It was a fantastic trip.
We have got an excellent driver, who pick up us at the hotel. In the Safari Lodge we had a very nice stay. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff gave us a very good service and the food was great.

Not to be trusted from my experience
Travel agency is nice when booking with them but the moment you pay for the booking they are no where to be seen or even someone to communicate with and they don't even book anything for you while they use your money to do other business and will not even refund you without shame with full of lies.
Free advice: Don't book with them otherwise you will end up frustrated. Don't be deceived by the pictures and profile of the management. What you see is not what you get.

Excellent first safari experience, convinced to plan more other safari trips in the future
I was impressed by availability of the trip planner. He proposed me a trip that fits with my expectations and budget. All the process was quick and simple.
The safari trip itself was amazing. I went with my wife who is not generally interested in this kind of activity. As we started, she was amazed and had so much fun. Our guide was very kind, friendly and taught us a lot of things, making this experience so interesting.

Best experience ever
Our tour guy Michael was an expert
He could locate the animals even they were far far away
He made as feel safe and secure about everything
He was driving perfectly and the car was really clean
He was funny and explaining us everything.
She provided us informations for every animal that we show and also he told us about the history of the area.
He was perfect and we ll miss him in the rest of our trip.

Perfectly organized and curated
The itinerary was convenient and well-planned. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Lightness was always responsive and helpful even before the trip and our guide George was fun, punctual, knowledgeable, and warm. George went out of his way to make us feel at home and it made our trip so memorable.
We were able to see the big five during our safari trip because of George's dedication and patience. We always felt safe and well taken cared of.
The accommodations were also superb and the food was always amazing. The vehicle for our game drives was also well stocked with food and beverages. No complaints at all as we felt we were always in good hands.
We enjoyed Tanzania to the fullest with no worries at all. We are extremely grateful to Brilliant Adventures & Safaris. Definitely worth it and would love to visit again!
You have not vacationed in Victoria Falls until you have “viccation-ed”
The viccation time was responsive from first time we contacted them. They were dedicated to finding the best activities to suit our family, in a way that catered to everyone’s interest from a 22 year old, a
6 year old, a 2 year old and us the parents. Sihle planned the best activities for each day of our “viccation” and we had a wonderful experience. Such attention to detail! 10/10 safari experience
Everything was well organized. The company adhered to all schedules and provided excellent communication regarding when and where we were to meet. Upon arriving at Kilimanjaro Airport, a representative from the company met us and drove us to our first accommodation. There, Daniel introduced us to the program, and it was wonderful to have a conversation and get a detailed overview of everything. The following day, Freddy, our guide, picked us up. He was very friendly and turned out to be an excellent guide. He had in-depth knowledge of all the animals and was attentive to everyone’s needs, ensuring we had the opportunity to see as many animals as possible. He seemed highly experienced, which was very reassuring. All of our accommodations were fantastic. The first night was a luxury stay with a pool, while the next two nights were spent in glamping tents in the middle of the savannah, which was truly magical. We saw a wide variety of animals, including the Big 5! Thank you for an amazing safari experience! I would highly recommend this to anyone.
