Ronnie was very accommodating and informative
This was my bucket list trip and it was more than I could ask for. We were on a budget but we had wonderful accommodations and private tour. Our guide Ronnie was great ! He took care of everything for us and gave us some additional but I don’t understand what the big height is recommendations, like lion tracking and a river cruise and took us to restaurants for local and traditional cuisine which made our trip even better!!

Energetic, knowledgeable and fantastic at providing Safari's
Overall MoAfrica tours has provided a fantastic service. Communication on WhatsApp is super fast, pick-up from our hotel was very convenient and our tents were very comfortable.
Lambs was our guide in Kruger and he made sure we got to see as many animals as possible. With all animals he had great stories to tell, which made the day even better. Overall the experience is worth the money and then some.

A experience tailor made beyond our wildest dreams
We began planning our Safari by researching companies that offer both prepackaged and custom tailored trips. We interviewed our top 4 over Zoom or by telephone. Discover Africa, and Diane in particular, came out miles ahead of the others. Diane listened to our needs, anticipated things we had not thought of and provided suggestions, and worked with us to tweak this trip to be exactly what we wanted. Communications was top notch. Their portal for providing trip details was beautiful, thorough and very easy to use. Payment was seamless.
The trip itself turned out to be everything we had asked for and more. The logistics of moving us from camp to camp and country to country had is a bit worried, as it was just the two of us and not an entire tour group. Well we needn’t have worried. Between Diane, the camp management and the transportation providers things ran seamlessly. We had lots of contact numbers for Diane, Discover Africa and our providers should we run into any snags, but all went very smoothly.
The camps themselves, as well as Cape Town, were beyond our expectations. People truly couldn’t do enough for us. We felt safe and cared for at all times. The food was plentiful, varied and delicious. The scenery was spectacular and varied. The guides were friendly, so knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We saw every animal on our list apart from the elusive cheetah. We experienced some very rare and fortunate sightings. We particularly enjoyed the communal dining at the camps and were happy to meet travellers from far and wide, learn from them, and develop new friendships.
One of the highlights for me was the welcome and pre dinner entertainment provided by the staff at the camps. Cooks, housekeeping, guides, managers, waitstaff…they all came out with singing and dancing that was just so beautiful and heartfelt. How privileged we were to spend time with such multitalented and beautiful people.
Looking at our early plans for the trip, the style of travel, and our budget, the trip evolved into something so much more customized, comfortable, and yes…more expensive. Before leaving on the trip I was second guessing how much I chose to spend and whether it was overkill. Let me tell you…this trip was worth every Penny. It was the experience of a lifetime and I’m so glad we discovered Discover Africa and Diane who made it all possible.

A company like no other!
I was referred to Arzoni Africa Safaris by a friend. My Canadian boyfriend informed me around June that he was planning to have spend a two weeks safari and beach relaxation in Kenya and Tanzania. Parks of his interest were Mara, Lake Nakuru, Samburu, Amboseli, Taita hills, Ol Pajeta and Lake Naivasha. Sam made our safari planning seamless and every request by my boyfriend and I were considered in the final itinerary. Overally, we had 10 days of safari and 4 nights in Zanzibar. The choice of accommodations was amazing and our expectations were met. Food was also excellent except in Elewana Tortilis (Amboseli) which were somewhat too spicy.
George was a great guide with a sense of humour.
We will definitely choose Arzoni safaris again and again.

Avenue of Baobabs
I booked a 5 day trip from Tana to the west coast specifically to see the Boabab trees, which were spectacular. It's a long one-day drive to get there on the national highway which can only be travelled by 4WD. The trip went smoothly. I was met at the airport and dropped off at my hotel, and it had been arranged to met someone to exchange foreign currency with. Mialy kept close tabs on how the trip was going and even arranged for sunscreen and repellent, which I didn't bring, to be available at the next stop. The driver was excellent and I felt safe throughout. The guide spoke adequate English and know the best spots for photos at the Allee des Boababs. It was all well planned and stress free.
Guided tours like this are a must to explore the country, its too much to try on your own. I'd recommend Mi Travel to anyone planning to visit the Boababs. I was a bit wary sending the deposit via Western Union but Mad. doesn't have the same developed banking systems as you find in the west and I needn't have worried. All good and great service throughout.

Moafrika made the safari vacation unforgettable
Would highly recommend organizing with this group. Each guide we had over the week was amazing, especially Eddi who we ended up doing a private Panaroma day tour and safari. Could not praise him or the company more. Made our vacation extra special

A Magical 6-Day Safari in Tanzania with African Big Cats
My experience with African Big Cats for a 6-day safari in Tanzania was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and the trip exceeded all my expectations.
Thanks to our guide, Martini, we were able to spot the Big Five (a dream come true)
Martini's knowledge of the local wildlife and his ability to point out even the most subtle details of the breathtaking surroundings made the journey incredibly enriching. He ensured we didn’t miss any hidden gems and always made us feel safe and comfortable.
The lodges we stayed at were so great, providing a perfect blend of luxury and immersion in nature.
A special mention goes to the lodge in Serengeti National Park, it was simply outstanding. Falling asleep to the sounds of the wild and waking up to views of the endless savannah was an unforgettable experience.
On the first day, we were warmly welcomed by Emanuel, the owner of African Big Cats, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His cordial and attentive approach, along with the detailed explanation of our itinerary, set the tone for a flawless adventure.
If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania, I cannot recommend African Big Cats enough. The combination of stunning landscapes, incredible wildlife sightings, and impeccable service made this a once-in-a-lifetime journey.
Thank you, Emanuel, Martini, and the entire team, for making our dream safari come true!

Experience of a Lifetime
From start to finish, our experience with booking through Gems of Africa was easy and pleasant, and the safari itself at Mount Eco was breathtaking.
First, booking was made easy by the quick communication and ready responses to all our pre-booking questions. I had put out questions to three different operators, but Gems of Africa was the most responsive and offered a good range of options. Janien made the booking and payment process easy. Transfers to and from the hotel were arranged - with a very pleasant and cheerful driver - and we were offered free vouchers for the Hop on/off bus in Cape Town. Our driver also handed us a little boss of chocolates from the company with 2 cute beaded keychains. Mount Eco was one of the more expensive options, but it was worth every penny spent! There are 7 lodge cabins so a maximum of 14 guests at any time, so the service is personal. The cabins were magnificent, with many handcarved elements, peaked roofs and I can't to justice to the bathroom in words. All cabins were private so you couldn't see each other, and all had little paths leading to a main path the guided you to the magnificent main lodge. All meals were included and were delicious, and the staff were all so lovely and helpful. There were 2 drives per day and the option for a bushwalk. Our driver Charles was so knowledgeable and relaxed. The drives themselves were over rough terrain but made as luxurious as possible with blankets, hot water bottles, and lined ponchos in case of rain! We also stopped for coffee and muffins on morning drives and drinks and snacks on evening drives. And the animals: giraffes, elephants, lions, rhinos, water Buffalo, springboks, eland, and other antelope species. All in a huge conservation area that was beautiful in its own right. This lodge is off the grid, operating entirely on solar power, and some of the higher costs go towards the conservation efforts. I can't say enough good things about our experience. You must go, if you are thinking about it at all; you will not regret it.
