Our first safari is unforgettable thanks to Super Eagle Tours!
Communication: Daisy was very communicative and thorough when emailing back and forth during our planning of our 8 day safari. She gave much reassurance we were in good hands and made this daunting process so easy.
Service: they greeted us with warm welcomes in their office when we arrived. From there we knew we were in good hands. The driver in Kenya and the driver in Tanzania (with sister company) were both professional and went above and beyond to ensure we saw the big 5 (which we did) and the great migration of the wildebeest.
Value: for a midrange package I believe the lodges were very sufficient for our standards. All 4 accommodation stays were very pleasant , very good food, and clean camps! We stayed at Kibo camp (Amboseli park Kenya) , shushiba camp (Serengeti park TZ) , rhino lodge (ngorongoro crater TZ) , and the charity hotel (Arusha TZ) . I believe we got a good value
Reliability: the drivers were punctual and anything we needed, we received in a timely manner.

I joined friends who had already chosen Rustic safari so I did not ask questions or read too much about this company or the proposed itinerary. I trusted them and kept the surprise. I was not disappointed! What an incredible trip it was! Beyond the perfect itinerary, it was the human aspect that truly impressed me in particular the care of Sylvester, our guide and co-owner of Rustic Safari, to ensure that each of us lived its dream having fun pleasure. My friends arrived 1 day later than expected. Sylvester and his team quickly reacted to make changes to the itinerary so that I can start the safari and not waste my time. They also made sure to organize everything for my friends (transfer etc.) Sylvester also listened and adjusted remarkably to our situation. My friends lost their luggage including items to facilitate the transportation of my friend who is a person with reduced mobility. Sylvester once again reacted perfectly by finding solutions and reassuring her. He did everything with his team working with the travel agent to find the luggage’s. It also adapted to our more relaxed rhythm allowing everyone to appreciate the beauty of Africa. Pole pole 😁 He brought a touch of lightness helping us realize that everything was "Acuna matata". He participated in our crazy fun moments. We laughed a lot, his Quebec accent helped! He patiently answered all our questions even if he has probably repeating them over and over given his years of guiding safaris. He is passionate and has a real love for his country, his company and his team, the safari, animals, his people etc. Rustic Safari bears his name because authenticity is at the heart of this company. Do you want to live an encounter with Tanzania? His people? Her beauty? Live a dream safari without hassle? You are in good hands with Sylvester and his team. I am sincerely convinced that Rustic safari will be at your disposal to accompany you on this trip of a lifetime! This meeting touched my heart. Even after a few weeks back in Canada, I still carry this connection within me. Don't wait any longer! A professional and affordable tour operator.
My family needed a weekend getaway, and Blends of Africa was quick to put together a sensible itinerary for Amboseli National Park. Oilepo was a great stay, and we loved the a la carte fresh meals, and James, the chef always came round to inquire about the food experience. Muli Alex was an awesome guide, obviously very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna, explaining interesting wildlife facts at every pause.
I plan to go on a longer safari again with this company in the future

Duncan made our Amboseli safari tour a dream come true. Not only was he skilled behind the wheel, but his warm and friendly personality made us feel like we were on an adventure with a friend. He went out of his way to ensure everyone in the group had a great time, even staying a little longer at certain spots when we wanted to take more photos. Can’t wait to book another safari with him.

Perfect atention to details and humanity!
Joel and Novatus looked after me like a brother would do. They were welcoming, friendly and very kind since the first moment. They helped me a lot when my bag didn't arrive to the airport and I started the safari with no bag. Took me to buy some clothes and when my bag arrived they sent it to me. Last day we had a great time visiting Arusha and I felt like at home with them. Overall safari was great and our driver Hamsa and chef Joshep were great. Such a pleasure to met and be served by such an amazing team. Only thing I would change is the air company because Precision Air has so much trouble to be on time. If you change flight company I would recommend you to any of my friends and family, and if you don't I would also do it. Haha Asante Sana Rafikis. My brothers from a different mother. We rented an apartment in a suburb of Pretoria, Lynnwood, not realizing how far away from the central city we were until we arrived. When we booked our trip, we thought we would have figure out how to get into the central part of Pretoria. To our surprise, our tour guide, Yves Albert Bompongo, arrived at our TotalStay apartment promptly at the time promised, and we did not have to venture into the city center. Before we started our tour, he gave us a thorough overview of what how our itinerary will be for the day. He was kind and considerate of my 75 year old traveling partner's limitations, and made adjustments to satisfy her needs, while allowing me to experience the tour to the fullest. As we drove from Lynnwood through Gauteng region, Albert described the history, current political realities, culture, and traditions, and we drove by different landscapes observing people, flora and fauna. I ventured into the Bothongo Wondercave in Kromdraai, which had stalactites and stalagmites. The preserve has chalets, logs cabins, 2 restaurants, 2 cafes, a shebeen, and a game viewing deck. We observed springbok, ostrich and wildebeest. At the Lesedi Cultural Village, we saw a movie about how African people migrated from Ethiopia to South Africa over time. We learned about the history, cultural and traditions of the Zulu, Pedi, Based, Xhosa and Ndebele as we wandered through the Cultural Village. The ultimate experience was the entertainment by the different ethnic groups, and the wonderful lunch that we had where we could sample different traditional foods. After the visiting the Village, we toured the Cradle of Humankind in Maropeng. We had such an incredible day with Albert, that we booked his for a tour the next day. The following day, he took us into Pretoria to see the Union Building, the official headquarters of the government of South Africa before we headed to the Lion & Safari Park. We saw lions, impalas, blue cranes, hyenas, cheetahs, African wild dogs, giraffe, etc. Since we did not have time to venture to Kruger National Park, this was an awesome way to see some of the wild life. This was an incredible value for the money we paid. Albert was attentive, professional, flexible, historically and politically astute, humorous, and well-known and respected every where we went. It was a pleasure to be traveling with him. We felt safe and well taken care of. Thank you!
