We had a truly exceptional experience with Serengeti Wakanda and would 100% recommend them to our friends and family!
As a couple that had requested quotes from 10+ tour operators for a ~10 day private safari, we can say that we found the best: a trustworthy and professional local Tanzanian provider that offers great service at a fair price. We were very satisfied with everything, especially our guide Felix, our chef Dullah, the planning and provided equipment.
Our guide, Felix, was the best one could imagine! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local fauna and knew where and when to find which animal. We saw essentially all animals possible, including the big five, multiple cheetahs and even servals. Felix knew every animal and every bird we encountered, spotted them from afar and could explain their behaviors. Often even anticipating behaviors, which is very helpful for photography.
With his vast experience, kindness and wit, he was a great conversation partner. Felix shared interesting anecdotes and gave insights into the Tanzanian cultures. Where he went, he was highly respected and quickly connected with the people surrounding him. Also, he was a very safe driver.
We were lucky to have head chef Dullah as our cook. He was a master of improvization, creating delicious dishes with simple means. He even made a cake in the middle of the Serengeti, that could easily compete with cakes served in European cafés using his "magic box". We always looked forward to the surprises that Dullah cooked for us with his magic! And wherever we ate, heads turned when Dullah presented his creations, which were clearly superior to what was served by other providers that we saw.
We also had an easy and always quick communication during the planning of our tour.
Our car, a Defender, was complimented by other guides multiple times. We had enough space for everything that we needed and more legspace than most other safari cars that we saw, we felt very safe and got through all muddy roads successfully.
Overall, we had a truly unforgettable time, asante sana for everything! We hope to be back soon.

Over and above
Our guide Habil was amazing! He went over and above to make this the most epic 3 day tour of Tsavo East/West National park. His patience, kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for 3 very excited travelers was incredible. We saw and did so much in the 3 days and were happily exhausted at the end of each day. If you want to see a phenomenal amount of animals with very full days, Habil and Gemfinders is the way to go.

Memories made for a lifetime
We were picked up at the airport on time and the driver was very friendly. The accommodations were also super cute and we really loved staying there. Our guide Leonard was amazing, he cared very well for us and listened to our questions and wishes. He told us many interesting things, we saw so many animals and he was super flexible when one of us got a cough and we asked to start the safari later. He even drove to a pharmacy with us. And we made it to our flight on time. So long story short - we loved our adventure with Lion King Adventures.

Great Experience
My wife and I had a great experience with Frena Adventures. Fred was very communicative from the start and answered all our questions. We opted for the 3-Day tour with Gorilla Trekking in the Bwindi Forest in Uganda and the Golden Monkey experience at Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park. Both experiences were exceptional and well worth the time and money. I can’t imagine trying to coordinate all this on my own and Frena had everything organized very well. It was a packed tour over just 3 days, but everything went smoothly.
Our guide Faruk was great and met us right outside the Kigali airport. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. We really appreciate his services throughout our tour and highly recommend him as a tour guide.
We felt safe throughout our experience and would definitely would recommend Frena Adventures as a tour operator. Overall an amazing experience!

Amazing experience
We visited in Dec 2024 with a small group and we had a great time with Mucheka, Mopate and team! We did a Mokoro tour in the delta, a bush walk and many game drives. The knowledge of the team meant we saw so many animals in diverse terrain and they had so many interesting facts. The accommodation and food were also fab! It was such a treat to have sundown drinks each night and a shower under the stars in the evenings, and the team always picked the most picturesque and scenic spots. Food was also delicious and we appreciated the healthy sides of salad and fruit that they had available.
Overall would highly recommend a nyala tour!

Jartan was professional and amazingly knowledgeable while still being fun and a joy to be with.
My dream trip of 19 days in Africa was an amazing adventure in more ways than I imagined. The cities, the Masai, the villages, the lodges and wonderful food all exceeded my expectations. And there are almost no words for how our tour operator and drivers worked to bring us to magnificent wildlife viewing every day. I would recommend to anyone considering a trip to Africa to definitely do it!

Choosing Expedition Was a Surprising Choice
Choosing Rochar Africa Expeditions for our 9 day safari trip was an amazing choice. Everything was well organized, the airport pickup worked perfectly and the car was very new and reliable. Most importantly, we got an amazing guide/driver Isabella who made our safari truly amazing! His experience level, impeccable driving skills, as well as his sense of humor made all the difference.
