The tour was excellent! It was everything I was expecting and more! The location selected was aiming best value for money and the booking experience as well as the support throught the journey was everything a traveller would need / expect. The sales and support team were always present and very helpful. They never let us alone and always reassure us with anything we were asking.
The Raddison location was a dream and the Safari organization was perfect! Evening safari / all day safari and morning safari was really a dream!
I personally recommend the early morning safari.
Also the transfer from JHB to Kruger Park was very good as the drivers were very helpful in picking us up from our location by the airport! Many stops for snaks and toilettes were much appreciated.

Incredible safari experience from Zanzibar to Tanzania
We had an incredible honeymoon safari experience in Tanzania! Despite the short rainy season at the end of November, we had almost only sunshine and just a few rain showers. A special highlight was our driver Simon, whose expertise and kindness made the journey unforgettable. Throughout the journey, we always felt safe in the vehicle. Additionally, Rehema, our contact person before and during the trip, provided outstanding support and ensured everything ran smoothly. The accommodations were perfectly chosen and offering great comfort. We also want to mention the freshly prepared lunches during our breaks – a wonderful touch compared to the typical packed lunches offered by other providers. Highly recommended!

Dream safari with an exceptional experienced guide
We had an incredible tour of Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Conservation Area with an equally incredible and experienced tour guide in Wilson. I can not recommend it highly enough as it stands to be our best ever trip. Not only did we get to see every animal imaginable, we saw breath taking scenery, and learned a lot about the parks, Tanzania, and more from our excellent guide, Wilson. He knows the parks like the back of this hand and he can seemingly spot an animal many miles away in the corner of his eye. United Expeditions themselves were a dream to work with, from start to finish. If you were like me and found it odd that the reviews were too good to be true, that's because the level of service and attention to detail is truly exceptional. Every step of the journey, from planning to the final farewell, exceeded our expectations. Wilson’s passion (a true Tanzanian) for the wildlife and his deep knowledge of the ecosystems made every moment of the trip unforgettable.
We felt safe, well-cared-for, and completely immersed in the beauty of Tanzania (literally where it all began).

This was a great service, guide and price!
So, first of all - Morris, the manager/owner was a guy who really gave me the quick answer to my request and its very important to me (sorry, but i dont wanna waiting for 2-3 days for response)
After it he offer for me a few options, was very patient and l agreed to accept a smaller advance payment than usual. In a first day we meet our guide - Joseph and its a very very VERY amazing guy! Helpful, patient, ready for any deviation from the schedule at our request and what is very important - you can negotiate with him about things that are not always popular with safari drivers (I will not write anything else, so as not to harm him, but just believe - he can help).
He sought out the most hidden places for us and found the best routes. In general, the next time we go on safari (possibly to Tanzania) we will definitely deal only with Balu Travels and Joseph again! Thank you very much for this adventure!

Perfect trip with the best itinerary.
We are just home from our safari with Magical Gorilla Adventures. Everything went perfect! Our guide took such great care of us. Ask for Eddie he was the best. I felt he was a very safe driver. Our mid range lodging was very nice and food was great. Please be prepared for long drives if you want to cover lots of parks as we did. The drives were worth it . Uganda is so much more than just seeing the Gorillas.

Amazing!! We had such a great time
We had a really great time at the safari. Our private driver was really kind and helpfull and he knew a lot about all the animals we saw during the safari. The Lodge we were staying looked also really good and clean. It was also very nice that the tour operator is available for when you have a problem or something. The price is definitely worth it!
