Young agency with young guides and owners. Very available online and very good price, some issues
Overall, good experience for the price. Everyone was professional and the tour was delivered as discussed before.
Some issues with ponctuality, with almost 2 precious hours lost in the first day due to an avoidable delay, which dictated an absence of actual "game drive" in the Serengeti.
The guide and cook were young and both very friendly and helpful, altough sometimes seemed disoriented in the stops along the way and finding the spots to sleep and pickup food.
The vehicle was alright but quite old, without functioning outlets to charge phones and with some clear mechanical issues (the windshield cleaner was broken, making the drive in the rain very dangerous, and the velocimeter did not work at all). However, the guide was very careful when driving, trying his best not to put us in any risk.
The food was very well prepared by our cook. We had beer/soft drinks in the first meal (not in the others).
The parks are beautiful and full of wildlife, making the journey unforgetable even with some small issues to fix by the company
Too much pressure to write a review in front of them whilst still in the car.

Lorenz was a knowledgeable and reliable operator who ensured the Serengeti tour ran smoothly.
I recently traveled with Go Serengeti African Tours and overall had an average experience. The itinerary was well-structured, and transportation was reliable, allowing us to see many highlights of the Serengeti. However, the food provided during the tour was often served cold, which took away from the overall comfort of the experience. While the essentials of the trip were delivered, there is room for improvement in both customer care and attention to detail, particularly with meals and hospitality.

nice experience
Robert was our driver and he gave us lots of information about the animals and the parks we went to.
We loved the provided lunches at very nice spots in the park.
The drive back to Kilemanjaro airport was a very long one.

Amazing
It was an amazing safari week with my wife, exploring Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Hells Gate and Amboseli. We spotted all big five, including a leopard killing a gazelle, extremely rare: this was possible thanks to the skills of our driver, always connected with other drivers, which shared info and positions of animals.
Lenchada Tented Camp was not in good condition, our tent had broken bathroom, so we were moved to the nearby camp.
The communication with the driver could be better; for instance, a more detailed briefing at the beginning of the day, or at the night before, so that all car passengers could organize the time in a more efficient way, avoiding wasting time in some minor activities, dedicating more time in others.

Great guides, luxurious lodges, comfortable cars
We were a family of eight, and booked a 8 night safari across Kenya and Tanzania with Gosheni. Overall the trip was amazing and the Gosheni guides, Dawood in Kenya and Michael and Prosper in Tanzania took very good care of us. The guides were fun, pleasant and courteous. They communicated constantly with other drivers to locate the best sightings, and always drove us to the point with the best view. We saw all the wildlife we wanted close-up, including a cheetah hunting, the big 5 and leopards and lions with their cubs.
Their cars were very spacious, clean and comfortable.
We were also very happy with the lodges they selected and particularly enjoyed the Karibu group lodges.
While Gosheni got most of the important things right, there were a few hiccups which we feel could have been avoided. For example, the power sockets in the cars didn’t work, the wrong flight arrival time was provided and to the driver at Kogatende, the hot lunch option was only provided to us on two of the eight days, the wrong lodge was stated in the itinerary at one park.
Despite these small hiccups, we had a lovely holiday overall and would recommend Gosheni.

Amazing
An unforgettable experience, made truly special thanks to our guide, China. Initially a bit reserved, he turned out to be an outstanding guide with 21 years of experience and deep knowledge of the land.
The lodges we stayed at were overall nice, with the last one (Voi Safari Lodge) offering a breathtaking view that truly stood out.
The agency (with Antony as our main contact) was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process.
However, there were a few aspects that could have been communicated more clearly in advance. The remaining balance had to be paid in cash upon arrival, but the evening before the safari started, we were asked to hand over the money to a collaborator who would come to our private hotel. We preferred to give it directly to the guide in person the next morning, as originally expected.
Also, paying in local currency instead of US dollars ended up costing us more, due to the higher exchange rate applied by the lodges (compared to the official rate found online). This is definitely something that should be mentioned in advance, especially for travelers coming from Europe, where US dollars are not commonly used and need to be ordered from a bank.
Overall, it was a truly emotional and well-organized trip — one we will remember forever.
China number one!

Affordable, nice safari
We found Faithful Adventure last minute. He quickly responded and gave an affordable package. We had such an amazing safari. But I wish they could gave a safari package only, not an extra day to the waterfall.

It was the second Safari trip to Ngorongoro. Beautiful landscapes but unfortunately the weather was cloudy.
Warm clothes or a blanket were necessary as the temperature was low. Beautiful nature and herds of animals roaming freely.

Very disponible to answer to your questions and exceptional driver
We had a wonderful 6-day trip with Serengeti Africa Tours.
- Positive
Linah, the contact person, was extremely available and answered our hundreds of questions on WhatsApp quickly and efficiently.
Our driver Matchete was exceptional. Very skilled, very passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about the animals. He was always smiling and pleasant.
Visiting different parks was an outstanding experience.
- Negative
The food was good but a bit repetitive.
The preparation of the packed lunches in the morning was always delayed by 30 minutes to 1 hour, which made us feel like we were leaving for safari later than others.
In August, there are huge crowds. You are never alone—always dozens of jeeps around. At lunchtime, you have to “fight” with other agencies to get a table or chair in the picnic areas.
Nyani Public Campsite in the Serengeti was the worst campsite we’ve stayed at in 4 months of traveling through Africa: dirty toilets and showers, too much loud music and partying (those people shouldn’t be there), overcrowded, and in the evening you have to queue to use the toilets or showers.
The road to the Serengeti is chaotic, with 3 hours of rough driving each way. Because of that many car were stop on the way because of car issue. And us as well we lost 3h in all trip because of car issue due to very bad road.
- Ecological concerns
Too many plastic bottles. Almost all tourists carry reusable bottles, so agencies should find a better solution.
Lots of litter around the parking and cooking areas in the campsites.
Eating with real plates, cutlery, and glasses instead of plastic is a very good practice.
