They are very professional in all that they do. The staff is very much available to help whenever the need arises. This is something that was really captivating. I have been on many safaris but these guys made every minute of it very enjoyable and satisfying.

Best experience ever
At first we're worried due not knowing the company but since the begging they were proactive and provided us all the information we needed. By arriving in Arusha they made us feel very comfortable and the safari game were great. We're able to see all animals, very very close and the driver, Regan, is very responsible and gentle. Every time we needed support, Erick provided all information. I can't recommend more. If you're looking for a Safari Game in Tanzania, go with Msangai.

A trip of a lifetime
We could not be more pleased with our recent trip and all our interactions with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari. One of the reasons we chose this company was that the owner is from Arusha and was previously a safari guide. Many international companies and platforms contract locals to provide safari services, but by working directly with a local company, we saved money and received exceptional service. From the initial contact to the numerous schedule adjustments, the front-end service was prompt and efficient. Furthermore, upon our arrival in Arusha, the owner personally briefed us on the details of our trip.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was our guide, Hussein. He is a wonderful person, an excellent driver, a top-tier wildlife spotter, and highly knowledgeable about the natural history of the region's fauna. We have already recommended Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari and Hussein to friends, and without a doubt, we will use their services again if we are fortunate enough to return to Tanzania.

Professional and considerate
They provided quote based on our customized itinerary and break down detail of it, which is trustworthy. Also have Kenya partner so that we wouldn’t have to worry about the boarder transport. Our guide Deo was very professional, considerate and friendly. He could find all kinds of animals and drive us to the best place for photos. Saw all potential activities of animals of the season, nothing to regret for the trip!

We contacted about 30 local tour operators and ultimately chose Serengeti Smile, which proved to be an excellent decision. During the initial communication, we received professional advice and prompt, positive responses. Throughout the trip, the guide Deo was highly responsible and skilled at spotting animals, allowing us to see many wildlife species while providing detailed explanations. We also encountered several Serengeti Smile vehicles along the way, indicating their extensive fleet and experienced guides. Highly recommended as a local tour operator.

Superb Service
The agency gives great experience in safaris. We connected with Jane and her speedy response to everything is one of the best things about her. She booked best of the properties within limited time given it was December. All our requests and expectations were met. Paul the guide provided is an expert in safaris, very knowledgeable and kind. We had a wonderful time exploring the jungles with Paul. I would definitely recommend this company for a great adventure.

Safari of a life time!!!
We have just returned from the best mobile safari experience we have ever had with Bush Ways Safaris. They organised a tailor made 10 day trip for us starting in Moremi and travelling through Savuti , Kwhai, Chobe and ending in Victoria Falls. We stayed in a combination of premium camping and Bush Ways lodges. The camp sites were in beautiful settings and very comfortable. The lodges were lovely and all the staff were warm, hospitable and welcoming.
Moscow was our excellent guide, tracker and wildlife spotter. He was so knowledgeable and we enjoyed his fun, his professionalism and his great company throughout our safari. K.K, K.D and K.K2 were amazing and travelled with us setting up our camps, catering and making sure we had warm showers and welcome when we came back from our game drives.
The food was absolutely amazing - good variety , including homemade bread, stir fries, steaks, chicken, salads, vegetables and even deserts. It was well presented and served on white tablecloths under the stars. We even had a birthday chocolate cake made on the open fire. The team went above and beyond to make our camping experience a memorable and comfortable one.
We had the most incredible wildlife sightings that we have ever seen too. We loved our morning Amarula coffee stops and sundowners amongst the game in the most picturesque of settings. We went on a small boat trip on the Delta and Chobe River where we were up close to elephants and hippos.
We also went on a helicopter flip over the Delta which was an amazing experience - seeing the Delta waterways from above.
It was the most magical and unforgettable experience. It exceeded all our expectations and we can’t thank the Bush Ways team enough for this immersive experience. It was excellent in every aspect from start to finish, and really shows off the gem that Botswana Delta is. A trip of a life time.
