone to firm up details. He wanted to leave early morning but was willing to go later when I told him I didn’t want to leave so early. He was also very knowledgeable about the park and park fees. He knew everyone from the rangers, men at the service station and hotel so I felt very well taken care of. He even drove me to better toilets when he knew the ones we were at were not so nice.

Amazing and well organized Tour with a fantastic Guide
This was an amazing experience, we took a 4 day tour and visited 3 national parks.
Organisation was great from pickup at the airport until drop off at the same place. The Car was very comfortable also for long rides, I didn't expect that from an off-road vehicle of that size.
Selection of lodges was great, they have been nice and clean.
The greatest part was our driver (Jack), he made it an unique experience as he knows just everything and every place.
He made it possible to see very rare things, like Cheetahs hunting down an Antilope.
Thank you vor this experience, we will come back!

Honest, reliable, safe tour operator for a trip of a lifetime
I decided to do a last-minute 6-day Etosha and Namib Desert Safari and couldn't have picked a better tour operator. From the start communications with Albin to organize the Private tour quickly was excellent. Ricky was my driver and took me all over Namibia to show me the highlights, from Etosha National Park, Damarland, a Himba tribe, the Skeleton Coast, Swakopmund, and the Namib Desert with Sossusvlei as the final highlight. It was a great trip with lot of driving and Ricky did an amazing job navigating the dirt roads for hundreds and hundreds of miles without any issues. Ricky also provided insights into Namibian culture, flora, and fauna and I learned so many things. All the mid-budget accommodations were great and comfortable. We weren't able to do one of the activities during the trip so I reached out to People Tours and Safari after the trip and they promptly refunded me for the missed activities and a couple of lunches we didn't consume. This shows the integrity and honesty of the tour operator and I appreciate that. I highly recommend People Tours and Safari since it's a small Namibian owned operator. I wouldn't hesitate to go back on another adventure with them in the future. Thanks for the great trip!

Unforgettable experience
Trip organized down to the smallest detail, prepared and studied with us from the beginning, they listened to our requests and needs, they advised us on what to see and do. The accommodation chosen, in particular the tented camp in the Serengeti, was a very pleasant surprise and a truly incredible experience; the Marera lodge in Karatu is a corner of paradise surrounded by greenery. Particular thanks to Anderson for organizing the trip and all the necessary documentation, precise and punctual in answering our endless questions and to Geofrey our guide/driver, thanks to his incredible view we managed to spot the animals, with his experience it was possible to get close to them and was able to answer all our questions about their behaviour; he spoke to us about his Tanzania, trying to make us understand this wonderful land a little more. We will carry the memory of this unforgettable experience for a long time.

The overall experience was everything we hoped for and so much more. It was very well organised and an experience we will cherish for a long time!
Booking process & communications:
Throughout the entire process, the response rate was very fast. Furthermore, all requests for individual adjustments were picked up immediately.
Also, the pick up at JRO airport went seamless, despite arriving at 2.30am on January 1st. Moreover, all accommodations were booked in advance and everyone was prepared for our stay. Overall, the organization of the trip was extremely well done.
Tour & guide:
Starting our tour at the Mataruni waterfalls including roasting our own coffee and enjoying delicious local food was a wonderful experience with two highly professional guides.
The Safari in the Tarangire NP, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, and Lake Manyara were truly incredible. Our highly skilled guide located all the animals (lions, elephants, cheetahs, rhinos and many more) and made sure we got the best view all the time. Thank you very much Libe!
Another highlight was the hot air balloon ride, watching the Serengeti from the sky during sunrise. A truly amazing experience. Despite being operated by a third party provider, the organization by Serengeti Smile was seamless.
Overall, we really enjoyed our Safari with Serengeti Smile. Assante San for the incredible trip! We would definitely book again.

Professional, very hospitable, and affordable
We werent intending on going on safari during our stay but Dallas tours came highly recommended so we went for it, the experience ended up exceeding our expectations. The team was extremly professional, hospitable, and punctual. we opted for a two day trip and went to ngorogoro, for the amount of activities and the animals we saw over such a short period, the price was a steal. Would deffintly recommend to anyone looking for a truly exceptional safari experience
