Excellent service from an amazing company, with incredible communication from the outset
Our safari was customised, by Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda, to suit our requirement of both Gorilla Trekking and Chimpanzee tracking. After arriving very late due to airline problems (nothing to do with Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda}, Vincent and Patricia went well out of their way to ensure that we had a very good holiday, missing nothing out of our itinerary.
They organised a very nice hotel for us at a reasonable cost when we were a little stranded in the wrong place. Justine our driver/guide was excellent, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We had an amazing holiday after a disastrous start, thanks to Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda.
We were never left wondering at anytime as Justine kept us well informed and when possible gave us choices.
Gorilla Trekking was incredible and although I am not the fittest person, but with help from porters i was able to make it to see the Gorillas and Chimpanzees.
I would not hesitate to use this company again and I highly recommend it to everyone who would like to visit Uganda.

We are an Italian family who did 6 days safari with Elias as a guide, the Big Cats Agency is absolutely promoted. They were super efficient and organized, available for any clarifications, we did not have to worry about anything because from the airport onwards they accompanied us everywhere. Lovely company trying to emerge

It's owned by a team of young Tanzanians. The contact went perfectly on WhatsApp, I had a good quote compared to the other companies.
They collected me at the airport and brought me to my hotel.
There has been an issue the 1st day of the safari but they managed to send me doing my safari with another safari.
Safari was absolutely AWESOME! Animals are so many, landscapes are amazing! In the Camp ground in Serengeti we had an elephant visit!
At the end the VisinSafari team went to ask me how everything went, and they also sent me few messages during the safari to get sure that I enjoyed my trip.
Still few things to improve as the company is growing but I have trust in their future.

Kojuu Safaris Africa were absolutely amazing. The attention to detail and care of all the staff.
Our driver Peter was very knowledgable about his country and the national parks we were taken too. Nothing we asked for was too much. Peter was a very tentative driver and each day would try and give us the most amazing day (surprise he succeeded). We had the most incredible holiday as a family. The holiday was adapted to what we wanted. If you're looking for a personalised trip and being treated like royalty then look no further.

Truly trustworthy and value for money
Trustworthy, on time, good value for money, an amazing tour viewing multiple animals in a few feet from us. Truly a once in a lifetime experience.
The guide Stanley was passionate for guiding us throught this experience. He has amazing ability to spot animals, and could anwser every question we had- we had a lot. Not only did he have knowlagde about the animals but also the park itself, the nature and overall South Afrika.

I admire the drivers professionalism, he made sure that we had the best experience. Overall, the experience was excellent.
If I were to point out a thing to improve (suggestion to the management), while I understand it was a shared tour, I did not expect people with different itinerary to be in the same group. It made the communications and logistics
way more complicated which makes the drivers job really hard. This structural problem needs to be addressed.
